1. Construction quality is very poor.2. High maintenance cost, Rs. 2.5 / sq.ft. with out all facilities provided, even at the time of booking we are being told that only Rs.1.80/ sq.ft will be charged.3. No intercom facility, big loophole in security.4. At the time of possession, builder charged around 1.25 Lacs to 1.50 lacs extra for Labour cess, metro & elevated Cess and electrification cost from buyer.5. In place of green area, builder install the hydrolic parking for own benefit.6. I was being told that your cover parking will be in Basement 1 but they provide in Basement 2, false commitment.7. No fencing at fire exit stair case, one can easily jump into balcony, security issue.8. False commitment against pool and club house, its still not open even after possession of flats.9. Late installation of electric transformers which cause no govt electric supply in society for which builder is charging high amount for electric supply.10. No security in Basement parking area, cases of petrol drained out from bike came across.11. False commitment, providing Somanys bathroom fittings instead of Jaguar, which was told at the time of booking.

A good society , 3 towers of phase -2 are under construction. Location is best as its on main highway.
