Your team who is in this service should have been more cautions and knowledge.unfortunately your team did not even adopted the secure method I had adopted.I have even explicitly requested to be cautious and pack the return courier in the same way as I did.,This shows the respect your team has to their work.It does not take much cost nor effort in doing such packaging, it all makes difference how we value our customerSo, request to adopt a decent packaging (you are also not charging any less amount for the service) to safe guard the critical documents of customersTrust you will forward this feedback to the managementSharing you some photos of package before and after opening.ThanksRammohan

They were slow in my case. Promised 10 days for UP-HRD+MEA+KUWAIT EMBASSY but took a month. So if you need HRD be prepared for the delay.They are costly compared to other approved agencies like AlHind. They charged me 7200 per document whereas I got my transcripts done with Alhind and they charged 5500.They wont disclose charges on email. For SDM+MEA+EMBASSY they are fast .

Service done but they are not good in state HRD authentication. Promised me 10 days but took 30 days! Charged me 7200 per document for state HRD+MEA+Embassy. If you have urgent work go somewhere else.

The best !!Fastest services. when others demand 8k-9k with HRD , they did it only in 2k within 3 days and 4th day I received my docs. Payment after the job is done and I stay in Mumbai. so when the docs arrived it was raining heavily. but they sent it in a plastic cover. fully protected. so this was my extra aww moment. zero folding (which is even violayed at VFS apostille service) and zero damages !!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!THANK YOU.

We highly highly recommend this company and within the company, we recommend working with Mr Ashutosh. He was so kind and professional in explaining us the whole process and getting our documents Apostiled for Netherlands on a priority basis. He ensured great followup with us. My story with IVS Global Services went like this: after multiple calls to Indian embassies in London and VFS global I couldnt get any clear help to Apostille some of my documents in UK. I needed apostille attestation for Poland Visa. I had enquired in Pune but everyone said it will take 2700-3000 rupees for one document. I spoke with Ashutosh Gupta from IVS who assured he will give me within 2 days. Apostille attestation need to be done by Ministry of External Affiliate at Delhi and hence time consuming process. I sent documents by courier on Monday, he received it on Tuesday and by Wednesday end of day documents were ready. He sent it to me immediately on the same day. He also charged me least among other agents, he charged 2000 rupees per document.I am really happy with his services. Initially I was hesitant on trusting person I have not seen, but he is 💯% trustable person with very fast results. Thank you so much.

Hi..I contacted IVS Global (Kolkata) branch for PCC apostile...firstly, they were hesitant to tell me the charges..then told it is Rs 2000 for PCC apostile..whereas the website mentions only Rs 90...why this scam?Souvik

Service was good, but they charge more money then what is allowed by the ministry of external affairs. Normal charge is 50/doc for apostille and 18/doc as service fee which comes out to be 68/doc including everything but they charged me 100/docs and I had 5 documents to apostille.. I guess its fine because they have to meet the operation cost of running the centre. I didnt mind paying the extra but was concerned about the people who cant pay that much.Overall ok I would say..

FOREIGN!!! I do not recommend or approach this place. I can only speak from my personal experience; They scammed me like nobody has tried before. They multiplied the costs of the apostille by 300. Surely to see that I am a woman, a foreigner, (although with good command of English), without much information on where it was possible to apostille, that they were recommended to me by a third person (his accomplice, apparently) and as a consequence, I trusted them , and that I urgently needed the apostilled documents, they took advantage of my confidence and cheated me in a bad way. A big disappointment when I later discovered the real costs of the apostille process in India. There is nothing as creeping as when people take advantage of you in times of vulnerability and weakness. That is what they did.
