Well maintained Budget hotelRecommendation will be to train your staff to be more professional. Please maintain room hygiene & get them clean/disinfected regularly so there are no bed bug or crickets.

Everything was good…room was neat and clean, the staff was courteous .but if you order food, you have to wait for very long otherwise, everything was good.

This really deserves 4-5 stars as ratings. Ive visited here multiple times and all the time I found the rooms well-cleaned and hygienic. The staffs are polite and the foods and beverages are also good however, the prices of foods available here can be somehow more less.

They have tried to cover many things in single room, 3 beds, kitchen area, and bathroom...geyser is in working condition...cleanliness is average...Its for one night stay before exam to get sleep(not study)...location in Google was incorrect till November 28,2020..hope they updated it...

One of the most fantastic places to stay. I found this hotel on google search. Mr. Vivek is at the reception he is one of the most hospitable staff. Very kind and corporative. Their room service needs to be improved including their breakfast timings. Never received breakfast on time. The dinner is the best dinner in delhi. Would definitely visit again.

The room was good..I got upgraded, thanks to oyo... reception guy was a bit harsh, was always trying to play the blame game...they also can improve on the cleanliness department, parts of the room was looking like they never wipe it...charged me extra for the cutlery I asked for the food I ordered from a different place, but that was fair I guess....All in all it was a good place, probably overpriced (I got upgraded so not much on that)...if you get a good offer on that (close to 1k), then worth it....

A very nice place. The interior is great, with ample lighting. Theres a kitchen area with a mini refrigerator. The washroom is also nice. Located at 5 minutes distance from Sarita Vihar metro station.

I just booked this hotel because it was near apollo hospital but guys i WARN YOU THAT NEVER come to this hotel.Very bad bathrooms and you have to call atleast three times for room service or any help wifi is also not good and dont fall for its fake pics

Booked through oyo, this was the first time that i got a room other than what it was displayed in the picture,Rooms were smelly, bathrooms dirty, cockroaches were roaming here and there, we complained then we were shifted to another room which was also different from what it was shown on oyo app, we thought of ordering breakfast, we called the reception, and he was like very rude and telling us that everything you see in the menu is separately chargeable and is not accomodated in your price as if we were unaware of what and how we booked.Hotel is located in pocket E but on map it shows everywhere like in pocket b,c,d, one can lose his/ger track easily.Rooms are not nice, concerned staff says silverkey just took the place under its command, things would be soon good.I would suggest couples not to go for this hotel, you would pay the price but you wont be satisfied and would regret the same like me.First i thought of giving two stars, now i am rating it down to 1 because atleast they have got a working elevator.

Towel was worn , small holes in towel, no sleeper was provided, there are lots of insects inside room, room size was ok, but room doors are not good there handles was not working properly.

Had booked an room through oyo, the breakfast was okay, but oyo showed different image while booking the actual thing was different. It is in e block and near by to metro station. The amenities are okay.

Poor service, Bad place. Do not recommend at all!When I reached, the first turn-off was the location. It is located in a very shady place, geela like one could hardly breathe in there.Located in an extremely unhygenic narrow street, it stinks..Now about the service!Very poor service. We were not even told about the timings of breakfast. We had a complementary breakfast, so we waited for it until 10pm, when I went to the reception and the person told me, it is uptil 10.30.I asked him to send ours, and he sent it at 11.30.When I asked him why is it getting late, the receptionist or the manager literally misbehaved with me.. I was so so angry.All in all, it was the worst experience ever.I dont recommend this at all.👎👎
