This place is the largest and most busy bus depot in East Delhi where many buses are being assembled and drivers as well as conductors can take rest for a while. Along with this there is a window for making and renewal of bus pass.My experience with the dealing window of bus pass is just unsatisfactory. The staff involved in making bus pass is just very rude and tends to delay the work as possible as they can, that might be the case of excessive public dealing and their old age as well.A quick tip for all would be get all your documents required for making bus pass ready and aptly, otherwise there will be lot of disappointment for you.

Fee slip3. Provisional ID card (beacause he is in 11th standard so school havent made original rite now)4. Copy of aadhar cardStill they refuse to make his ID card.

The DTC persons here have a very nice way to talk to the passangers. Sometimes they have problems with pass machine. But rest is good.
