Worst travel service I seen. Poor Co ordination among the members. Only greedy for money and no interest in making the tour delightful for the travellers. Did not show the listed places promised prior. Not picking up timely from hotels. I request tourists planning trips to Darjeeling and Gangtok, not to hire this travels. Poor service quality.

It was a good trip Of Rajasthan with Travstories Tours And Travel this January2020..Arrangenent was almost up to the mark except Jodhpur hotel Omni Plaza.It was really bad. This was our first experience with Travstories. Our overall Trip experience was GOOD. All destinations were covered as per timeline.Driver Mr Dhanjay Kumar has provided safe Driving for entire Tour. All Hotel arrangements were up to mark except Agra Hotel Alleviate. Room size & facilities were not properly provided.Suggestion : Travstories should inform all tour details to their respective Driver like broad information of places, Sight Timings, local food, famous restaurants etc.( Mr Dhanajay is from Bihar, lives in Delhi and drive for Rajasthan – naturally, he does not know Rajasthan details)….Thanks a lot once again. Had a wonderful budget friendly travel experience visiting Rajasthan with travstories. Everything was at per and as told in their contracts. Our driver Dhananjay jee was so humble...he made tireless eforts to make our journey more memorable. A big thumbs up for him.

I have done the booking for Jaipur and Pushkar using travstories it was not upto the mark I was expecting better but hotels was not good I stayed in Jaipur for two days the hotel(Tordi Haveli)was average but in Pushkar hotel(Pushkar lake palace) worst.if you are going for vacation dont choose this if you want to spoil your day then only stay at this hotel it was a like rented room and it was dirty also bed was like villagers and washroom is like govt common washroom I have many more to say about this but I would never recommend to use this.Only one thing was good in this tour that was driver and car rest of the things were not upto the mark. Please make everything clear to clients before booking.

Our experience was great!! The trip was very smooth and fun and every arrangement was on point.

It was awesome experience, thankyou Anil for the package you provided me. Everything thing was perfect.I really like the Munnar- the hotel was great, the was really helpful.The personal driver u provided me was awesome he have very good knowledge about Kerela and he shares with everyone.The only thing I didnt like is the behaviour of lakshit he is not capable of doing the service.Guest is paying for everything, he needs to connect with guest for everything nor the guest will connect. For each and every thing I have to cll him when I will get this ? When I will get the voucher? When I get the number?No it shouldnt be like this. He should cll me -Sir ur package is ready, your voucher is ready.This should be the thing.Any the overall experience was really good.

When I booking the packages they will not send full package details..after I reached the tourist places they will asking extra amount and GST also..all site seeing places are wasted No water all places asking entry fees like 300 400 per head ...hotel also waste. Cab drivers also wen I have money he will speak smile. I dont have money he will simply sitting and driving..totally waste my time in munnar. Here after I wont choose this trave stories .

This was one of the best tour we had till now. Trip to Udaipur, Mt Abu and Chittorgarh from 6-9 Sept. 2018 for 08 members was organized by TravStories Tours & Travels. The services provided by the TravStories was really excellent and well organized . The two vehicles used for travelling were good and comfortable. Drivers were knowledgeable and well experienced. Hotel rooms were good but could be better. Overall we enjoyed a lot. Special thanks to Mr. Anil and Mr. Lakshit for their personal guidance throughout the tour.
