Fair enough.... I think the good part about the rooms is they are well lit and comfortable. Its clean and pleasant.The disappointing part was not really cooling AC, the old bucket and a not useful soap. I traveled as a solo female for work. So I prefer latches on the door. However there was just the knob with inside lock, which anyone with a key to it can open it from outside. But it was pretty safe, with co-operative staff. I think I chose it, as I saw a bath tube in the photos there wasnt one. I am not sure if it is worth the money.

Good and clean rooms were provided. Staff was polite and helpful. Food can improve. Breakfast was served in another hotel, it wasnt were stay was arranged. Taste for breakfast was average.

Its an ok hotel. Near the airport, but the location is very obscure. Not on the main highway. It is a budget hotel, but more attention towards cleanliness should be given. Toilet had marks on it. Bed linen was old and worn out. Also had mosquitoes.However, the staff was very helpful and nice.

One day my father was very happy that he took us to hotel star for a two day outing. I am not kidding the hotel is beautiful. I loved the interior of the hotel it is extremely graceful and classy. My parents loved the food and room service. It indeed was an amazing outing. i also liked the rooms they were extremely cozy and properly furnished.

I had stayed here for a day in Feb 2018 as I had a connecting flight to Leh from Delhi. Paid around 2200 for a double bed room which I believe is more for the kind of amenities it offers which is pretty basic. There are a lot of hotels in this area where you would get better rooms for better rates. The rooms were clean and okay to stay for a day or two but not longer. The hotel is close to the Airport so good for travelers who need to catch a flight!

Im giving one star because the customer service was brilliant through out. Very Friendly and accomodating staff. Otherwise the hotel deserves something sub zero.

Location is good- close to international airport! We didn’t stayed at our rooms except at the nights. So much to explore in Delhi and Delhi NCR. Still the hotel was a good catch for the money we paid. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The room service was quick. Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

While the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel needs to work a lot on cleanliness and maintenance.The linen was not as clean as expected, decor was outdated with cracks and worn out paint everywhere. Hooks were broken and lamp shades worn out.No complementary water nor dental hygiene kit was available which is provided at other Fab Hotels.With Fab Hotels having a big reputation and being a regular visitor of Fab Hotels, this particular one was a slight disappointment from the higher standards seen elsewhere.

Really i found good budget hotels in Delhi, nice services and staff.

Service is good. Rooms are big and comfortable. However, there is window AC not a split one contributing to noise. It is very close to Jaipur- Delhi highway which further contributes to noise levels.

The worst possible hotel, I stayed in my life.....even they don’t have their very won restaurant. In spite of that they are offering supplementary breakfast....they just bring you to another restaurant. That one (Hotel Delhi 36) also very bad. I went to Hotel Star in Gurgaon with my boyfriend. We visited the hotel as an unmarried couple. We were there for our mini honeymoon. It was the occasion of our 6-months anniversary. We stayed there for three days. I really liked the huge and comfortable bed. The linen and blankets were hygienic. The room of the hotel was clean and spacious. Plus, the services were quick and up to the mark. I would like to visit the hotel again with my to-be husband. Cheers!

We did the most stupid thing in our life to choose this hotel for our family stay in Delhi four nights.The rooms are in very bad condition and honestly they dont change the linen for months .My husband got electric shock while having shower for 2 minutes and lucky we run to the main switch outside the room door and off the main switch.The hotel management is not taking any responsibilities.We are taking legal action on this hotel..Please be careful with the nice room pictures on goggle marketing.its not even 1 to 10 ratio.Very poor service.....

Stayed in this hotel for a day only. Its very close to Aerocity metro. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Bed linens and towels provided is very clean. Bath rooms were spacious and clean. I have chosen the stay with breakfast option. Breakfast was given in the next hotel only and it was very tasty. Overall hotel is very good and I would be happy to stay here next time I come for another transit at IGI Airport.

The hotel dealings are rustic and edging on towards being non polite. For those who booked online it looks as if there is a different deal, no complimentary breakfast as promised in the website, non standard rooms with window air conditioners. The water bottles in the rooms were covered by a layer of dust which only shows that these set of rooms are specifically kept for those guests who gave booked online. May be these are the olden rooms in the hotel. Overall it is a typical take you for a ride attitude because your are paying less with so many hidden things in terms of deficiencies in service which the guests would not come to know at the time of online booking and hence are being taken for a ride. Not recommended even for an overnight stay at Rs 1600 for a night with so many better options available elsewhere.

I put up in Gurgaon. I had to organize my kitty party. So i decided to keep hotel star as my venue. As i went there a few days back to meet a friend. i loved the food, arrangement and everything. I must say my party was one of the best parties that happened. all my friends were really happy. the food was delicious and the service was also good.

Basic services like toiletries, electrical kettle etc were not available. Door lock was not working properly and it was old style. There was likage from gyeser.

I was on business trip last month and so I stayed here for 2 days. Its a good budget hotel with all the basic amenities. The best part is its very near to the airport and is quite affordable too. Staff is also courteous.

Below the expectation room, bedding was dirty n electricity was on n off. The money paid could get better room at other hotels.It wasnt expected outta a Fab hotel seriously.

Located on Delhi Jaipur highway in Mahipalpur this hotel belongs to fabhotel group.Rooms are big in size. No tea coffee maker is available. Breakfast is served in adjacent hotel Delhi 37 which has a limited menu but okay. For less than 1500 per night its value for money.

We didnt had a pleasant stay here. The bath room was stinking. Breakfast is served in Delhi 37 hotel and thats a nightmare. Spoons wont be there sometimes, plates wont be there sometimes, Tea wont be there, when Tea is ready glasses wont be there. When we ask they are just cleaning the plates, spoons and glasses there quickly and giving us.Better to stay away from this

This was our first time stay at Star Hotel.Wonderful ambience. We stayed in room no.610 as a family and were really impressed with everything.High Quality room furnishings and washroom fittings.Reception is manned by Mukesh and Sumeet- both are very helpful and courteous.We parked outside the hotel - they have slots for guests and they also have the basement parking.They owners are well into the Hotel business - apart from several other properties in Delhi NCR - its interesting to note that they have 3 hotels adjacent to star - Delhi 37, International Inn and Transit. The restaurant is common for all these 4 hotels and it is in Delhi 37. Cooks prepare delicious and mouth watering dishes.Complimentary Buffet Breakfast - should not be missed. Typical Daily options - Corn Flakes, Coleslaw Sandwiches, Bread which can be toasted - with butter, Jam, baby nan, Chana, Idly Sambar Chutney, bread pakora, tea, coffee and juices. They have a large dining area on ist floor of Delhi 37.Daily Housekeeping, soap shampoo clean towels and a mineral water bottle/guest/day.Overall - enjoyable and comfortable stay.Dr.Bhupindar Singh

I had a short stay i.e. only for a day but below are my views about the stay:Room was very old, fitted with quite an old window AC which was making deafening noise and had non responsive buttons and console. Had to pull out the plug to stop it as the switch was not working either, Bed was too short in length with my feets lying outside the bed (I am only 5 ft 10 inch so definitely short for ppl with ht more than mine) i had to sleep diagonally which was bit uncomfortable. Not sure why but only a regular drinking water is served and not cold (probably there is no water cooler) even in scortching summer, cold water is only served in the form of chargeable mineral water bottle.Staff was nice, courteous and very helpful, room service and food quality was also good.There is a roadside parking and no separate covered parking available.

Had a recent visit to this hotel because of the business meeting. As booking was done by company so had no idea of this hotel before entering into it.While I entered one of the member of the staff took my bag and drop it at my room safely.Afterwards they put the board of DND so that I can take proper rest before my meeting. They already knew that I was on the business trip. After 2 hours they bring me the food which was quite delicious. My business trip went successful and the stay at the hotel was quite nice.

Incredible Stay... i had an amazing stay at your hotel. The advantage is hotel is very close to the airport and local markets. The main highlights of the hotel was their staff who were always ready to go extra mile to assist you. Special mention goes to hotel managers Mandhan and Mahesh also both the security officers at the entrance of the gate were always smiling and ready to help you with any requests .. only thing which can be improved is your hotel needs refurbishment at the earliest. TIP for travelers - Book the room away from the main highway coz its very noisy.. i could not slept for the first night but upon reporting managers were so helpful to provide room away from the traffic.. Overall i can say Febhotel is Value for money

This hotel is 15 minutes away from the IGI Airport. Hence quite convenient for a night stay only. For the price its a good place but If you are with family, dont think abt it. Its a very ok hotel. The breakfast restaurant is 2 blocks away. Breakfast was not upto the mark. Service is ok.

It is very disappointing experience. No water in the bathroom, because of the water problem, i had to change rooms twice. Finally, i was given a room with water but it was very small. Bedsheet was dirty and had to get it changed. The checkout, despite online payment, was delayed by 10 mins. Tbe Fabhotels in the vicinity, whete i have stayed in the past, are much better in service and much cheaper

Very poor maintenance. No to poor electricity/power backup. Pathetic cleanliness practice. And the hotel is not close to airport or metro; from metro, you need to walk for close to 10 mins to 15 mins (around 1 km), and if we take auto, you will be charged no less than Rs.80/- (this is another issue). From airport, I advise you to take a taxi.The main issue is cleanliness of rooms and inhouse restaurant and power backup. Secondly, access to the rooms, only handful of rooms are available at the main block, rest of the rooms are somewhere behind the building which you need to access using the buildings secret passages (again you will be frightened by its cleanliness). Overall review/suggestion, if you are left with no choice but fab hotel star and the road, please please, dont think, just return to your home. I dont recommend the stay in this hotel, its not worth our time, effort and last of all money.

In winter it is very cold inside it because the glass of the window is having gaps while closing. The hotel front side rooms are ok but thr back side ( internal attavhed) building is not good

Now when i reach at 2300hrs i m said de hotel s full n shifted me to another hotel .. international INN hotel of lesser value..i feel cheated..i did not get de services n room i paid for. Arguing wit those thick head staff s no use.. i think FAB should reimburse de difference to my credit card if its really serious about hospitality bussiness ... n if u seriously want to win back peoples confidence pliz work on de negative feedbacks here... constructive criticism s for ur benefit...

Really bad experience with such shoddy rooms and unkempt linen and the bedsheets having stains all over.. had to sleep at one corner of the bed for fear of bed bugs which seemed crawling out from everywhere!! The food served also seemed bland and guess I found the source of the stomach bug that I caught in the journey to this place.. overall experience bad and next time round.. I would say shell out a few more bucks and stay at the better place...

Amazing place, great location, staff is really polite. You might feel the entire layout to be a big confusing but thats only due to there expansion in an overcrowded place.

Im very sad to state that Im utterly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. This hotel is not up to the mark and does not offer what it promises. The rate charged for the room was too high, while the photos suggests something, the place itself is not so well maintained. The ac started working late and was not cool enough, the television wasnt working and we had to call the reception to get this sorted out. When I spoke asking about the compelmentary breakfast, they agreed to it and said you could have breakfast, however when I went to the restaurant, they said my name wasnt present in the list and while I asked to recheck he said there could be a system error please have your breakfast. They loot money from their customers in some way or the other. I certainly remember having booked a room which included complementary breakfast for us. It was showing in the system too when I booked and when I went for breakfast I was told by the hotel staff that yours is not complementary and you need to pay. When I told him about the booking he said ok you have breakfast it could be due to system error it is not showing. But, to my shock and disappointment I was told to pay for the breakfast and further told that yours is not complementary.Immediately I called the customer care number there too initially the lady said it could be due to system error but she put my call on hold and told the same thing that you need to pay for your breakfast.This is totally disgusting I was forced to pay for breakfast without my fault. Fab hotels suck they dont care about their customers and cheat the customers for penny amount.This kinda behaviour was not expected from a reputed hotel. Now I wont recommend this hotel to any of my friends and relatives. Furthermore, this experience has left a bad taste to my experience and would never help me trust Fab hotels again.
