Booked a customised tour to Kasol. It was an amazing adventure trip. I had a great time with Explora and it was worth it experience to invest in this trip. They took care of everything , from the e pass to making our daily schedule for 5 long days. Their properties were thoroughly sanitised daily and they really maintained high standards for covid. We travel a lot but this was an epic adventure. The trip was perfectly organised and the food was great!!There were so many highlights but as a woman who convinced her two friends to come on a trip during such times, i would like to say that throughout the trip i didnt even feel unsafe for a minute. Had a wonderful experience with Explora. Went for their first trip post lockdown to Kedarnath and it was a really great experience. The hygiene, sanitisation and commitment to safety were all on display but above all the team treats you like family. Everything was well organised.

The place is so beautiful and its chilling cold there. We get some snow when we were in our way to Tosh. You cannot get snow in Kasol.BTW this was my first solo trip. Initially I was scared as I had so many doubts especially related to my safety but I had a wonderful experience or you can say an experience beyond my expectations. The trip organiser was so cooperative. The place where we stay was completely safe for the girls and the co-travellers was also very cooperative, friendly and decent ones. We had an awesome New Year party. I met with wonderful people there and made several friends. I am definitely looking forward to make more trips in future with Explora.

Kedarkantha trek was an amazing trek to me. For the first time I got to witness the majestic beauty of the Himalayas through this trek. Also as it was an easy hike, I was more comfortable and had plenty of times to admire the beauty around. And yeah, this is among the best treks in himalayas and is best enjoyed during the winters only. All thanks to explora and their team Mr Chain Sing and Manoj and Manveer for such a superb experience.

The arrangement was all fine but they could do better with the timing of transportation back to Delhi. We had to wait for 3 hours in open for the bus.But apart from this one issue, cheers to the team for great arrangements and especially to the bus driver who was the best driver to go on such a journey with.

All the arrangements were amazing. The best part was the hospitality of the staff.. they provided us clean hotels with good food. All the transfers were very convenient.. I and my friends did not have any kind of inconvenience during the complete trip. Worst travels i have ever seen..they change plans at every movement and make false promises to the client. I went to manali and kasol with them. They changed everything which was mentioned in the details of the trip while booking.Day 1: Bus dropped us few kms before due to road block and we have to go by taxi by our own expenses but in the package given by them it was mentioned that they will took us from delhi to manali.Àfter that on reaching the hotel which was mentioned in the details suddenly the call came to the cordinator that rooms are not checked out and you will have to stay in some old property of the same hotel ..how is it possible that when u have book the rooms and they are not available to you when you reach i mean this was the first fake thing i found about this idiotic traveler.. its hotel manager responsibility to make the rooms empty by that time..anyways then we had to stay in hotel which was like 3rd class hotel with no electricity and food was YUCK.Day 2: we were being told that we will go to mall road first and then leave for kasol via kullu..while heading towards the taxi suddenly the cordinator told us that we are directly leaving for kasol and not going to mall road in manali..pehle hi bta dete na!!On the way to kasol we stopped for rafting. I am not at all adventurous person so i didnt go for rafting ..rest other people went including the cordinator leaving me behind with the driver..this is the greatness of this explora travels that they will leave you alone with the driver and all other drivers sitting around you.It was looking like as if the cordinator being a traveler has never done rafting and was craving for it which let him forget about the person who was not going.After that we reached kasol at our camp site and they gave us 1 tent for 2 people..you cant believe in the mid of the night a big black dog came inside my tent.Worst hospitality.Day 3: we went to tosh ..we had to walk around 4km to reach tosh as vehicles could not go there...but there the cordinator will not consider if anyone is feeling breathless he will just go with the majority.Day 4: we went to manikaran which was included in the package but we had to go by our own expenses.Same day we had to return and the bus could not come up and we had to travel few kms down from kasol to catch the bus and the explora travels people said that we will have to pay for the taxi which will took us to bus..that was ridiculous.In summary they will say you to pay everywhere!!Worst trip i ever had!!I would seriously not recommend you to go with them!!

Very very bad experience i had with explora ... the bus wasn’t volvo and its was mentioned that volvo will be there and they didn’t care about anything ... for refund and etc the tents were untidy ... unhygienic the food was tasteless ... on trek their trek management was poor ... they left us all alone ... thier trek manager is not interested in connecting people ... they had no time management they didn’t took us to manikaran ... we shop not miss anything on trip this was their duty they said we dont have tym fr hotsprings if you go we will go from here leaving u behing everything was on us it costed us 8000 pr person... because there food was not eatable .. ... trek manager behaviour was rude their owner is rude dont go with them ...very very very very bad experience
