Always had good experience with them with good rates. Recently I went there to give back the remaining currency (USD) that I took from them. He took $20 at ₹70 while the rate was ₹71.80 and the bad part is that they refused to accept 16 $20 notesWent to the other currency exchanger, he accepted all $20 notes and gave a price of ₹71Kind of rude behaviour, maybe coz this shop is very busy.The bad part is that there is nobody at perfume counter, the girl is busy doing gossips with other girls in Exchange counter. Had to wait 10 mins for her to attend me. Got one fragrance, it was original and the prices were okay.

This guy gives you the best exchange rate in Delhi. However, if you call and ask about the rate, you might find it changed when you arrive at their place. The owners are respectable and you can safely exchange any amount of money in many different currencies. They also sell many expensive perfumes :D. The place is well protected like a bank so dont worry about your money.

I have visited many times the rates are good but not so much good the owner was polite earlier but after fled to Bangkok the staff was not very much supportive and they dont know how to talk with the customers. They disconnect the calls if they dont want to talk if they have made mistakes. real worst place.

No doubt they are the best in the trade, but their employees are rudest of the lot!!I have had few of such crazy experiences with their female employees. And if you tell them they are so rude, theyll make sure to not attend to you. They literally didnt answer my call and provide me with the information I needed. And similar experience happened in their store with these employees.I wonder why would you be rude round the clock. Anytime you visit them, any query you have, any amount or currency youd like to exchange or any product (perfumes) youd like to buy from the store; if you ask one question theyll have crazy attitude and rudeness to throw at you!!

They are thieves. A sardar there He deliberately dropped all the money on his sis eof the counter and was leaving some money right in front of him. Two 20 pounds noted lying side by side and he deliberately picked up one. And left one on the floor. Also I gave him the money after counting and he takes the money to his side of the counter and says the money is less. Beware.

The exchange rate is best in Delhi. There is another money exchanger in front of them - prince pan. Its better to ask rates from both and buy accordingly.

Got the aed, but staff manners are missing.

Until now I believed that they gave very good rates, but this time they charged very high rates for my exchange. The difference with the other exchangers was close to 5% which is very huge. So I suggest caution and avoid them. The staff is unfriendly and does not talk properly.

I went there before july 7th to exchange rupees to dollars. The shop is quite full. Because of that I didnt check when I receive the dollars. I exchange around 1300 usd in 100 dollars notes. Then I left. The thing is, after I got to my country destination and Im going to exchange the dollar the value is drop a lot. Because apparently from 1300 usd that I exchange in Damini, 1000 dollars have a SMALL SIGN WITH PEN in the corner of the dollars. I dont know this is an honest mistake or what but, its almost 1000 dollars, so I dont think its an honest mistake. Plus..the price they gave me to buy that dollars is normal price, not discount price. I still have 200 dollars of it with me. I have never experience that kind of think when I exchange it in another money changer.

Worst experience i have ever had...very unprofessional staff and didnt even bother to tell me the current buying rates and just asked me to pay the amount which obviously they didnt told me and didnt bother to tell me about the documents required instead just asked for the payment and how much foreign currency i needed as if i was there buying samosas. Need a lot of improvement in customer handling and satisfaction. Because for them it might not be a small amount but for people like us purchasing its our hard earned money. So pls do care about the customers first .
