Was here for Sunday shopping when I came across Burger Club. We decided to dine in here and take a short break from shopping. We ordered for 2 chicken burger meal along with beg royal club burger.The meal consisted of 2 chicken burger with cheesy fries. The fries were crisp and had a blend of thousand Island and mayonnaise.The burger was super yum and delicious.Had a great time and Im super glad to have taken a break from shopping at The burger club.Great going.

Went for some shopping to Lajpat and was looking some good place to eat lunch and relax for a while and found this perfect place to dine in. The ambience of the outlet is well decorated, seating area is much comfortable and purely air conditioned and much spacious. Loved my double cheese chicken burger and mojito. Very much tasty food.

Juicy delicious burgers, the hospitality,well decorated ambience and the decent crowd.. Everything was up to mark. And its quite better than burger King. The burgers are more juicy and fresh, plus everything is not cheap but yeah! Affordable and reasonable. Loved the hospitality. Would visit again super soon.

TBC has introduced an amazing and exciting Valentines combo in which I got three different cute red colored mini burgers. Visited this place to try out their new combo. So, me and my friend ordered one valentines combo, double cheese chicken burger, strawberry and cookie n cream shake and a magic platter which had fries, potato wedges and nachos topped with cheese, mayo and veggies. Double cheese chicken burger was huge and the best. Their burgers are really amazing. I would gladly visit it whenever I crave for burgers.

This cafe has one of the most juicy and crispy burger patty every. I have tried alot of burger from burger club and burger singh but this patty is damn juicy❤️Must try the devil range of the burger club you will fall in love with.I ordered this in my home and the patty is still great so welldone burger club❤️

Visited the place for the first time with friends.DisappointingIt was very embarrassing for me since I had suggested the place after the good reviews.But it seems that is not the case.The place was beautiful and organised but the same cant be said about the staff and their hospitality.Not a place that Id recommend to anyone personally

Service is slow on-peak hours. Dont take away the burgers from here because they will get swaggy by the time you reach your home.

The taste of burger is so different form others. I seriously love it.

The outlet has a good amount of seating arrangements. The staffs are very cooperative and friendly. Thier menu has a larger variety of delicious food which is pocket friendly. There is mostly an offer running.

The quality has degraded from last 2 visits , they serve you cold patties , earlier the quality was very good , now they just load the burger with mayonnaise , please avoid going there .

I am a regular customer and after lockdown, Quality of beverage is so low. I have complained twice-thrice still did get good quality of cold drink. There is particular same smell in their all beverages.

Earlier your burger was good but now you’re adding too much fillings inside burger which is too much difficult for a person to eat.

A nice place to dine in. Service is good given theres no congestion due to Covid-19. The staff is well mannered and polite. The crowd and environment is nice. The ambience is nice and refreshing. The quality of food is upto the mark. The only thing that is keeping me to give it 5 stars is that it is a bit expensive given that it is located very close to a burger king which is not that expensive yet their food quality is same as it is here.

Island veg burger is a must try. It has pineapple along with patty in it. No one can even think of this combo. But it is very scrumptious. I am so used to eating it that u get cravings of this burger. I order it almost every other day. It is open and available till 4 am through zomato and 3.45 am with swiggy.

1. They wont accept card payment saying that machine isnt working.2. Theyll serve chilled burger. I ask them to heat it up but they have the chilled burger again.3. Lovely burgers and fries... I tried mutton club burger and it was yummy... Parking is a challenge but must try food.

The burgers are so savoury and juicy, youll never want to have burgers other than the TBC ones. Just loved it, and Im sure of remaining in love😉 Looking forward to a lasting relationship with TBC😝

The option of customizing the burgers is great. Though some of the burgers were not appropriately heated however the staff is courteous and didnot create a fuss in re heating. Shakes arent great so wouldnt recommend that however the burgers are pretty good definitely worth trying.

Burgers filling was not up to the mark and it was not warm at all.The cheese cake was like it has dried bread in it which tastes bad actually.Only their tripple choco shake was good and worth drinking.

It is a good place to have burgers.The burgers here are really tasty and exotic.The outlet have plenty of sitting space and the staff is very friendly.You can also have shakes,wraps and platters here.

The quality of food here is much better than MacDonalds or Burger king. You will get a rich taste even in their cheapest burgers.Prices are very reasonable.My recommendation is that go for wheat bread and one slice of cheese in our burger it adds to the flavour.

A very bad experience.Though the food was good , the staff efficiency was not at all satisfactory.They messed up one of my orders and asked for some time. Even after waiting , they were clueless. I had to take my refund instead of the order.Ambience was , no doubt, exemplaryBut I dont think Ill be visiting the place again.

The place was clean and higenous keeping in mind the situation of covid but the food was awfully cold and stale. And me and my friend were not the only lucky people who got the stale and cold food but other customers as well who complained about the cold and a day old patty of the burger. Hated the experience never going again.

After getting leaflet from the Lajpat market by a brand promoter, i went to the outlet to try it first time. We also want to encourage Indian startups to grow.I have placed the order for one burger, cold coffee and paneer wrap. The amount was around Rs. 400, I asked for payment method as paytm but same was unavailable. I paid through cash. I was supposed to get the amount return but the cash was not available at the that time and they asked to wait as it will come with the order. I waited for 15 minutes and the order arrived but without the pending amount, I asked the employee about it but she informed that it is not yet available. Post that I was done with having all the stuff. Again I went to the counter to receive pending amount but it was not.Then they informed they are sending someone to get the exchange. This experience was totally pathetic. I called for my own money 3-4 times and they were taking it lightly and I had to wait for it specially to collect the amount.I must say either the staff is not properly educated by the brand or they do not care about their customers.Due to this horrible experience I will never suggest anyone to visit The Burger Club. Apart from this the Burger was also not up to the mark compared to any other brand like The Burger Kings, McDonalds, Wendys etc.

Burgers are very delicious and pack a punch of indian tastes. Definitely worth giving a try.Sides, wraps, salads are also good.The beverages are okay, but the shakes have just gone worse, bad presentation and the taste is not upto the mark. Shakes seems very expensive when campared to its presentation and the taste.

Decent place with lots of options. Nice and friendly staff. The interiors were pretty good too, nothing fancy. I tried the veg devil burger and peach Iced tea. While the burger tasted good (and a bit different than usual ones offered by most burger chains), the buns were cold, felt like they were just taken out of the fridge, which I didnt quite like even though the patty was warm. Also, the peach Iced tea tasted a bit weird, so maybe avoid that and go for some other drink if youre there.

The food served was not warm an dthe ambience was not good and they also not maintained hygiene which is the most important thing in this pandemic.we were not the only one complaining other costumers were also complaining

Very bad quality, if you think you have eaten bad food this place will rock you to redefine bad food again.And worst of all a bad and nasty customer service who lied and upon confrontation disconnected the call.It is dishonest, dishonorable place.I placed my order through zomato.My order was sent early but only half of what i ordered. Called the Lajpat nagar branch and the phone taker lied. And blamed the delivery guy for mixing up another bag. Delivery guy says but i was given only one bag.Then burger manager sayoh sirf 2 burger or onion rings hee to m8ssing hai.Then sent the old order with additions without reheating the previous things.So they arrived in an icy cold manner.I called up to give feedback.Then the spineless fellow disconnected the call.They tout their place to be not expensive.They ll give you a burger cheaper but fries for double the amount and quantity is half.So its a trick.The patty is shallow fried in oil.Fries are stale and chicken felt like rubber.Onion rings tasted like a horrible onion mash burnt fried in an overused batch of oil.I reported this to zomato they apologised and gave a partial refund.So this is the real Burger Club story.I hope they learn something from this feedback.

The place is good.. Anyone can go their and you will have a good experience there... The prices are reasonable and the quality of food is amazing... The only bad point is, if you mention anything to the cashier he/she wont pass on the information to anyone who is making your order and at the end you gets disappointed because you wont receive the order as you asked ... Then you have to ask the boy or the girl to take the order away and do the needful changes which you asked for and it takes a lot of time because one have already waited long for the order and again they will take 5-10 minutes more... When I complained this thing to manager he didnt took any action regarding it... Overall the place the food and quality is good... I will give staff the rating of 3 out of 5 because I got disappointed more than 3 times there.
