Guru Vishram Vridh Ashram is a place for the one who spend their whole life to shape our future. This place is helping the abandoned and destitute elderly of our country to live a peaceful and happy life. This place takes very well care of the health of the 300 elderly living here. They have separate physiotherapy unit, pathology unit, special care unit, recreational activity session and what not. I am proud to work for the elderly.

Guru Vishram Brush Ashram is doing a wonderful job taking care of old people who have no one to take care of. We played with the elderly, served them food and they were so happy to get just a little attention. Guru Vishram Vridh Ashram is doing its best with the little support they get from us.It brought a lot of emotion while I was there, it is really heartbreaking when their children leave them with nothing. The people there really enjoys the company and makes you feel welcome and more than that it is an experience that cannot be described. It really makes you feel grounded and incredibly privileged.

Thanks for helping senior citizens which need it most. I was blessed to visit such a place today. Will continue to come there and spend my time with them. Keep it up.

Sometime back I visited this place and must say that felt human once again. The kind of dedication that everyone shows there in taking care of the elderlies is truly commendable. It was a great experience interacting with the old age people who ranges from people who don’t remember their address to people who have been abandoned by their children. Just talking to them for sometime, brining some smile on their faces and most importantly listening to them talking..doesn’t matter if you understand it or not surely teaches an important lesson that old age is a bitter truth and so, live life while you can!!A big salute to all the people involved in helping these 100 or so old age people.. you truly are the heroes!!

I being an intern at SHEOWS foundation had a great and wonderful experience.They have been providing immediate first aid and emergency relief to abandoned elderly. They have provisions of helping them physically and emotionally with all medical care facilities, A.C shelter homes, clean clothes & nutritious food. The ashram has a very friendly and homely environment . Please donate and support the cause as we all can together work for them.

I am surprised and inspired the work Guru Vishram Vridh Ashram (Old Age Home) is doing. It is life time achievement to contribute to the Ashram. I am living in Delhi from 1993 and even working in development sector from more than 11 years and never seen this kind of commitment towards the old aged. There is more than 110 helpless, mentally and physically sick, destitute old aged, who need support. Around 90% of them cant move. I am appealing all of my friends and relatives to visit the Ashram and contribute to the amazing working. You will really feel joy of giving/contributing.

Guru Vishram Vridh Ashram started as a small facility for the destitutes found on the roads of Delhi. Providing the basic facility like food and clothes. With the help of generous and mindful people of our community, the old age home now stands with 10 ICU beds, 24/7 Doctors and nurses, Physiotherapy lab, Lifts for elderly, Pathology lab and X-ray monitoring, Medicines, Fresh food and Clean clothes throughout the year which is rendered to the elderly completely free of cost.Right now there are 300 elderly residents staying with us in our New Delhi and Garhmukhteshwar Ashram. We have sheltered over 4000 elderly individual,about 1550 residents have been cremated and more than 1410 people have been rehabilitated and sent to their home

Being in this old age home is an awesome experience, they are doing such a great social work . The care, love and affection provided there is something to consider. The Staff and management are kind and loving. I really enjoyed my time being around the old age people and taking pictures with them.

I feel privileged that i got an opportunity to work with this ngo.This organisation is one of a kind , they are providing with each and every service to the elderly .They provide with accommodation, food, clothes , medical facility , clean environment , etc to the old people.I had a great experience working here.Please share your support and love to the people who actually need it ...

Visited the Old Age Home without informing them, to my surprise found great cleaniness, doctors and nurses on duty. Its such a blessing for our elderly of India. Highly recommend people to visit it. All services are free of the old age home.

Neat and clean place with every facility available for the old people living there. They own everything by their own including agriculture to farming and milk production. Sbi foundation sponser it and performing its duty very well.

My experience working for this NGO is great experience. Sometimes as young adult or youth we sometimes we dont think about old age. i never knew that elderly face a lot of daily life challenges. That there is a need in all community. Im encouraging everyone to help support the elderly much as we can. elderly people are our roots and the youth we are the branches. Tree can not grow without the roots the tree needs the roots to function. As a Volunteer at this NGO i learn so much exciting things and thanks from my friendly staff for being so accommodating. If i get chance i will surely come back and I want encourage everyone to be part of SHEOWS.

When I went into the Old Age Home for the first time, I was welcomed by heart-warming smiles of both staffs and elderly. I will never forget Ammas charming dance at the recreational activity and will remember the moments that I shared with Babas by listening to their story for good.

They are doing an amazing job in Sheows they are providing good care, shelter and medical care for homeless people and those who have nobody to care for... working with love, kindness and sympathy

Its really heart touching for me when I have seen a Ashram which holds those helpless hands which really need support. As I know this is first unique Ashram who picked destitute old aged who are facing various kind of diseases and fighting for their life. Its not only an Ashram..Its a living temple of GOD!!!

I havent went there yet..but the images are strong enough to depict that how much we are busy in our daily lives that we couldnt even afford some some to be with our parents...parents dont need our money or any other luxuries items..instead they want our time and love thats it...

A very well managed old age home for old people who are left to die on roads

The only old age home in Delhi NCR which is serving the dying destitute elderly, by picking them from the road and providing free medical care, food and shelter.

They give us everything we need now this our time to take care

Here, we got so much of love as our parents does.
