The place is hard to locate. And the surrounding is quite bad.. This banquet is located in the middle of a village quite inside of it, the roads have big potholes and the road in front of farmhouse is kuchha.

This place is operated by some Locals of Loni/Sabhapur, unprofessional management, illiterate staff, they will promise everything at the time of booking to justify their highest cost of this area, don’t be amused by the size of vatika or parking space, they don’t have appropriate staff to maintain this area, all service staff is a bunch of thieves, they use foul language in front of guests, keep your own security arrangement in the Vatika, waiters don’t listen until the event comes to an end, no customer service at all, dirty rooms, filthy kitchen area, big dining area but not maintained properly, crockery not cleaned properly, you can see bones nearby/under the tables, no proper lighting in washroom, bridal room was full of smell not even a fan or cooler was there. More than half lights were fused or were not working, you could see loose electric wires everywhere; it is advisable to sign an agreement on stamp paper before signing off the booking.
