It is a good banquet hall for holding/organization of medium to big size functions. The food was tasty and delicious and the staff was courtecios. Enough parking space is also there. The banquet has various floors and is well connected with lift. Sitting area, snacks counter area and dinning area are separately located.

This is the WORST banquet and the MANAGER is SHAMELESS , they take all the money advance before the function and the manager behaves very politely with the customer before function and agrees on everything and when the day comes he is the only person who denies everything and they trapped the person who holding function by not providing proper food , turn off the AC , Hiding juices from counter , lack of chapatis and taking too much time to get single chapati for the guests holding plates in their hands and after too much wait guests starts leaving dropping the plates in Bin 🗑 and the plates for dessert ends once .. no extra plates comes after hours and people have to do is wait nothing else . There staff is highly trained to ignore the person who ask them from anything ...It is my personal experience with them on my sisters wedding .Am holding a lavish menu for my sister wedding day and he charged me too much extra for thatAnd he did all this with me1. They stop serving snacks2. Provide suji halwa instead of badam halwa (25000 extra i pay for badam halwa)3. 250 MG , but only 190 plates been used and there food is over4. Ice cream is over5. Juices they hide6. Provide 0 imported fruit (4 imported + 4 india , in my decided menu )7. Turn Off the AC to make people go out of heat and smoke start itching in eyes .8. They stop khomcha counters .9. They have no answer and the person holding function is helpless10. The Manager is a proper thief make fool of peoples.And so so much they do i cant explain here ..And many more things he do with every function they holds not only with me , with every one , they are thiefDont go for ruin your weddings and parties there, they are shameless and become rude to the person at last when he said abt the mistake they made , but atlast we cant do anything because they took all the money in advance before function ..DONT GO , THEY ARE THEIFS.

I attend wedding (stardom banquet okhala) there firstly I faced the parking problem alot. Towards the venue,entrance was fine when I reached to the floor where wedding was held around 8:45pm I saw all chaat counters was closed I asked from chaat counter boy he replied all chaats was finished that was a shocking for us even all the chaat counter boys removing their stuffs. Even no snacks moving in guest area . I move towards the dinning area I sawed daal makhni handi finished I told one guy might be he was supervisor there not confirmed but he had walki talkie he said Ildo refling daal u want want a 35 minutes for daal. All salads was finished no reffling of salads .all food was cold nd there was a lot of humidity no ac working .. the most shocking thing was that one guy from starom side we dont have kitchen all food was came from Noida. The main aim of staff iwas watching the plate counts how much plates was left that dont care about service of food evn I told to the manager (red tie) there was no food he couldnt say a single word. Its humble request dnt book this place for there functions other wise you spoiled your mood as well occasion.. I cant understand how people gave 5 star to dat banquet.. full wastage of money its better organise your function at community center.
