This Place is perfect for seminars or official meetings too.Its good if you go there without any personal vehicle, otherwise parking can be the issue because of its prime location during day.Night timing would be great, that time no more crowded road and parking will also not be an issue.Overall good

Located just behind Karol Bagh Metro Station, the place isnt hard to find or far off. Upon entry, the staff was diligent in following the Covid appropriate safety protocols while ensuring ease and comfort of a weary traveller. The Hotel Restaurant is just next to reception but I was short on time to check it out. The room was not only spacious, built with modern decor but was quite too. One wouldnt believe that the place was smack dab in the middle of a busy Central Delhi marketplace, it was so quite. The WiFi available was fast and no connectivity loss.The beds were made up to the spec, comfy mattress, fluffy pillows and clean sheets all around, what more can one ask for. The bathroom-toilet was hygienic and clean. The dreaded hotel laundry was cleaner than what I was carrying.Even though my stay was a brief one but the place made its mark in my memory. At the time of checking out, when bill was handed over, I felt as if I have robbed them. The amount of amenities, level of service, far exceeded the expectations and cost incurred. If the owner is managing to even break even then his business operation model ought to be taught in B-schools. Highly recommend the place!

Visited this place for dinner party and birthday celebration. Staff is good. Food is good. Enjoyed thoroughly the karaoke singing at the banquet Hall in the basement.

Disgusting, wet and dirty. We asked to switch rooms because the bathroom didn’t work properly. The sheets were wet and smell terrible. Our room didn’t have a key so they gave the master key from the reception. Nonsense. The breakfast was poor and limited. Terrible experience.

This 5 star rating is for the room service they provide. No complaints on that.Found few issues with the ac.. But they were quick to respond by changing the room to another one that had an ac working perfectly.

This was my 3rd stay at metro view hotel. Very good for a short stay. Location is the best part of the hotel. Staff is great and helpful. Rajeev and Dilip were very kind and helpful to accommodate my requests.For sure would recommend this hotel to solo travelers, couples or friends on a transit stop.

Worst hotel with rude staffs and unclean environment.I had this hotel booked through Deejohns holidays for 2 nights (19th to 21st November 2018) but i could spare only one night here and changed the hotel on the second day.Issue 1: Room was very small, once we enter we had jump on the bed to change dresses as there was no place in the room.Issue 2: No table, no chair in the room. I have ordered food to room as my son was tired but unfortunately we had to stand and eat since no place was there to sit.Issue 3: No hot water. Since morning 5.30 we were waiting for hot water and from 6 to 6.30 I tried calling reception but no one was there to respond. I had to walk down to the reception and then they said they had technical issue and geyser not working. I guess they had fixed the issue by 7, so one person directly walked into my room (he was very rude) and told me to check if hot water is coming. When i confirmed that hot water was coming he started scolding me like why i even complained about this.Issue 4: Bed spreads were incleun and teared.

Excellent hotel with good staff and we stayed 02 days in this hotel, staff is very good and we ordered food around 12 PM in the night and they served with good taste and rooms are very clean and as it is near to Karol Bagh market, its easy to reach any other places and also its 5 minutes walk away distance from Karol Bagh Metro... This was my second stay in this hotel. Hotel is very Good, Service is excellent Staff is very Friendly and helpful. Especially Reception guys take care of there guest which is very much needed if you are in delhi and traveling with your family. Quality and Quantity of food is also good try Dal Tadka and Paneer Tikka Masala. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who are traveling for there city tour. I would Rate 4.8/5.0.

We used this place for our weekly conference, the place is good.located near Karol Bagh metro station. Its a walking distance from metro. Only issue is parking in front of hotel. Otherwise its good hotel.

Dirty bedsheets. Torn and dirty pillowcase. Had to ask the reception several times to get the water heater started. Not worth the 4500 per night cost. Very ordinary. There are many clean and good hotels in the surrounding KB area.

It is the best hotel to stay with family or solo in karol bagh area bcoz it is situated in market place , Mr. sumit singh at the reception is very helpful and guide the guests very well , breakfast is also tasty and too much variety, it was mine second visit definatily visit again.

Dark, dingy rooms with no window. The room was cleaned daily and bedding changed but the whole place felt like it could do with a lift and it smelt like cigarettes. On a quiet lane next to a big bazaar with places around to eat. Its ok for a quick stop over but there are definitely nicer hotels.

I had booked a premium room and when i checked in the hotel they gave me a smallRoom with almost had no space to walk . They call it a premium room because it has a window but in reality its smaller than a hostel room. Also the room lacked basic amenities like a kettle and tea supplies. I cursed myself for booking this hotel the first night . Next day after constant complaining in the reception these guys gave us anotherRoom which was surely a relief because it was the room that i had seen in pictures and so had made the bookings . After that all was fine . Just see what rooms they allot you and what have you actually booked .

Been here to conduct an official event. Used their conference hall, restaurant and board rooms. The facilities are good and affordable considering delhi rates. The restaurant and good offered was good. Will recommend for events with 50-70 people comfortably.

Very very boring hotel.The beds are very small in size. We cant even sleep properly here. And the rooms are extremely small.As well as the dining service is worst.Takes min 1 hour if we order something.The staff is soo lazy; as well as the room service is worst they dont even great well with the customers..And the laundry service is also very costly here.Over all had a boring stay here.

Highly unprofessional.The rooms are small with close to 0 ventilation.The room I stayed in was smelling and was very claustrophobic.People here do not help you rather scream and shout (highly disappointed).I was not given breakfast even after paying for it. Worst services during peak season. Lack dedication towards guests. Customer satisfaction is missing in their priority list. The staff is also not well mannered. As far as the rooms are concerned, once a guest checks out, one room attendant will immediately groom the room, clear the dustbin, place an **** kit and then the room is ready for the other guests. Even the bedsheets and towels are not changed. The washrooms are not cleaned. The morning complimentary breakfast is just for namesake. It will be a waste of money to take a room in this hotel.

I booked a Premium Room for 3 people and informed the hotel two days prior that I would be doing the check-in in the morning 5am. The day we turned up at hotel, we found that our room had been given to someone else even though we had booked and paid for it in advance. The person at the desk was not at all ready to accept their mistake or understand the issue. They accommodated us in the deluxe room which was lower category than what we had paid for. It caused great inconvenience to us.. Otherwise , the hotel is fine, food is good but their desk service is pathetic....

I booked this hotel but on arriving they told that the rooms which I booked is having issues with water pipe so I have to stay in another property which is very nearer ... and that property they showed was pathetic.... which means I have paid for a good room which was shown in the pic and I have to stay in some other pathetic room ... my family have to stand on the road for almost an hour to argue with a so called manager ... he is convincing me that both are our property only... dear manager will you accept my 10 rs note instead of a 100rs which I owe you as both are my notes... please dont think your customers are fools.....Please avoid such cheaters .....

Hotel has been changed a lot.from last year it has been degraded to unimaginable level. I stayed in room108 and it is so dirty, toilet no words to explain its weirdness. such a small it is you cant even able sit comfortably on the closet. And AC so noisy. regarding electrical things terrific. only one working plug point in entire room. I am so afraid to use after seeing exposed naked wires. finally service boy so ridiculous, he cant even bother to answer you for your questions/requirement.

Nice stay, location service food is good. We stayed their for office purpose. They have conference hall too which is suitable for 70-80 people for meeting purpose.

Overall my experiance has been good with this hotel. However i want to mention that there were problem with drinking water, they were not able to serve the water bottle to their customers. The service guy and the receptionist says that water is chargeable you can not drink more than two complementary bottles, and the person who sits on the reception when i asked him about room charges, he was blushing and he was not able to give the correct and fix price. however he should has given me price on the spot immediatly. so, i booked via goibibo finally. This kind of things create a bad image against the hotel. So would like to say to hotel staff please take a look on these thing, and try to make customers happy by providing good services in every way.Overall hotel is good to stay, rooms and there washroom are clean.Thanks for taking the feed back.
