Bad 😞experience, we got harassed by two sales person at the time of delivery they refuse to gave us same model creta (sx ivt) after seven months of waiting period. Both the salesperson was assuring us to gave us delivery on time with full confidence but when we ask Manager of showroom he was showing us no availability of same model till another 3 months which is not assured also .I request all the viewers to stay away from this show room .hart broken 😞

The staff here are more like sbi bank employees passing you from counter to counter without actually being busy just pretending to be busy & not listening to you even if you stand infront of them, they have no regards to your time or dont respect or pay attention to you unless you file a complaint against them,they used to be good before I have been getting my car serviced from them for 5-6 years but the last 2 years have been really poor , the staff has turned really poor off late.

Very Bad Experience, will not recommend this showroom, they treat their customers as nothing. if you wanted to save your money and time. please dont go there:Delivered car was in good condition but services provided was not good. Have to go 7-8 times to showroom before purchasing the car. Sales man always give excuses for every small things.Informed about the price change only at the time of delivery.Few suggestions:Facilities was good but proper training of staff is required.

We talked to dealer about aura test drive and he said us to visit them and he will provide test drive but on visit he said test drive car was gone and we travelled around 25 kms to visit there seeing their reviews but it was so frustrating. Will never visit hans nor i will advice anyone to go there. Choose other hyundai showrooms instead, they said they will provide test drive at home but till now they hadnt called.
