Everything is fine about this place but the management is worth a penny because they have no respect for you once your booking time is overSo it was my brother in laws wedding and it was a day wedding due to covid. The banquet had another booking for evening so just to push the first party out of there premises they switched off the AC and it was 42°C that day and we kept on requesting them to switch on the ac but the higher managers kept on strolling the things to one anotherThat was the pathetic thing about the place.

Very friendly and courteous staff! Very brightly lit and with amazing decor. Food was really very delicious and the menu is vast!

Green Lounge is situated on the main Ring road next to La Mansion banquet hall and if you are coming from NSP then you should better take the service lane from the red light. I found a slight issue reaching to the venue as the lane in front is small with vehicles parked on either sides. The street is usually crowded during the festivities and it would take you some time reaching the venue. There is a valet facility available and the drivers are prompt. The venue has Two party halls, one on the ground floor and other on the first floor. There is a lift to carry 7-8 people. The Halls look beautiful and they are spacious too. Light and sound is also of good quality but food and service quality were not up to the mark and needs improvement My verdict - i would give it 3.5/5 stars.

Its a nice, pretty spacious banquet for any type of event that you might have. I was there for a weddinf and pretty much liked the space, the food, and the well behaved staff as well. Parking might be a little bit of a hassle given the fact that it is right there on the main road but valet parking is available. So, that problem isnt that huge, really.

Good ambience. Nice atmosphere. But snacks were not up to date. Hara kabab and semi cutlet were too hard to chew and difficult to digest. Bathrooms were stinking but on complain , it was rectified.

Had been here only once but liked the experience very much. The occasion was of a birthday party of child. The ambience and the interior design is really good. The seating is also well designed. Preparation was awesome and the staff was very courteous. All in all, nice one!

Ridiculous managementHorrible and rude staff

I had booked GREEN LOUNGE BANQUETS for gathering of 260 peoples for ₹2,50,000 for date in june for my daughters marriage and I gave them 51000 in advance out of 2,51,000.Around marriage date I called banquet and asked ,Is your banquet open or not ,then they said that sir due to corona pandemic we are not opening banquet and they said to us that dont panic we will 100% postpone the same event to any future dates you want.After this we go to banquet in September month with 3-4 future dates of marriage but they said all these dates are high rates dates then we said to manager to give us any date on which marriage can be done then manager said there no such date ,if you want to book any further date you have to book it for 600 peoples for ₹6,00,000(not less then this in any case) then we will adjust your 51,000 (advance amt.) in this.When I ask for refund they denied directly.They are cheating customers,why should I give money to them for doing nothing.If employee dont work employer dont give salary, so why I give money to owner for doing nothing.

The management of Green Lounge Wazirpur is really pathetic. Please beware of booking this venue during Nov/Dec 2020 wedding in the Covid situation. We booked this venue for April 2020 wedding and due to Covid we had to shift our date to November. When we asked the venue management to book our date for November and adjust our booking amount, they said that they will start taking bookings from September onwards and will book our November wedding for sure. And when we reached out to them in August end, we got to know they already booked the date for someone else. And when we asked them to atleast refund our booking amount, they straight away denied. This is really unethical and how venues are cheating the customers in Covid times. They left us nowhere and made very hard situation for us to find other venue in so less time.
