Service was not good at all. From 8pm to 12.00pm coffee machine not working and see the hygiene and cleaniness of coffee machine and no one at the floor to manage.

You need to negotiate at the time of booking. Only parking is a big issue when all the floors are occupied, though they try to provide parking but is a common problem everywhere in Delhi. Dont ever book Five elements for any function. Their marketing head Jaspreet Singh will lure you in his sweet talks. They will never return your money incase of cancellation due to lockdown/covid. Also they will not provide you any dates of your choice for rescheduling and will ask for extra money. Very unprofessional.

Cheap banquet. Booking team is very unprofessional.We had booking for saaya dates but due to lockdown it is postponed and they are asking for double money now to book again in saaya dates. Please save your money and dont book five elements Janakpuri.

Nice hospitality of the banquet.This banquet is totally wheelchair accessible.The interior decorations is beautifully done.The furniture is also very good.There is limited space for parking inside the banquet.The vehicles has to parked in service lane.The service is almost busy with traffic jams due to more banquets presence.Its 10 minutes walking distance from Janak Puri Metro station.

Proper temperature checks and masks check at the entrance. All staff was wearing masks face shields and gloves. The non veg snacks were simply awesome and also the main course.

We celebrated our sons first birthday at Five elements by Sandoz in July. The banquet is one of the best Ive seen so far in the area. The entire experience was smooth and the services rendered were up to the mark. The food was great and my guests are still raving about how tasty the snacks were. The bar service was good and the staff were very hospitable. Also, they did a good job with the decor and the DJ. We had an amazing time and will recommend this place. Would be on top of my list if I ever celebrate an event soon. Kudos to the team and a big thumbs up!
