I was there with my wife and the hotel is clean and provides us great hospitality.Mr.Navraj was of great service. very helpful and will guide u throughout our stay.The staffs were very helpful.wen i say food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome.Ill recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)

Larrys China. Please head straight there. The Yellow Brick Road is good but often crowded. The bar used to be a wonderful dark, cozy place. Same wonderful food and drinks, but ambience not so good.

The place is overpriced for what is offered. Firstly the room we got, the linen was torn. Second, there were 3 phones in the room and NONE of them were working.Third there was no menu kept for in room dining.Lastly the breakfast spread was way below standard.The only positive about the place is the staff. They are very helpful and courteous.

I stay there 2-3 times a month; mainly because of its proximity to my work place and to Khan Market. Some positives and negatives;Positives;- Very good location.- Small but nice restaurant.- Friendly staff.- Economical and good value for money.Negatives;- Rooms are tiered.- Electrical issues in room,.- Housekeeping can be better.- Things (furniture, crockery, cutlery, linen etc) look old and worn out.

Taj group is associated with this property. But very old and need maintenance. Food is good. Even their employees are good. But major renovation is needed.

A decent good hotel with spacious room. Staff is very polite and helpful. Food is also good but a bit expensive. They charge you even for ice bucket. Overall nice hotel to stay. Also, you have Khan Market just next to the hotel for all your needs.

Yellow brick Road Restt is a quiet and enjoyable place to meet with family and friends. Food served is quite good and the decor and setting is retro which todays kids will enjoy if they dont fiddle with their phones . The restt presence in a heritage building adds to its charm !!. Kudos to manager Prakash for the excellent service .

This place has old colonial charm that to in the middle of Delhi but..!! This place is not well kept.. shouting for renovation and upgradation of facilities to meet today’s hospitality standards.

The stay was pleasant.Rooms were neat and comfy and we had a good stay.Food served in yellow brick needs major improvement though. Whether it was mutton biryani for dinner or the pongal and vada they served for breakfast. Even the tea in the morning was average. Food needs to be worked upon. However, the stay was more than comfortable.

The hotel , no doubt, is beautiful with good service. I was approaching the hotel in my car, after dusk. The entry is not properly lit. The only name board is hidden in the greenery around this place. While driving, you very likely to miss the entry. Once you overshoot, the google maps will take you round the property to Khan market, which is very crowded. It can take you 15-20 minutes extra. Hotel should install some boards to improve visibility of the entry.

I have been visiting this property quite often,Its a beautiful property,quite old and its evident in its structure and rooms but overall experience at the hotel is amazing.The staff at the hotel are very friendly , especially Mr.Satish Rana,the Hotel Manger always ensures that the stay is pleasant.

An amazing place with an even more amazing collection of art pieces. The rooms were good, the room service quick and the food was delicious, what more do you need in a hotel.On a side note, there was this cute Golden Retriever that the hotel staff kept as a pet just outside the entrance. The pet was very calm and its quite rare to see a pet kept by the hotel staff.Overall, I had the time of my life.Thank you, to the staff of Ambassador Hotel

Lovely location. Polite staff. They upgraded our rooms and the package was very economical. The staff at the breakfast table were very attentive and accommodating. Food delectable. Take a walk around among the residences of who’s who of Delhi. All rooms have balconies. Thoughtful to put a netting around the building to keep the pigeons out.

Food is not that much tasty than in other hotels and restaurants. I only liked rasmalai. The food taste was like 2⭐ hotel

Heritage property in the middle of one of the best locations in Delhi. Three things I adore about the rooms - huge room size, balcony and the bathtub! Add to it the Taj experience and absolutely prompt room service. Vintage touch with all modern amenities.

A very average hotel. Doesnt live upto Taj expectations. Furniture in lobby looks like a decade old. Parking is mess. It is everything Taj should not stand for. Needs a serious upgrade.

My go to hotel for biz travel. Super location. And Khan market is literally 3 minutes away, for food options. Very large and spacious rooms.

I have been to many five stars but the food out here is the best. The staff is very courteous, the rooms are cleans the ambience is amazing and a very lively rooms and common area. The rates are very competitive. Guys trust me you can go with this for a cozy family vacation.

Ambassador is an old Delhi hotel that has remained greta over the years. Its not very luxurious as compared to the competition but has an old world charm. The rooms are decent with huge balconies. The hospitality is top notch though!

Good place for weddings. The hotel is old but all right in terms of location, food, ambience and service. I attended a wedding here. The setup of function was done in the outside lawn and food was placed in the inside hall. Overall a good experience.

Aloofness if u like to be in peace for some time, and lively if u go to the restaurant !! The Food is there USP 👍😀 must try anything if u do visit !! And yes the Kulfi Faluda they serve is on the top of my list I think 😋

The Banquet Manager Ranjan is crooked guy , He is hand in glove with Local Vendors who charge exorbitant and unreasonable just before e event starts , Also he and GM has no manners to speak to women , Our two women team were literally Harassed by him in front of GM . Strongly Recommend Say no to weddings and events there.

I ordered a pasta last night and it was not even boiled properly it was raw . That is not expected from a hotel that belongs to the taj!

Its decent property of IHCL at a most convenient location in Delhi. Staff is cooperative. Although rooms are part and parcel of old building style.

The entire place gave an Anglo Indian charm. Though the hospitality was top notch but the place didnt provide me a sense of luxury.

Sweetest memories of this place of childhood going for South Indian in Dasprakash named restaurant then and the 2 gift shops outside it and now yellow brick road which has the sweetest staff and yummiest food variety and I got the special sharmaji eggs as I was dying to have egg roasts so thank you ... will be trying the Chinese restaurant next 😋

The location is perfect if you visitng Delhi, the centre of delhi it is. The rooms are clean and maintained. The service is good too. Though the hotel overall looks old as it is an old property. The room we booked was spacious. Now coming to the breakfast buffet which disappointed me greatly. The variety was just ok. The service there at the buffet was not that great and very slow. One had to ask for the order again and again. And they had much confusion even though there was not much crowd. Also I found a hair in the food, and when. Reported the chef came to say sorry but there was no feeling of being sorry. And they dint think much of repaying or a little effort to make the morning better. Overall the stay was just fine.

A perfect location to stay for visa interviews, an old place for the historic enthusiasts. Hygienic and healthy during the covid pandemic, however, the paneer butter masala gravy could use a bit of a twist (less tomato taste would make it magical).

An excellent place I keep coming back to.Smaller than other Taj hotels in Delhi, this place has a certain old-world charm; combined with modern comfort.There are plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance if you wish to dine out. The Yellow Brick Road restaurant serves excellent breakfast in a cosy setting.

Good for events and meetings in general. There dome venue has good capacity for any event with 150 capacity atleast and cafe has splendid options. Its proximity to Khan Market is the most epic part. Barely 2 mins walk... If anyones coming to Delhi for shopping and would suggest to stay here. Since its quite Central Delhi and all major markets are realistically just 5-30 mins away.

True, you complimentary BF is served in the room, thanks to IRD’s Shanti, a lovely lady who pamper us well.A very warm reception from Vikas Parimoo General Manager who introduced me to Rajendra Kumar working director followed by Chef Sanjeev Chopra, Inderpal Singh Bedi F&B and Pradeep Singh Bhooi. Everyone contributed their share of hospitality management in their way.. It is not very big property by the number of rooms but by popularity, it has its place in the hospitality circle.. I felt ecstasy while staying in the property where celebrities from India and abroad and most eminent literary address of India late Kushwant Singh were regular visitors to this hotel. The table / menu card /wall decorator reverberate the visitors vib. Mahesh, Shanti ( special curry to carry while departure) Sujatha, Roshan Umashankar Tarun, Naresh, Hukum Singh. Siju FO, Kishan SPA added more colours to the hospitality, thanks to Chef Sanjeev for adding another dimension to hospitality .. Mr Vikas doing his job effectively in grooming them.

I found this property Average. I was expecting better from Taj !My reasons:1. Although the rooms were spacious with multiple windows. All the windows were shut, with no view!! Imagine having to be in a room full of windows that lead to niwhere!!!2. The east & the west are commonly found arguing about the greatness of using a health faucet in the toilets. This property clearly missed the Pro health faucet argument.3. Tried to nap, but was unable to due to the constant noise from some repair work on their property.I would certainly give this placr a low on recommendation.Other mentions- The staff was wonderfully courteous and polite. The only saving grace for this property.

This is my absolute favourite hotel in Delhi. Its situated next to Khan Market and is an area of Delhi that is safe to walk around for women.The hotel is old and historical, the rooms large and lovely.The staff are fantastic and the old yellow taxi drivers tell you the history of the hotel as they drive you to the airport. One man had worked at the hotel for 37 years.From senior management to the bell boys, the staff are quick, efficient, and friendly.I generally stay at Taj Hotels when I can in the large cities as I find the staff lovely, but prefer The Ambassador to The Taj Palace for its unbeatable location and its large rooms.
