Very bad experience. Room was stinking badly. Ac was not working. Very dull lighting in the room . Even pillows were stinking 😡😡😡

So I had a connecting flight next day early morning. I had booked a room for one night. And I decided to go with this place because it had a nice rating on booking.com , well lets just say it wasnt what they advertised.Pro:1. Check in was fast and hassel free.2. Room service and attending services were fine. (Only after I tipped each person 50 INR.)Cons:1. The room was not clean.2. The room service delayed my food order both the times I ordered. At dinner one of the dishes actually arrived an hour after my actual dinner arrived !3. I had to leave early morning to catch my flight, I had informed them at check in and also before I slept to keep a taxi/transport ready. When I came down at 4.30 am, they didnt have it ready. So I waited 20 mins for the taxi, then the receptionist stuck 2 other passengers with me in the car, without my consent because they also had to go to the airport. (On top of all this, the hotel wanted me to pay 300 for the ride as well wanted the other 2 passengers to pay 300 !)Well I gave my piece of mind to the management from the airport, before I departed.

Room was in very pathetic condition, the hotel is not maintained well for months, Sanitization not done ,once previous check out. Bathroom also very poor and cleaned.

I booked sup deluxe with breakfast by goibibo but when I was checking out they asking for money for breakfast. Room is very dirty and bathroom is look like general toilet, room floor tile is broken. Linen and towel very old. Reception staff( lady) totally unprofessional.

Close to airport, nice location, well behaved staff and value for money. this is good option for very short transit stay.

Very disappointed. Stained bed sheets and towels.

Recommend not to hire any transport vehicle through the Reception / any staff of the Hotel as they charge huge their own % in name of commission

Hotel is Expensive . Not Good in Service.They are Taking More Than 2K for Night But Room Quality and There Services Make You Down. Rooms Have Low Light with Dirty Amenities !If You Order anything It Will Take More Than 1 Hour To Reach You 😅. My Suggestion Dont Go For This Hotel its More Than Worst !

Warning: The facility is infested with ticks and is extremely dirty. I wish I had clicked photos of the filth in my room and the bathroom.I checked out in a few hours of checking in because by then I realised there was heavy tick infestation throughout the facility. There are ticks everywhere and theres no escape from them, even on the toilet seat.With ticks, the biggest concern is not that they are blood sucking insects but that they multiply in no time. I didnt want my home to be infested with ticks so immediately left the facility.Food was good though.PS: The hotel denied for a full/ partial refund and I had to book another room (of course in another hotel) that cost 5 times.

Rooms are cozy and the staff is excellent. Would recommend to everyone.

Please keep your expectations real. I booked this hotel for Rs.****/- via goibibo. Its cost u Rs.220 from airport via prepaid to reach here, they arrange for early morning drop for Rs.300. Right on the main road. Relatively new hence neat and clean. Room provided to us was spacious enough for 3 of us. Bathroom was clean. The ball boy was helpful with a smile. Quite hassle free check in and check out. we checked out at 6 am hence only got tea for breakfast. Extremely recommended for people who want to use for stop over. May not be suitable for staying longer in Delhi .

Wouldnt recommend this hotel.Not good at all. Rooms are not clean, telephone not working.The surrounding area is also not ao good. Wouldnt recommend this for friends/family.Disappointed to the core!

Not recommended for single female travelers. Good in terms commuting to the airport, quite fairly priced considering the amenities and services provided. P.S. Amenities provided are only towels, soap and shampoo. No toiletries,laundry, WiFi etc. available from the hotel.

Location is good as it is on the main road. Rooms are well maintained and clean.Staff is also very humble and helpful. One drawback is of that there is no network inside the hotel rooms.

I arrived and the room was not clean, they brought me inside the dirty room, where the food was all over the floor and said : no problem, mam, we will clean, and started collecting dirty dishes in front of me. I was like - you need to change the bedsheets, clean the bathroom... They answered : just 5 minutes. I had to go to the reception and ask them to clean the room thoroughly, Ive been waiting for half an hour and still when I came the toilet was dirty, and there was no water bottles in the room. The AC was hardly cooling and in the morning they rang my door by mistake. Breakfast was non-existing, when we arrived at the dining area, the staff was sleeping on the sofas... Seriously not worth it. It looks like the hotel had quite a potential and initial thought in it (the boroque inspired decorations and post colonial style), but the household management and basic lack of hospitality made it an absurd theatre. Two stars only because this pathos might amuse you, or youll have stories to tell your friends or write in your memoirs...

The hotel has a decent appearance. I have taken a deluxe room. The room was clean, spacious and well furnished. It contains a wardrobe, led tv, chair tables etc. and the overall look is good. In bathroom the hot water facility is available. I have stayed only one day. The reception desk was cooperative and have arranged a cab for airport at midnight.

The location of the hotel is good as its very near to airport. From outside it does not look that good as its in the middle of market kind of area. But from inside its good. The room was a bit smaller but clean. I had ordered for Veg. grilled sandwich but they said it wont be available. So, food wise it was a bit disappointment. Coffee was good.

It is a good and affordable hotel with nice and clean rooms. Good for overnight stay. Spent only about 6 hrs there so dont really know much apart from this

This hotel is good mostly for families and cost of this hotel has a valuable price. It is very nearer to metro rails..Hotel has very neat and clean rooms...Hotel has very pleasant environment and very fast response for the room service and door bell is also very loud.. In my opinion this is a best hotel and we are happy to stay here.

At late night 2:00 am suddenly room lights & AC went off, I called reception to inform the issue, reply received from Mr. Amit (reception personnel) was horrible, he said dont charge your mobile in room, bcoz there is shock circuit is happening in charging socket (i.e. three holes where we insert mobile charger) & also some other locations of this room, dont charge your mobile. for complete night I kept door/window open to avoid suffocation & to allow some light from free passage area. then I had hot conversation with hotel personnel. but still situation remains the same. still they were not bother about the customer problem.

Very well located hotel very close to the airport. The service level of this hotel is just prompt. Very nice staff people are there which are always on the toes to serve the guests. Pretty nice accommodation and hospitality. My stay with this hotel was really comfortable.

The hotel is not that good. Its location is in the mouth of a very narrow lane. A vehicle parked can block all traffic. The maintenance of the hotel is poor. The staff is impolite. They dont have a digital transaction facility, unfriendly with guests and very expensive food.

It was the worst experience staying at a hotel at Delhi (Past experiences with other hotels were nice).The manager at the desk did not know how to check if a room is booked or not, if the money is paid or not. he said he is new. I had to wait for half an hr at the desk. I asked for water and had to wait from 7 pm to 10 pm at night for a bottle of water.Had to ask for towels for repeated no of times but they did not respond(they did not keep the room ready). It was mentioned on the site that 2 water bottles were free of charge. But the manager charged me for water. Compared to other hotels price was high but service was poor.

I didnt like anything about the hotel except the fact that the hotel is in conventional location. I reached Delhi at night 8, all i expecting was to get the room as i was tired in cold night. When i reached to thr hotel i was told that the hotel is not confirmed enen thought yatra sent me confirmation mail. The behaviour of the manager and other stuff was so harsh that they told me either yatra call them to confirm the booking else i have to leave. I booked the hotel in a discount offer but Manager was telling they cant provide the hotel at that price. So yatra has to pay extra amount to them. After fixing that problem when i enter in the room, i was not happy that there was no drinking water, towel, no tissue paper. Coming to tge next day morning, there supposed to be a complementary breakfast from 7 to 10 for all, but when i was checking out they asked me to pay for breakfast, they said how much did you pay for hotel booking but breakfast supposed to be for all.. first day i was tired, confused later i was embarrassed, harassed. Most of the people were not good. The manager does not even have humanity

Very very hard to find. They dont unswer if you call them by phone. The room was very old. The stuff is not nice at all. You can spend here only one night here of you really need to be close to the airport, if no its better to go to an other hotel.

Hotel service was very bed and one major issues is.. my booking was executive class but room provided for me in deluxe catagiri..Water was not in washroom and other major issues... yesterday provided room no. was 108 but it is deluxe catagiri..i told hotel staff but they were not Providing Executive catagiri room..

Did wrong food and beverage billing with me. Maintenance needs immediate attention as the hotel is having bad toilet flushing,shower etc. Not so hygienic, strictly not recommended. Staff not trained well.
