I found this place neet and clean. Good to rent a property for office space here in Delhi with good connectivity.

One of the best places to setup an office under a budget as well as organize a medium sized Meetup for your business.One of my mates have been working here for a long time and its the best bang for the buck.It offers great services required for an ideal work place with an exceptional office environment.

I loved this place, amazing co-working space, well designed, cafeteria looks amazing and the food in the canteen is also very good and hygienic. There are also few recreational activities. Every corner is properly designed

Get in at your own risk xDNo doubt of the place, its superb and the facilities are dope here too but whats the use of a shiny look when they dont have good staff out there.The staff was quite rude to us, they even took away the security amount and even after vacating the saace, they arent replying now.

It seems like the Delhi-Okhla Hub of 91springboard is under non-payment of rent problem. The place is absolutely empty, though 91S (as we all call it in the internal communications of the company) is not seeking to sell subscription for working space in this hub of Okhla phase 2, New Delhi. Apparently what has transpired is that 91s have gone in to rental dispute with Deepak Arora, building owner of this 13,000sq ft Okhla facility, and 91s wanted to stay operational in the Covid era without payment of rent since March 2020 lockdown.The parking is empty in Okhla. Lone chawkidar says that it’s unlikely that this place will be operational any soon.There is an High court order on Indiankanoon.com that orders 91 springboard to pay full rent, even if they do not get the members to come and work at the hub. Pranay Gupta hub manager of Okhla is not available usually to answer queries and one guard and a Madame Navneet keep sitting on the reception, without any clue for the future. Varun Chwla the founder of 91 spring board lives in Goa, so do the other directors and partners of this co-working company. It looks like unless they have the money to pay they will not be operational so do not book spaces in co-working companies for the moment.Also, not seen in the space are any social distancing measure, (since there are no members perhaps), no sanitization equipment etc. I later also visited their Gurgaon hub and its the same story there also- there are just no members, what to speak about co-working. It’s like I will own the entire office paying for the price of one desk. But it’s scary since the halls are empty and the housekeeping staff runs too close to you. The photocopiers and coffee makers are operational without people. There is no one to take delivery of couriers in Okhla. All the dispatches are sent back to the sender- so if anyone has courier coming in, they need to be advised likewise.Looks like I will lose my deposit and will be now working from home. End of an era for co-working in the Covid era. I shall try to upload some pictures of the vacant halls of the hub in the coming days.

After my Jhandewala hub report a few days back, 91springboard seems to have gone in to an abyss in their North India. Their Gurgaon and Okhla hubs have hit in to mess and as per the recent exits of the staff at the operations level. But amazingly there is fresh new energy in the HUB managers to manage and not to pay rent at any cost. Using the garb of the pending repairs in the leased buildings, 91springboard has withheld most of the rent to the landlords to be paid as per the insiders of the accounts and hence they also harassed on this. Also they had already reduced the rent to 50% in these buildings and now even that is being disputed. Some were being shifted to revenue share and even that share is now going to go in to a problem for the building owners.Interestingly typical Landlord to 91S (thats what we say inside the work) are these old and elderly elite of New Delhi people who own these asset-buildings and they seem to be in disarrays as how to tackle this now rouge tenant called 91springboard. They had given their precious building on rent to 91spingboard which was founded by educated people like Varun Chawla, Anand Vemuri, Pranay Gupta from the US universities and funded by people in Singapore for the likes of Mr Satpal Khattar who is one of the top 40 richest in Singapore.Recently now the Nehru place hub is in a mess also since there are many owners of the building and 91spingboard is playing like the British East India Company of divide and rule over the owners. Their Okhla hub is already in to major litigation. And the Delhi Press hub of Central delhi i had already written about is now again to the same problem as I had written earlier that 91spingboad cannot afford to pay for these property.My suggestion (as an outsider) is only that 91springbaord stops using these gorilla warfare tactics against their own employees by putting them on the firing line, while the owners stay in Goa, rejoicing the music of the waves. They are putting their employees against the landlords who are very vital to this business of co-working. A lot of jobs are at stake in co-working and if 91springboard does not mend its ways on the vendor-landlord relationship then the entire co-working space may be doomed and no one will give their buildings on rent to co-working companies from now on. Forget the landlords there will be no members once they come to know that there is rent paying problem- what to speak to services being offered. The canteens in most of the hubs are not operational now. Only coffee etc on demand basis. But members don’t complain as the floors are so empty that they can choose to sit anywhere. What to speak of employees who have to fight the vendors and landlords which we are not capable of and is not our mandate- its a thing which is much above our pay-grade. Yet again I appeal not to join co-working companies for employment since the model of business has completely failed and companies like 91spingboard are only for an escape to exit business.Goa se seedha Dubai te London. Smajh jao yaaro!

It was an amazing experience conducting workshop at 91 Springboard Jhandewalan. The hub team lead by Aditi helped us create the right marketing buzz for this event and bring the desired audience. Kudos!!!We are coming back here next month for another workshop.

The ambience of the office is amazing just like i saw on movies or YouTube videos. There is a pool table and other indoor games on ground floor. There are different companies on different floor. I guess they provide office space to different companies.

Amazing crowd to work and chill-out with. You can play fozball or hangout with your other co-workers at the nearby tea stalls to chill. Also the most spacious co-working in delhi, seats are not crammed together and there is ample space in front.

My name does not matter since I’m leaving the Delhi hub of this company which is located in Central Delhi. It appears that due to rent payment by 91springboard, the company has gone in to litigation with the landlord, a media company in Central Delhi. 91springboard seems to have lost the case in the high court and then the notices for rent not being to be paid by 91sprintboard were pasted all over the building that their lease has been terminated.

This is an awesome coworking space with lot of facilities and cool working environment. Staff is helpful and they conduct many activities to engage the users.The structure is well defined and has all the amenities like games room, board meeting rooms, coffee shop, mini food court, etc.The only challenge is parking which is paid and expensive. Though the place is centrally located but has more walking distance from metro station - acceptable to me. But the path is a bit confusing, new person wont be able to reach easily.Overall, a great place to sit.

Good location... good co-working environment

Working here from past 3 months!Good place to work, parking is very nice, guard takes care of the vehicles very well. Sometimes i work overnight, i dont get issues for the same.Another good thing is the place is spacious and good ventilation.Food markets are also nearby, 24-7 is nearby too which makes easy to get food late night as well. Guard is also there the entire night.10-15 mins walking from Jhandewalan metro.There are 2 things I dont like:1) It is pricey for more than 2-3 people (I would prefer renting a flat / office when my Delhi team expands)2) When you go the first time, you dont find 91 springboard as the building is not coloured or something according to 91s brand color and the logo is also way too small. OYO has a good way of putting in their logos. It was hard to locate the same in 91 springboard.

91springboard a corporate building.there are many office in this building.building are pretty cool.in ground floor there is a small canteen and a air hockey table are setup and environment is pretty cool .I personally goo for a meetup that was at 4 floor .4th floor is only for conference and small meetup like that only. .and nearest metro to connect 91springboard is jandewalan that are at blue line .3star bcoz space are pretty compact.

Probably the best co-working out there. Their community managers are always there to help you out. Weve done multiple events at multiple branches and we have never had any complaint regarding anything.
