If zero stars is possible to give then I will give them, I have placed an order and wait 3 weeks still the order haven confirmed yet. I mailed them and told me that its not available and will initiate the refund which i never recieve. Its a fraud business. Waste my time and my money

Worst Experience - Not TrustworthyI have tried industrybuying.com more than 3 times. all time i face an issue with orders.1. All inventory/products availability is not confirmed properly2. After placing the order it is really hard to track the status of it (Order No : 109458***- i have placed on 9th jan and today15th jan still i have no update of it even cant find status on your page too)3. If you place the order so It is your responsibility to track it and you must take follow up on different lines/mail ID for the status of it.4. Customer care and feedback panel are least responsive5. Today(19th Jan) they have cancelled the order and just mail that your order has been cancelled from our side and refund will be done within 24-48 working hoursI lost 10 days in waiting - take a follow up and mail for status so they people simply reply your order is cancelled and we will refund.

This is a company related to industrybuying.comThey are frauds. Have accepted an order of INR 65000 and refuse to deliver the product. Their customer service does not connect and sales people are downright rude.
