Excellent experience and quick service!Bought a Pioneer DDJ-1000 controller from them about a month back and I recently had a calibration issue with the controllers crossfader and Anirban from DJ Shop India was really helpful and even referred me to a service engineer from Pioneer. He even did regular follow ups to see if everything was done properly. Would definitely recommend DJ Shop India to anyone looking to buy any DJ/studio equipment.

1/2Dealing with them is like dealing with a real estate company who when gets out of supplies, doesnt intent to return the money. My money is stuck with them for over 2 weeks and the responsible director threatens me to hold my horses/ not ask for money otherwise he will deduct money out of my advance. 50% advance which I gave him during lockdown when he promised me to deliver a console which I was buying as a present for my cousin. The birthday is long gone and so I think my money. Just letting anyone who reads this know to be careful amid these situations to transfer them any money without you having enough money to fund their companys needs for a few days. They are taking free loans from the public as advance.2/2They might be good in dealing with what they do but in my case they havent returned my money and its been over 21 days from the confirmation of now as I put the second part of this review. Anirban has blocked me his contact list as I was asking for my money. He has given me an email which I know wont help as its handles it himself. Anyone who sees this review just be careful with your money in these tough times. The next thing I am gonna post is the whatsapp conversation with him, just waiting for the 25th day.
