They will call you - and then do nothing - sheer waste of time

Its a small consultancy, the working persons will first call you to their workplace stating a discussion. Which is only to take the details of candidate that can also be taken over call. Later they say you will be called for further interview rounds, but from past 6 months i havent received a single call. I dont recommend anyone to take calls.
