One of the worst official hyundai CNG Service center. They make fool of their customers not only that but also without solving your problem will charge unnecessary amount of money. In addition to that they got the worst management. Very much disappointed

Its a good place. Management and behaviour is good. But its too crowded and busy as its the only authorised service centre of hyundai in Delhi-NCR. So, go early morning to save your time. Take an appointment on the numbers given in the image. They ask for it.

For CNG service this is a good place but waiting area was to bad every sofa and chair was damaged no one ask you about for coffee/water.Hyundai please clean this area like (Mahadev Hyundai Mathura road ) and services also like that.

This is hyundais official CNG fitting and repairing plant in South Delhi. Due to high demand you will see then fitting new cars in heavy rush. They also provide support to all existing customers but you need to put your car in queue, recommended to reach by 8:30 am if you are in hurry.Usually they dont take much time and queue runs quickly, staff is very helpful they give you proper time and gives best solution. Not money minded, if there is a simple solution they will share it with you.

Very Pathetic, very unprofessional, I had visited three times in the month of November for the same issue but they were not able even to find the cause. Every time they scanned my car through laptop and told we had resolved but my issue continue.I personally met their service manager Mr Goldy, who spoke very professionally but he also knows nothing. All engineers are only trained to scan through laptop and nothing else.

I visit two times but my car problem not solve by engineers. every time say that our car problem is solved. But come same problem.

The new touch button cngs are having technical problems, during car wash if touch button gets polished it hangs for 1 day, also these new touch button cng kits gives RPM issues. During hot summer, on start engine gets off on AC, as this kit starts on CNG itself, you had to switch to petrol, drive 1 minute then again switch to cng,

Pathetic service agency. How Hyundai can opt for such unprofessional service agents for cng kits.They dont work on Sunday. Saturday they work for half day.How a working person will manage to get service done on working day.And location wise its such a congested in fact ur vehicla cant turn.Staff is unprofessional and careless.Poorly managed. Not Hyundai standard.

Very bad experience, I visited for service my i10 car from Faridabad to this Okhla based service station but disappointed with the way the people handing the customer as well as car. There is a small issue in my car MISSNG but service person advised me to change the ECM unit worth Rs14000.So instead of Resolution of our issues this service station can create the mind blowing the problem in all possible manners.Finally I wasted my whole day + Rs 500 petrol & returned back home with same condition of car. Will not advise anyone to visit this service center. This is not expected at all from the company like Hyuandai.

Pathetic and Horrible services, definitely this is the reason Hyundai is losing customers and far behind Maruti Suzuki motors. Just to gain few extra rupees you people are losing valued customers and this CEV Workshop is a looter and only eying to charge high fraudulent charges to customers in pretext of CNG Factory fitting work. Factory fitted CNG its a BS BS...BS SERVICE. You people should shut down your company because despite sending my car to your workshop for 5 TIMES, you couldnt resolve the CNG issue and only added one issue over other . The Hyundai workshop at GT Karnal Delhi and CEV both have added high fraudulent charges in the name of CNG. I strongly hate recommending Hyundai car to anyone. Its a wakeup call for HYUNDAI as Hyundai is the biggest loser due to such horribly detoriated workshop services.

Dont go for this Kit, you will never find service outside CEV, Parts and service are extremely expensive and in other cities Hyundai dealers do not have service support for CNG. CEV service helpline will never get answered, and Ultimately there is only option to get the kit removed/ replaced with open market. No one else in the market is able to service KNC/ CEV Kits. They are playing monopoly.

They dont attend customer after 10 am on saturday and service guys are not cooperative. Small service center with less workers working
