Today I went to their shop to get Acoustic Guitar Strings. The ambience is nice and well maintained. Though things are a little bit expensive here but I wouldnt mind spending some more in exchange with quality products and respect from the owner. The event that Made me fall in love with this place was I accidentally gave around 100 or 200 bucks more hurriedly while I was managing my guitar with the other hand. The owner of the store Immediately noticed that and informed me about the same that you gave us a little bit of extra money sir and refunded me the excess amount on the spot. This clearly shows that Owner of Bhargavs is a true gentleman in real life scenarios. Not satisfied as the brand goes. They seem to have everything but the servicing could be better. Things like, electonic servicing is conducted at Daryaganj outlet, should have been mentioned at the time of buying. I came today with a lose port, and they asked me to go to Daryaganj to get it fixed. It is frustrating. The little brands near are doing better in terms of customer interaction.

The staff is friendly. The premium guitar collection is extremely good. The downside was, that if youre not there for buying, you cant really play the instrument with a pick/plectrum. I wanted to test a few premium Les Pauls before I make a choice, but since I wasnt buying, I couldnt play it with a pick. Ill take my money some place where I can play before making a decision

They have a very good collection of musical instruments and there is a good chance that youll find the model youre looking for. The only drawback is that their prices are almost always higher than the rest of the stores. So before buying, I would recommend checking online if the same model is available for less price somewhere else. If its not available then you dont have an option but if it is, you can either use that to negotiate the price or buy it from the other store. Theyll give you 3 years warranty though so they use this reason to justify the higher price tag. At the end, its your choice. My visit to their store wasnt bad. It actually helped me finalize which guitar to buy and when I checked online, I found that it was available at my favorite music shop in Delhi for 10% less price so I went there instead. But overall, their collection of instruments is great and staff behavior is fine. You kind of get a vibe that they are a bit too proud of their store but it wasnt like they were rude to me.

Too expensive... service was good but employee behave like Boss of the store they treat you as a poor guy.. if you need an low price guitar strings the told you we have only brands not a local. You need bag for guitar its cost start 950/= they told its branded and brand name is Bhargava Music. Guitar normal black straps start 350/=. So if you a Rich then go for it.

Didnt found anything I was looking for

The best instrumental store ive ever been to... I went there a few months ago to just check that what all options theyve got in electric guitars. But then I changed my mind that Ill buy the guitar online. But yesterday my mind changed and I got the exact guitar that I was looking for the Cort X-250 with Marshall MG15 amplifier. And ultimately I ended up buying my whole gear from Bhargavas only. Theyve got amazing staff. I just loved it there and they gave me 3 year guitar warranty. You guys would remember me as I had called u in the morning and had asked for the Cort X-250 black colour and I had come with my dad.KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK GUYS!!!

Hi everyone please please dont buy any product from this shop! I had a bitter experience with them! I was looking to purchase an Audio Interface & called them to confirm the price & availability. They said it is available & price doesnt matter, you come & check! When I visited their shop they said only 1 piece is available & someone from Dwarka has already booked it. Then they tried to sell other brand but as Ive already decided the product, then they had started their actual game! They told me that they will call the Dwarka customer & will try to convince her to buy other brand & if she agrees then they will sell it to me! They called in front of me & convinced her (all that was a game to sell the product at higher cost to me). After that they said you can buy it & it would cost you ₹15,500! They didnt gave me any chance to bargain! (This is a part of their game).Later on when Ive visited a shop in Bali Nagar, named Bharat Music to buy Studio Monitor & Mixing Mastering headphone, they said if I would have contacted them then the Audio Interface would cost me only ₹12,500! Bhargavas Music Lajpat Nagar took ₹3000 extra! So be aware of this cheater! Bhargavas Music has other branches in Delhi. Dont buy anything from them. Always check with all other shops in Delhi. There are number of musical instruments seller in Delhi! Ill never recommend this shop until they return my money!

Love everything. Especially the staff. But.. dont like the fact they want you to put their sticker on your instrument. It ruins the look. And if you dont have the sticker, long time service is not guaranteed. Make the sticker smaller and change its color. 😁 The branch in Lajpat is not good compared to the one in Daryaganj

With that much help, they could probably afford to have a guy follow me around with a broom. Anyway, I took my money elsewhere. Two stars because the floor was clean.

I go to this place for alm my instrument needs. They have got all brands. Close to metro which makes it very easy to access. They have got really good service. We can get it fixed if our musical instruments are not working.

Same experience as Tapan. Asked the sales person for an electric guitar in the range of 50 to 60k but he did not seem interested in letting me play. The guy hesitantly allowed me to try a guitar after asking if I wanted to buy it today. He didnt even bother to suggest a particular guitar, just pointed in the general direction and was very lackadaisical. I didnt like the guitar I tried and left because it felt like the person just doesnt want to sell anything.I went to Furtados and the people there were very professional. They promptly gave me a few guitars to try that would fit my budget. Played the PRS standard 24 for a good amount of time and bought it. They were kind enough to keep the store open 20-30 minutes beyond the working hours to ensure that I was completely satisfied before making the purchase.I would beg to differ from the person who wrote that people at Bhargavas create relationship with customers, it certainly wasnt my experience. As evident from some other posts it seems like this is not something new. I dont even understand why these people apologize in the reply if they dont mean to mend their ways.

Arrogant people especially the owner. Talks as if hes some kind of magistrate and knows nothing about musical instruments. Didnt provide receipt of my purchase and do not accept card although they have the swipe machine. They charge extra if you wanna pay by card citing GST and bank commission which is a fraudulent practice. I already fitted their material in my instrument so I had to pay and I paid extra and they didnt provide any receipt. They acted like as if Im ruining their by entering their shop. They wont tell you details about anything. Maybe they were acting so as to conceal the thing that they know nothing about music and their instruments.

No matter who you are they will treat you like you are nobody to them. I am a Music Teacher and the Whole Lajpat Nagar knows me from Furtados, Bina, On Stage (every store there). They treated me and my student so bad that I had to call and place a request not to do so in future by there sells guy Mr. pandit. But he did the same again. I request never to visit until you have no other choice. From that point I never recommended any student or friend to choose this store in future. pathetic servicemen.
