They are unwilling to refund the advance fees we paid. No consideration shown because of COVID. They want us to adjust the fees paid with online classes. In what world does a 2 year old be forced to sit in front of a screen that can be possibly causing damage to their eye? I appeal to the management, staff to be more considerate of other people’s money and avoid the pitfall of ill begotten gains. Reputation is key.

My wife is working as a School Nurse in this School for Last One Year.She dont get any CL,PL and even they called her On Duty when School Teachers are getting leave. Admin Mr.Shailender the worst person taking money from agency and deducting money from her salary even she take one day leave also. And without any Notice Period Contract Agency forced her to resign from the School. I have register a Complaint in Delhi Labour Court for the same. Anyway good Play School.My humble request to Management is please give respect to Nurses they deserves it.

We were very pleased with the wonderful foundation Wonderland School, gave to our child. We also believe that a Montessori education is the best way to develop a love for learning so that they’ll thrive in higher education and beyond. We observed that the school is true to their Montessori practice. They foster independence, creativity, and a genuine pride in learning in all of their students.It is obvious everyday how much Shefali maam loves her school and how serious she takes her responsibility as an educator. She has assembled a wonderful staff who shares her passion. The teachers are committed, caring, and skilled at challenging each child to excel academically at their own pace.This is a very crucial time of child’s life and we feel so fortunate that the school is guiding and shaping our child’s future. He excels his peers in each academic area, and has continued to develop the sense of self and of community that is nurtured at Wonderland. Our child is taught to be independent thinker and learner and we love it. We are confident, we made the BEST choice for our child at Wonderland School, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.

We as parents in our capacity always think and try to do best for our kids unknowingly that this journey is just not a learning process for our kids whereas as parents it teaches us so many new things to which we are totally unaware and that is what i felt today after meeting and knowing your vision and thoughts about your wonder children and your prestigious school.Thank you Shefali ma’am for your guidance and my faith for wonderland has become more stronger after learning that how strong you hold your principles.

As a parent, I could not have asked for more out of an institution. Schools staff is very cooperating.They charge a good amount for their services but its worth it.

Yes the school makes u wait. Parents are not treated like customers. They r treated like parents. People who have come to an educational institution for there childs future. I found this very refreshing. They have no marketing lady selling you the school. The school is amazing. Teachers are amazing. Method of teaching is amazing. I couldnt have wished for a better place for my daughter.

Useless staff who are not even courteous to professional parents as their only interest is financial. Even after booking an appointment today my wife who is a gynecologist was told that director could not meet as he requires the father to be present whereas we had only booked an appointment for a single parent. Very poorly managed and disrespectful staff. The exorbitant amount they are charging for services was totally unreasonable. Iam still being forgiving and generous to give them one star .

The worst possible administration of any school i have ever seen. The people working here should be educated first themselves. No respect and no sense of how to speak with parents. As every other REAL review here if you want to be insulted and told you are always wrong then please send your children to this overrated school. I feel blessed we didnt go further and will be at peace knowing my child is not in their hands. Your system is flawed, your website doesnt work parents have know option but to call and get information, still insulted for doing so. unfortunate incidents are not considered, atleast be mindful to peoples efforts, time and energy! WARNING: save yourself some time, and RESPECT and put your precious children in a better environment!

Pathetic school ,they dont care about the child if you dont pay fees .i have worked there . No one stays there for long ...teachers shift their job. Very bad environment for the one who works there ..constant lies to parents .No one pays attention to even revert mails of staff and not even of parents .. very bad director who does not even know what a teaching profession means ...very rude and bad behaviour towards staff ,parents and child.Overall really a big NO to this school. This is a worst school in Delhi NC. I dont know who has given this right to open a play school ...the children here are doing nothing ...parents are only spending their money which is not worth...

Fraud in the name of a school! Does not respond to emails or even letters about refundable security. They even refuse appointments to discuss the refund. If they dont care for parents, you think they will care for your toddlers? Out of the 1.5 lac fee, only 15000 is refundable, thankfully, we didnt send our kid to this school, and when claimed the 15000 refund, NO RESPONSE! Keep my 15000 security deposit and get some service industry etiquette classes from this money!! Atleast you will know what other schools you claim to beat, really are!

As a mother of a 15 month old baby..I had a really bad experience at this school. It was not only a bad experience but also an insulting one.I wanted to visit the school and meet the principal to see whether its the right place for my child or not..so I took an appointment with them..which had to be taken online and the quickest appointment I got was after 3 weeks. They specified punctuality and I respected that by reaching 5 mins. early to the school but I was made to wait outside the school for 10 mins in the sun with my baby. I told the school representative that as my appointment was booked 3 weeks before and I was here with my baby ..the only expectation I had from the school was that they should inform the guard and be courteous enough to ask me wait inside their air conditioned office ..But that lady gave me all wrong answers..instead of admitting her mistake she conveniently said that parents have to wait outside and that is our protocol and if I have any concerns I should address them to the Director. Well, I thought I would definitely tell this to the Director and assumed that she would be a warm lady who would love kids and care about parents concerns ..as that is the kind of person you would normally expect to run a preschool but to my surprise the Director was full of arrogance and attitude. She passed me in the waiting area and didnt even greet or looked at my child ..went straight to her room and closed the doors. She was already late. She arrived at 11:00 am when my meeting with her was scheduled at 10:30. At 11 am I was told that I will have to wait for another half an hour as the Director has to meet other parents who had come before us..now that made me so angry and I told this representative again that this is no way of treating parents and she told me that I should wait because its for my own good..what on Earth does that mean..how did she decide whats good for me..do they think that their preschool is so amazing that we should kill ourselves to put our children here or are we some lowly beings who do not know any better and we should be grateful to them for letting us meet them...???? I left without meeting the Director and expected that they would call or mail to apologise but again I was wrong..I didnt receive any call or mail and it was as if they just didnt care.. the school is only 3 years old and they have a lot of attitude for such less experience. I didnt feel any positivity or warmth in their ambience and their environment..certainly not a place I would recommend ever.

This is the worst school that I have ever been!!!As someone wrote here, same thing has happend to me. To get explanation about this school, my husband and I had a appointment at 10 am on some day which had been set by exchangeing E-mail clearly. But the principal has completely forgot ours and gone to another appointment!Because a clerk of the school said she would come within 15mins, we decided to wait. But 15 mins later, she never came. We waited and waited but she never showed herself. we asked the clerk to bring somebody and let us hear the explanation. We didnt care an explainer was not the principal because we were busy. But they didnt even try to show their good faith, just said Please wait Actually we waited till 11 am but it didint seem the principal or another person would appear so we left the school. It was 11am which is over 1 hour later than the appointment timing.Actually my husband took a day-off for the appointment though he was very busy.Who is going to compensate this!?Do you think such a person is worse to caring kids?NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!We believe the person who broke the appointment can NOT be trusted.To parents who are thing about admission,I say,DO NOT!
