I had to go there today morning for work. I had a horrible experience there are no separate ques for ladies/senior citizens. There must be 80 people there in a small room. No fans in this hot weather. The higher authorities should arrange much more better facilities for the public in this pandemic time.

Absolutely horrible service. Overstaffed to a level where most employees are redundant and when they do get some work. They are lazy and want bribes. Had to meet with Krishan Singh Superindentdent. He was not in office for 3 hours and covered his phone number with a sheet of paper.

I live in New Krishna Park. Public street on the back side, of my house is, never cleaned. And I have never seen Shri Mukesh Sharna, ASI making efforts to ensure cleanliness, over there. Once on my lodging complaint on Swachata App, he came but said that it is difficult for him to speak to people residing in Indira Camp No. 4. He issued a notice but nothing beyond that. Lodged complaint on phone, wrote to officers at various levels but no action is taken to ensure clean environment. This is the worst website. Not at all user friendly. SDMC should immediately hire a new person to manage or property tax can never be paid online.

They dont have facilities for birth and death certificate. Property taxes are vCollected here. Employees are rude and highly non professional.

Deadly noise by Garbage vans: High levels of noise pollution, with dangerous decibels making patients and kids panic.. Online work hampered.... Very upsetting with mannerless employees manning the Garbage vans.. who are adamant on playing songs at dangerous decibels at your window.... Management should set up a decibel limit under permissible levels and change the song to a soothing tone.. or use a siren with long gaps.... We are paying a heavy price with our family health for just getting the garbage lifted.... It isnt worth.

The building is very old and not maintained, LIFT is also not working, very difficult for old person and above all, your work is totally dependent on your relation with the staff else you have to run from piller to post.

The new website for payment of house tax is a pain in the neck. It asks our mutation details, sale agreement etc. After filling all the columns, it still says Fill Ownerss details but does not specify what details. Also saving what is entered comes for the first time only. When we edit second time no saving link appears.SDMC should correct these as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to the public.Earlier (till last year) it was very simple. Once we filled the property Id, all details were automatically filled, tax calculated and payment option appeared.As such the present new website can be given a 3 Star rating at this stage. .

I have paid house tax for two properties today but no receipt could be downloaded. Sent a mail to [email protected] but the mail returned with remarks no such email id found.I have paid online house tax for the following properties in sdmc area but the receipt could not be generated. the message was no tax paid after registration of property.1. UPIC 123110400216900 Shakuntla Sharma 337 Kangra Niketan, Vikaspuri, New Delhi 110018, house Tax for the FY 2020-21 paid on 17/06/2020 through State Bank of India. Receipt could not be generated.2. UPIC no. 123110300004400 Suresh Kumar Sharma, 380 Kangra Niketan Vikaspuri, New Delhi 110018. House Tax for the FY 19-20 and 20-21 has been paid online from State Bank of India, today but the receipt could not be generated for both the transactions.Please check all the three transactions and revert with receipt.Please check and confirm the receipt and the reason for not getting the receipt on line.The bank has debited all the three transactions.Please help

I have worst possible experience with this so called sdmc. you write to them there will no response. i am fighting for my own amount of rs.17000/- which was supposed to be refunded to me or should have been adjusted against my present flat. shame for our system, i am fighting for this amount for the last 17 years with ZERO RESULT - the size of ZERO, if drawn, will be bigger than the size of entire delhi.

Chicken was a little old. Not a single person in the building eating, and no clean tables at all. Lady behind the wall making the sandwiches had a bucket with water that was dirty and a tag cleaning with gloves on. When drive thru orders came in she made the food with the same gloves on. Seen her touch my sandwich to. Not sanitary at all!!!!

E block panchsheel park New Delhi 110017, the streets have not been cleaned since at least 20-30 days now , if you call no one answers or say that because of elections we should call later.mr sharma who is the officer I charge does not respond to SMS.there are carts given to the sweepers but if they come once in 15 days , they would clean half heartedly and dump the debris in front of houses and would not carry it in the cart. Once I pushed me sharma n the cleaner and the cart would come daily , but that lasted for just a few days . How do we vote for the municipal elections where basic sanitation cant be maintained by the government to a A lister colony which contributes the highest as house tax and other direct and indirect taxes
