We ordered a Blue Star 145 liter single door deep freezer from Shiv Electronics through Amazon.in that was supposed to be delivered last weekend (3/20).Despite receiving an Amazon alert that they attempted delivery yesterday at 8pm (3/23), we were in fact home the entire day and evening, and no delivery attempt was made. We are trying to contact the company to track down our order and confirm when they will deliver it, but they have no contact number or email address posted anywhere, even on their Amazon invoice.We are hoping the company responds to us after seeing this review. If they deliver the freezer today or tomorrow, I will update this review to reflect their actual performance.
