My all acs are from new berco.

Have purchased Hitachi 1.5 ton window ac ,I transferred the entire money to the dealer with trust that he will provide me with good ac ,first if all he did not care about responding to numerous calls I made for installation,I had to get it installed by my own ,and he claims he had sent the person,I have complained of warm air ,he did not listen and not yet sent someone to check ,he is overall not a trust worthy dealer name ravneet

Thugs....Once they take the money they will not bother if item gets delivered or is in working condition at delivery...nightmare of an experience having purchased a refrigerator from this shop. They insist on cash payment irrespective of the amount. Most useless response....stay away from this shop.

This is a store where you get nightmare experience. I bought a Llyod ac from this store and they sent non working external unit of ac. After 5 days they were about to deliver the unit saying they didnt have it in the stock (though during the time of sale they said u can take as many piece u want we have them in stock) his delivery person name lambu called me n said he is not well & can he deliver the ac the next day to which I got agreed as he said he was not well & my human nature understood his pain. Next day he didnt turn up fr delivery. When I called him he said that he may come. He came around 1 pm, knocked d door empty handed. When I asked him havent u got my ac to which he replied I will take the faulty one u have then will deliver d new one. I said to him that kindly bring d new one and then take this unit as Im with my baby and cant take a chance if u didnt turn up again with the the replacement. He agreed and went down, I waited for good 10mins when he didnt come up I saw him frm my balcony running away with my ac. The berco shop didnt took my call all day, kept the phone busy n nt reachable. Im so beaten up with this shop n their labor experience that I will never suggest any1 to get beaten up again.Choice is yours customers.
