One of the biggest fraud dealer of delhi, they are sweet while selling an items but when it comes to after sale service they become the devil, I had registered my complaint to them on 27th June over the call, they promised me on 28th technician will visit, after 3 days my fridge warrenty expired. And they are still misbehaving to me over the call and telling the mistake is only mine, now I am going to file petitions against them in consumer court, dont buy anything from this outlet, they are scaming with you,

Purchased washing mashine they sold me without inside cover and said it comes like this, same model I had seen in chroma I was shocked to see that there was a inside cover which comes with mashine, they only arguments so pathetic mind people running the fraud game with innocent peoples.

Prices are fine but service is pathetic, worst post sale service. The owner acts as if he is the busiest in the world, too much overacting.Go to his shop, you will find him running here and there for no or small things.I recommend not to purchase from here rather find a shop in area that provides good service, there are many options in Kalkaji and Govind puri. Dont be trapped by 500-700 rate difference.I am writing this after having three bad purchase experiences (fell for minor price difference), but their service never improved. Finally, a big cross to this shop.

Bad salesmanship. I bough AC recently and explicitly asked for what all extra expenditure I have to pay at the time of installation. I was told I have to pay only for rickshaw arnd Rs450. I was not informed properly. I ended up paying unexpected around Rs1,500 to installers. On calling up owner about this, he hangup my phone without answering. Also, I dont see any stamp etc on warranty documents that were delivered to me. Please be very cautious while dealing with this store Or better find other. there are lot of stores in same area.

Very poor service this shopThe laiser or the A.C is not working as a stapler, nor does he have a weeks worth 400 rs, and then the buyer will have to cancel the purchase order until he completes the purchase of the shop owner. Staplaizer too free me!
