Very unprofessional staff. They just want to sell the product by any fake promises. Once the product is bought by customer their behaviour drastically changes. They called us 2 days after buying a product and said the documentation was not correct for Bajaj Finserv and asked to provide them with the OTP we receive. They called me 10-15 times whole day. The bill showed nothing wrong in product code but they claimed the code was wrong at there end.I going forward will never recommend this place. It is way better the go to chroma store.

I purchased window AC on 23rd may 2020 from KBM electronics.They seems very professional in selling their products but their service worse. They told me they will send their installation person as soon as product reached to my place. I received my AC on 3:50 pm and since then I regularly followed them....they constantly saying me installation person coming in half hour.specially Suresh Kumar Mishra to whom I asking but he didnt pick the phoneI kept waiting them till 8 pm no body came. Its very unprofessional and annoying.my whole day wasted in enquiring.I only want to say if they cant afford to manage their customers at least tell them they will not able to do that.

I have bought AC last year and its compressor stops working within 1 year. No one is picking up the call even I have tried it so many times. Godrej executives are also not coming for servicing, suggest not to buy any product of Godrej as well as from kbm electronics.

I am purchase split ac one ton on dtd 25.05.2020 but till date 29.05.2020 ac is not install. I called him many time last four days but no response positive and Hitachi company is not supporting and no any responsibility . I think I have big mistake to purchase Hitachi ac from KBM electronic.

Good multi brand products available but sales staff poor

This is a good shop and I have purchased lots of electronic items from here and almost all works well. Good staff and they will explain you in a good way. Rates are also fine and sometimes they will offer some discount as well. Visible from road its in Acharya Niketan market. Parking issue is there so you can avoid to park at road as that is a running market.

Fraud shop, fraud person and fraud product. Never go for this shop for any electronic product. I bought AC from here and it is always in reparing mode.

Good collection of all brands of electronics. It is an authorized Samsung Dealer.One thing which I have observed is that in 3 visits I saw many customers complaining about the customer service after the sale. They are not good in handling there old customers. The behaviour was also not good during sale. In my opinion they take customer for granted.

My uncle buy Samsung inverter AC from them they give 1 year warranty then after that we have bajaj extend warranty now its damaged from them all the technician who came from Bajaj change its parts we are camplainting from 2 April and now its starting of June AC is in bad Condition no response from the Bajaj dealers should look after it but they earn benefits from insurance company so bad

Very poor impression that I got. After receiving full cash down payment they did not provide attached excessary with the delivery of Samsung smart t.v. of 55. It is very painful experience and shameful for showroom manager & his entire team.
