Pathetic with timeliness commitments. They are selling ACs but when visited their store, ACs werent working. The number displayed on the board is not reachable. On Monday, they made a commitment of delivering air conditioners on Tuesday and on Tuesday, they just kept on making us wait with no response from their end. We visited their store but the store was shut and the mobile number also unreachable. Today, it is Friday and still no news of the when our ACs will be delivered. Were losing time daily. Not recommended to purchase from here.

My experience in LG best Kalka ji is amazing, all the CD product rang are available there. And the way they treats the customers are admirable and all staffs are very supportive, for any consumer electronics product must visit LG best shop.

I just went there to check out Daikin 5 star inverter ACs. Their AC collection and ability to explain to the prospective buyer was superb. The salesperson there Mr Amarjeet was knowledgeable about the products including technical details as well as the ISEER/BEE ratings. I was impressed and therefore picked up two air conditioners, both 5 star inverter ones. They even got me a zero cost EMI plan, on a price that was less than Amazons Great Indian Festival pricing. Not a good experience of buying an AC from here. I visited the store and they told me the price of an AC was 44k and when i come back bringing my credit card from home after 15mins, the price went up by ₹500. They told me if i buy AC on the same that Id get *MOTHERS DAY* discount of ₹999 of installation. After 2 days, when technician called and told me that Showroom ppl told him that charges of installing the AC would be ₹999 + ₹590 dismantle charges of old ac.So, I suggest, anyone to avoid the above stated scenerio, do not purchase anything from this shop. There are alot disparity going on with shop and the LG guys.

I received an air conditioner that is faulty. Now i am running around to get it replaced. I had ordered through Tatacliq and the seller was Jeevanjee Refrigration Engineers from Kalkaji. Now i dont know what to do.

I shared concern regarding mismatching of serial number of a lg washing machine with lg manual and also the invoice provided does not had the serial number of washing machine.Just ignored my call and told me to contact later .Poor response and unsatisfactory

Be very very careful when you shop here. They cheated me in connivance with Bajaj Fin Serve agent Mr. Israr Chaudhary. When I asked they did not tell me but later charged huge processing fee for consumer durable loan finance.
