This has been a horrible experience from today onwards. I purchased the LG refrigerator . Extremely poor customer service. I made the mistake of trusting the HARI OM Electronics. Please dont make the same mistake I did not read the bad reviews about this store.

Good choice of appliances and helpful staff...apart from whats on display they have a substantial set of stuff in godowns...they tried hard to match the online price and model I was getting... timely delivery and installation... Overall good

Dear All i strongly say not to buy anything from this shop the sales people want to make you fool to make there pocket money..i went to buy washing machine and i told the sales person what im looking for his like yes mam yes mam i got it will delivered to your place and the machine got delver when we opend the box you guys won believe they gave ask old model i really had to fight it out to change the machine and the Sales person does not even know how to talk to a Girl very badly spoken with me very bad serviceand we also bought 2 years extend warranty but still i havent got the kit for it when ever we go there to there shop they say mam some more time it will come to you now its 2 month but stilli would suggest not to buy anything from them or if you buy please keep your eyes and your mind open herethey can make you fool very badly and trouble you so much

Pathetic experience. No post sale service. Handed over the display piece with defected parts. Abusive behaviour over call when asked for explanation. Also charged for delivery and fitting of AC post payment of advance, it was initially discussed that those are inclusive of price quoted by them.

Dont buy anything from here.They will make you cry if anything went wrong even from there end.Bought Samsung washing machine from here. Sales man made promises for everything but as soon as we had paid everything changed. Not even the product deliver on time. I took half day leave but due to their carelessness i couldnt go to the office for whole day. They promised that they will deliver product from godown but they delivered product from display itself with several of attachment missing. Several other issues arose but i found the sales staff almost non co-operating. I called them several times even visited store again but every time they made new promises and asked for more time.Its been 4 days. I am still on leave. Washing machine is lying one corner of my house, non-functional.I strongly suggest not to buy anything from here.

Fraudulent and Theiving store!I was promised a 1500 cashback just to lure me into buying the iPhone X and now it’s been 7 months that I’ve been fighting them over this but they haven’t provided me with the cashback... theyre Defrauders and cunning people especially their employees and store managers...bad experience!Do not believe their cashback promises!

Please dont buy anything from this Hari Om Electronics cause I had purchased LG Ac from this dealer on 24th Aug the very same night it didnt work(No Cooling) so next day 25th Aug I contacted the dealer again and they told me to complain LG CCS, I said that I gave you the money and not the company, on 26th Aug Engg came from LG and told that the compressor pipe is having cut and no gas in it so I went again to the dealer and requested to replace cause it didnt worked even one second that means the window was defective piece the Supervisor & manager incharge they gave the solution to get it repaired from the company and than they will replaced the window Ac, I have never seen any dealer treating their customer like this we buy things to enjoy and not to take tensions after paying money to anybody but all this time LG Company and Customer Care Service was very supportive and got it replaced on 31stAug. All I want to tell people please think 100 times before going to this irresponsible Dealer (Hari Om Electronics) in town.
