The pathetic service. They dont entertain the start-ups and only provide services to big companies. Such information is not available on their website and make so much hassles to confirm and cancel the order.

Very poor service, i have ordered Pi_Juice and Raspberry Pi UPS HAT on 11th July Order - 18669923, till now the same is reflecting as pending and item not delivered to me without a reason. i have checked there stock while ordering and it was well stocked.i urge all viewers not to order through Element14-India as theY are very lazy and not professional in dealing with their customers, as they didnt even bothered to inform me on why there is a delay.I have ordered few more items from China on the same day/week which i have redirected through SOFU an alternate site where few items cannot be delivered to india by Alibaba/ebay, and i have received them perfectly and on the estimated time.Overall very bad service, THUMBS DOWN...DOWN...DOWN
