I have ordered from them of 40K , and they have not at all responded to queries about delivery time.While selling they are very pro-active but after sales service is third grade. I have not received my order. Or any information, or phone call. Jsut a copy paste template reply on email. I would not suggest anyone this brand. I heard they have good services in Australia, but in India they are least bothered about customers.Update after 1 month. - till now they are saying that their machines are not yet imported.I am wondering why did they instock the item on their website if they did not have the machines with them. They did call me back after multiple emails offering a refund, however I have stuck to my ground asking for the item that I have purchased. Lets see how much more time they are going to take.

Excellent staff and products. The ambience is excellent and the staff is very polite and have got a deep knowledge of the products. They all are very well trained. The demo given for almost all the products at the counter was excellent and do push people for purchase. The products like the air purifier with heating is superb plus the results of the v11 model vacuum cleaner was amazing. Really value for money. Looking into detoriation of air quality in Delhi and NCR plus dust pollution in air Dyson is the need of the hour for every household. Cheers for the team.

Very bad experience....I enquired them for air purifier and asked them to give comparison with LG since it was a buy of more than 50 k I wanted to buy best..,but the person was highly arrogant..they don’t want to even interact properly with customers...zero abdicates...highly dissatisfied...I don’t know about product bcoz they didn’t tell me properly but customer interaction is zero
