Went regarding a billing issue (Note: You can only go by booking an online appointment, but nobody even checked our booking or asked for its code on arrival. So whats the point?).Experience:The first customer care staffer there, a lady, was impatient and rude, and didnt bother to hear our query fully before interjecting and speaking. She did this again and again. As a result we had to repeat the same thing 3x times until she understood our situation. Found her behaviour frustrating.She then sent us to her senior sitting near her. He was polite, but we could not understand his explanation, so he sent us inside to the Commercial Officer. He was busy, so another staffer nearby helped us out. He was very kind and patient, and explained things exactly how we needed it.We had to go visit in person because their helpline has connection issues, their e-mail ID did not reply, and their Twitter couldnt answer anything. BSES digital customer care experience needs to IMPROVE ASAP.

Services are pathetic. These guys are charging hefty amounts despite the house being closed and all the customer care nos. are wrong. The only no. mentioned on bill leads to legal department wherein the advocate says he only deals in matters pertaining to litigation. There is no way of reaching out to these people to stop this kind of fraud from happening. BSES is collecting lakhs of rupees from people by sending huge inflated bills without any change in meter reading. The customer is 82 years old oxygen dependent elderly person who has lost his ONLY son during Covid and has no means of visiting the office since he is bedridden. This is sheer harrassment. Who has the means to hire an advocate and fight a case in this situation? Nobody listens to him as there are no working phone nos.

Happened to touch Ms. Ankita Sharma, Customer Care Officer at Saket Division of BSES Rajdhani vis-a-vis generation of electricity bill based upon Actual consumption as my Self Billing Request on Android App was not successfully processed by BSES Raj. I forwarded real time photographs along with video of meter reflecting actual reading consumed with her. Ms. Ankita with in less than hour got generated a fresh bill based upon Actual consumption & thereby saved lots of my efforts & energies which might be taken in writing & exchanging e-mails to BSES Raj which usually revert unspecific. Hats off to Ms. Ankita for her showing blazingly fast response in this difficult time of Covid-19 pandemic. May God bless her to keep doing good work without fear & favour & keep rising in her career...

I had been struggling to get someone to help me with my bill. Ankita from the BSES, Adchini office promised to help me out and did regular follow ups to sort out the issues that were there. She not only checked with various internal teams, but was very efficient, prompt and polite in letting me know the solutions. Really commend employees like this. Keep it up!

Starting from the guard, everyone in here is absolutely shameless. They made my mother run around the entire premises to get billing done whereas the entire process could have been completed from one desk. The staff came back from lunch twenty minutes late. When my mother questioned this, the guy got angry and said you should have come before lunch time. They dont know how to talk to woman, they dont know how to talk to senior citizens. Why is no one monitoring this behavior and why is this being allowed to happen? If I had gone him I would have given that guy taste of his own medicine. These people should be made to leave for indecent and rude behavior.

This visit to BSES was after a very long time and a pleasant one. The outlook of the customer service area is completely changed to what it used to be. There is e-kiosk, sofas for people to wait and electronic token display and voice announcement to assist in identifying which desk to go to. Would like to thank Vijay Panpalia and his team for the untiring efforts to make it a place worth visiting, making the system very process oriented so that the work is done systematically without any undue complexity and hassle. Few suggestions for further improvements: a) there seem to be no parking space available for the visiting customers, b) there should be more directional display boards informing customers which customer area to visit for their particular request, c) a single window service so that customer does not have to visit this or that customer service area. However, overall a great experience. Kudos BSES Rajdhani

CORRUPTION AT THE PEAKBunch of corrupt people setting there whose only motive is to frustrate the consumer by making false statements and promise so they ultimately pay money for their work. Worst place to visit. Very unorganised. Chaotic place. Enquiry, complaint, new connection, meter removal everything gets done in single window. For a 5min work people have to stand in queue for hours. Even the security guards doesnt speak politely. Visit early morning to avoid crowd and save your time.

The infrastructure of the building doesn’t support any handicapped person to enter this place. Since most of the rules have changed by governance better infrastructure is highly required. There is no parking for visitors unless you have two wheeler which can be parked anywhere. The staff is friendly to some people who knows them for quite a long time. Expect a waiting line for approx 20-25 mins.

Mr Prakash Tripathi is THE man to approach for any problems related to BSES. He is conscientious, takes initiative on his own, and extremely helpful He doesnt rest till customers issues are resolved, internally liases on his own with other BSES Depts etc, and gives you a full picture with solutions - we customers / consumers are used to being made to run around from one dept / window to the other, inevitably without results! A go getter, Mr Prakash Tripathi is a breath of fresh air and an asset to his Organisation - BSES needs more people like him!!

We were without electricity for three weeks. The team of bses has been absolutely phenomenal in doing there best to help us with the situation at hand during the lockdown period enforced by the govt of India. A special mention to Miss Nikita Sachdeva, who was instrumental in reconnecting the electricity in a swift and professional manner.. along with Mr Rakesh and Mr Vijay doing their bit to contribute towards the same. If it wasn’t for Miss Nikita’s hardwork and dedication towards her clients, we would still be without electricity. I can guarantee that. So a big thank you to the entire team ! God bless and stay safe during these troubled times. Also would like to thank Randeep and Aaftab for taking no time in physically reinstalling the meter at our residence. Thanks again !!🙏

Poor Inter-departmental communication. There are few personnel who are helpful. Customer Care Dept. has nothing to do with customer care. The General Manager is least interested in service and issues that comes to him are not heard. Hence each department head is reluctant to respond. Poor/ marginalized people are looted by being allotted second hand meters which usually are faulty. Very poor service. Had to wait for 2 weeks to get a new meter

Fantastic experience in getting a new BSES connection. My application was a complicated one but Mr. Vijay Panpalia, GM and Mr. Satheesh Kumar Reddy, DGM in the BSES Adchini office were always in solution space and ultimately came up with a brilliant solution. I’m here at BSES Archini office since morning for Name change and observed irresponsible staff. But I’m happy with the work of Mr Manoj Tripathi counter number 4, he is quickly handing all customers. And Specially I’m observing counter number 5,6,7, they are not doing their duty properly. It can be observed as they are not able to make eye contact with customers because they know they are not doing their work sincerely and we are noticing the same:1. When they complete work of a Customer they do not press button for another 10-15 mins. So the next customer has to wait for his turn.2. After attending every 3 customer the executive goes out for a break or start gossiping with their co-workers or sometimes they take long phone calls.3. They are also getting customer from out side by brokers and they happily entertain them, I’m sure they are getting their cuts for the same.4. Counter number 6, a lady is sitting there and she’s playing trick by re-calling tocken number 142c which is No Show since morning.5. Counter number 6, Moreover most of the time she’s keeping her slot blank on the screen where token number of customer displays.Due to irresponsible work any process is becoming time consuming at BSES office. I went to BSES office and took half day but whole day i had to spend there and saw all these drama.Their attitude of doing such things in front of customers show that they are confident that no action will be taken if we lodge any complaint against them. But I’m still writting you all these with a hope that you’ll start monitoring performance of mentioned employs and take necessary action.Thank you.
