A place where you can get superb quality in a very affordable price !! Once you going to buy any shoe or flats , you dont have to buy for another 5 years !! Because the kind of quality they use no one else can provide you in such range !! I went to the Bata showroom which is in sarojini nagar , easy to find and staff was very polite I would rate it 10/10

I was surprised with the number of designs Bata is coming up with. Their recent casual collections were also nice and affordable. I would surely suggest this place to someone looking for affordable and best quality shoes.

Bata is famous for good solid shoes & chappels.Previous days data was making chappels & sandle so the ladies prefers other companies but now a days Bata has also changed its startegy and start making fashionable heels sandle and chappels.For children shoes Bata is famous.They also sell fashionable chappel in the name of Marie Clair and foot in.

This store is not recommended. Firstly, the manager ( the guy with glasses behind the cash counter) was not good to his employees. That was not nice to see. Secondly, we has to wait at the cash counter for a while to get a bill which he messed up because obviously he was not listening (if only he could stop using his phone when customers were standing there to pay). Thirdly, he put that blame on an employee, which clearly was this managers fault.

They need to improve with better displays and options for shoes

MOST PATHETIC BATA STORE EVER !I bought a product from this store amounting Rs. 1599/- (this much of amount just for a leather chappals, just because it was of bata, i bought it) it was broken/torn just after 2 days of usage, when i went to the store for its replacement/ return, there was no manager to attend our issue, her representative talked in a most ruthless/barbarous/disrespectful manner, and denied any help for its exchange/ return. They said we can only repair it. My question is why would i use a repaired product after spending 1600 Rs.Highly pissed off with the services rendered by this showroom and Bata.

Worst service seen in my life from any brand of this reputation and on top of it has stupid manager who I believe do not has any common logical sense and even do not know how to talk to customers when they turn up with their issue . Highly pathetic and unexpectable .if any one want peace in there life after purchasing a product then never turn up to this store even street vendors who donot have any name knows how to deal with customers if they turn up with defective peace of there shop . Worst worst worst
