It was my worst decision to visit Kaya Clinic - Pitampura Branch.I went there for upper lips laser hair removal treatment. And they burnt my face in the second session itself. The burn was so severe that it made a hole on my upper lip area. The therapists are not properly trained and are very unprofessional and the treatment is not provided under assistance of any doctor.I have got a hole on my face for life because of their carelessness and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend anyone to visit this clinic for any service whatsoever. They will promise you many things before taking the money but you will end up in disappointment.Coming to another aspect, after all this happened and we went there to discuss things further, instead of admitting their mistake and what they have done, they had the guts to shout at us and were trying to make excuses and blame us.I was going through the reviews below, and it was correctly mentioned about Dr. Shweta that she is ill mannered, arrogant and doesnt know how to talk.They were also not able to provide proper medication after the burn.There are many better and experienced dermatologists in Delhi. I would suggest doing proper research and then choosing a good clinic, and not a clinic like Kaya Pitampura Branch, where you will end up having injuries for life. You may end up regretting your decision like I did.

Illiterate staff and they have not manners how to talk with people . Very very bad experience . Im going with my friend already booked my appointment . But they are not attend us . And talk with us very rudely . They are missguided us and we were waited there almost 6 hours . After that waiting they said you were go back to home we have no appointment for you . And dont listen us .Please dont go there its full of time and money waist .

Just finished with my second laser hair reduction session. It was done by Ranjana Mam. She done it very professionally. I was a bit anxious and scared initially, but she made me comfortable by talking to me. She diverted my mind by talking while she was doing the procedure. She applied Icing and soothing gel. She made sure that I feel comfortable throughout the session. She answered all my queries patiently related to laser. Later on, she told me about after care and its importance💖. I took hair laser treatment from her, it was a great session with her, but my hair growth increased even after taking 5 sessions, but she said that hair will be reduced in coming sessions, lets hope for the best.I ll review it later if my hair reduction reduces.

Weird place and staff. Multiple people will call you to get appointment fixed with no clue of the background through out the day but when you go there no appointment will be booked on your name.Couldn’t understand the whole management process of booking a schedule which is very smooth and simple has been made crazy.

I had once given them 5 star rating but the service has degraded at this centre. The Doctor and the management is quite immature and money minded. No proper consultation. The previous staff and Doctor were much better, understanding l, considerate and provided perfect consultation and treatments.I had called this clinic yesterday at the given number. They told me to come to the clinic at 12:30 pm. I went there, though I was late I was told that there is no appointment booked on my name. I kept waiting for the Doctor even when the doctor came she didnt bother to meet but she did fonsult other people. No proper response given. Even during my previous laser session I was sent the wrong bill on my email address. Would again mention the services were much better till last year.

If you are looking for true and experienced service review for KAYA Pitampura branch.I have been taking services from Kaya Pitampura branch for the last 2 years now. I have had a number of service from them, all I can conclude is that there is a significant decline in the services and staff behavior which is rude, unfriendly and definitely unprofessional.I would recommend not to take any services from Pitampura center rather choose some other center.Doctors keep on changing and you can not expect to take full treatment only by one dedicated person because every time there are new people being appointed. Consultation provided is not up to the mark.Despite paying tons of amount if money the services provided by the center are below average. Trust me they are gonna treat your skin in very unprofessional way. If you are complaining about anything they are gonna take personal grudges on it by providing bad service.KAYA has literally declined its standards in terms of services and customer hospitality. There are so many other good clinics try them.

A very warm and delightful experience with Ms Ranjana

I am extremely unhappy with the services that I received from Kaya. Considering that Kaya has such high regard in the skin and beauty industry, I took at the backseat and trusted them on their process. But that was a huge mistake.I enrolled for a full body painless laser hair reduction package in 2015 and was done with all my sessions by 2016. There was no doctors consultation while deciding the area of treatment or package, instead one of the technicians handled my case. After taking 6 sessions, we would expect that there would be significant changes, but here is what happened: I noticed great reduction on my lower half of the body, but my underarms had only a slight reduction, even after 8 sessions(they offered 2 additional sessions because they were also surprised with the ineffectiveness of the treatment). Coming to the facial hair, I had extremely light hair and just a slightly prominent side-burn, post the treatment I developed a horrible thick growth all over my neck and chin. Throughout the treatment, the first time they actually suggested consulting the doctor was when I told them that the laser had induced growth instead of reducing it. This was also handled in a very casual way and the only suggestion was that they would give me at max 2 extra sessions and I would have to pay for further reduction. Which translates to, due to improper decisions and consultation (which was done by the technician and not the doctor) I developed something that did not exist earlier and now I was being asked to pay more and go through more daunting treatments. And even after the 2 extra sessions, I noticed no change. I am undergoing treatment at another clinic to get rid of this problem, which is not pleasant at all.I would recommend people to NOT trust Kaya Pitampura or any outlet for that regard to get any laser treatment done. There are very well qualified dermatologists in the market offering top-class laser services and you should only seek out to them and not scammers like Kaya. I have suffered a loss of more than 1 lakh rupees and mental distress because of their careless functioning.

Dermatologist was not there despite a pre booking.. the reception manager apparently was consulting with me for my excessive hair loss problem without even checking the condition or even touching my hair. She just laid out the products and treatments that they sold without even judging what what condition was and what I needed as per my condition. I couldve Googled all that.. i didnt need to visit and waste my time to know how to waste more money on Kaya

Went for facial after a long gap of 6 years at Kaya, kohat Enclave. Staff was very courteous and was offered a miracle drink.Was in hurry so couldnt meet dermatologist, however was offered skin care treatment as per my skin. Ms Kavita was put on the job. She did a very good job on my face including removing black heads, taking care of puffy Eye lids.Felt good post my facial care treatment. Face remains soft for a day or two.

Not at all professionalism is exuded in any staff of this centre. I have been a customer of kaya since 5 years now. . And had recently moved to their pitampura centre because their model town centre shifted somewhere else... and i have had the worst services ever. The staff only wants to make money & allure by offering you various packages.. but when u go their to avail the session, these sessions are not at all worth. The ambience is so bad. You could actually hear the staff chit chatting everywhere and even their foot tapping. The products used in the same treatment differs everytime in every session. They are just fulfilling the formality of covering your session. The time explained to complete one session is more then what is actually given. Not going to this centre anymore. Not at all recommended.
