Dr. Jaya is one of the best doctors I have seen so far. Her office was neat, and I had less than 5 minutes wait time when I visited her for the first time. She gave time to understand the problem and gave me correct advise time to time, on phone. I also got my medicines from her clinic, and I did not had to go search for medicines outside. I am lucky to have found a doctor who is not only knowledgeable but also empathatic and can provide a good experience... I recommend her clinic

Since I was a child I have had problems with excessive hair growth. Ive tried every form of hair removal, and nothing has been effective or long term. I finally went to Dr. Jaya Gupta with my problem. She suggested laser, but I was skeptical because my past experiences had been very painful. She assured me it wouldnt be, but with some reservations, I agreed. I dont think I have ever been this surprised. The laser for my face and underarm were absolutely painless! And the results were phenomenal - to shaving or waxing every two weeks, I have now not touched a razor in over a month! Dr. Jaya also made me super comfortable and made sure that I wasnt in any kind of pain throughout the procedure. She is easy to talk to, reliable, friendly and efficient. Her staff was also very helpful. I am definitely going to Dr. Jaya for all my skin related issues!

The one thing i absolutely love about Jaya is that she makes it a point to check how i am doing after a session ( hair and skin both) or if the meds were fine.
