One of the oldest hospitals of Janakpuri area. Highly professional team of doctors and support staff... Never ask for unnecessary tests.. Half of your illness goes by just speaking to the doctors.. All queries of patients are answered with utmost politeness and they always explain the prognosis and diagnosis to you. I would highly recommend this hospital.

I had booked for the 2nd dose of Covishield of vaccination for 5th May 2021. But when I reached there they said they don’t have any vaccination to give! At least they should inform to those who has booked it in advance!

BEWARE OF THE HEMRAJ JAIN HOSPITALLIFEs WORST EXPERINCEIf you love your nears and dears, never ever admit your patient to the Hemtaj Jain hospital as they are unprofessional and brutal in handling the critical patients. They might have experience in handling maternity cases but they are so greedy as they would admit any patients suffering with any disease and do the experiments with life of the patients without having any such specialisation in the subject.Recently, my mother was down with the dierrea and got admitted to Hemraj. On very second day, her pulse rate was shooted above ~160 per minute (might be side effect of some medicine). They treated my mother without the having any specialisation in Cardiology and make the case worst. I requested them to align the specialist but first two days, they ignored completely and did their own experiments. By the times, damages were irreversible. She is still fighting to survive...Things became more irritating after having doctors experience when they became reluctant to share the patients medical record and if you forced them to share, they share with half heartedly. If you tell them that you want second opinion, they would bust.Facilites at the hospital are almost NILL. My mother, at very critical stage, was send to another place for ECO. Portable, Xray machin was not working. My mother had to move to the Xray room at critical stage. Ultrasound and in-house blood testing facility are not available. Another lab collects the blood sample and you have to wait for a day for the report which might be too late for the critical patients.On the top, inspite of having nursingfemale staff, my mother was handled by male staff at home visit since they do not have any Internal policy to send female staff at the patients home. Its down the dignity of patient.Cherry on the cake, they billed me almost double the room tarrif with compare to whatever they have displyed on Rate Board at reception area which is absolutely illegal act.I pray to the Almighty, to grace them with some humanity and professionalism and recall them the noble cause of the medical profession which they might have forgotten.BS AnandDelhi

Have been visiting this hospital since ages and have not found a single chance to complaint. The hospital is up to date with modern medical facilities and leaves no stone unturned in helping its patients get the right treatment on right time. The staff is cordial and is empathetic towards those in need. With timely diagnosis and treatment, the hospital has been saving so many lives at a time. Mentioning Dr. Taruns name would not be an overstatement for he truly has helped each time without fail. His knowledge and experience reflect in his treatment of his patients. The hospital is hygienic and is well equipped to provide services during such desparate times. I am full of gratitude for the whole hospital. The parking facilities and easy access to location does not make it a hassle for one to reach timely and get treated.

Our experience with Hemraj Jain Hospital has always been excellent.My mother (85 years) suffered from lungs and UTI infection. We were scared during this COVID-19 period to take her to the hospital. Dr. Tarun Jain took the charge and assured us that she would be fine and gave her the best possible treatment .Dr Ravi Kant, Dr on night duty, Sister Rani and all other staff members were very much responsive, helpful apart from being intelligent in their duties. So much disappointed by Dr C K Jain, my wife delivered in this hospital and my baby born with CHD, my wife was regularly visiting her for check up. She failed to diagnose when repeated scans showed slow growth, she was clueless when I used to ask why scans are showing growth retardation she said she dont know. She was unable to diagnose that baby have heart related problem, when I Google now the most common cause for IUGR is CHD, she being experience doctor of more than 30 years dont know this medical condition? How is it possible ? Also post delivery had horrific experience in this hospital, no proper pediatrician was available to check my baby at the time of birth. Need to shift my baby to NICU at midnight to some other place which was like make shift place, I was so scared to leave my baby there. She can not escape the curses I give to her when I saw my baby in so much pain and suffering. Please dont believe this hospital and Dr they have black hands, 2 to 3 delivery from my family including mine all have issues. Some investigation need to be on this hospital to find out if they are doing any scam.

Worst hospital with the worst attitude of doctors towards their patients.They have no regards whatsoever towards the patient.They care to explain nothing and amid the current pandemic one can hardly consult doctor.

Really good doctor Dr C.K Jain, quite experienced and knowledgable. Only concern we faced she is one of the doctors who speaks really less and only does required conversation with the patient. So first timers, need to gather some information from internet as well. Best part of her is, she does not force unnecessary tests, only asks for required tests. I will update my experience once delivery is done for my wife.

I had excellent experience with dr. Rima jain.

Dr CK Jain is very very rude, Do not explain her patients well, in emergency at 10pm when we tried all given numbers but in vain then at last after multiple trys her son Tarun Jain picked up and was very casual, said take any pain killer and come in morning because shes not available before morning. Her given mobile number was switched off too.I m 33, my few cousins and friends and their kids were also born at Hemaraj Jain, even I was born here as well, had great trust in them. But after that night lost all.
