My Baby was diagnosed as Bilateral Hydroureteronephrosis with dilated ureter since born. Then i consulted many Paediatric physician to check the real cause of the problem for my baby and treatment of same. Most of them suggested for surgery. As a parent, we were quite tensed about the term “Surgery” for little 9 day baby for a surgery. Later i decided and get my baby admitted to one of the hospital in Geeta colony, post a day his health Detroit due to Urine infection and cold and line of treatment was also not at par. Our Son who was 3years was operated for Bi-lateral VUR in another country. We moved to Delhi and heard a lot about this BLK Hospital and the Dr. Prashant Jain! We started seeing him regarding our Son. He first said that we need to do a DMSA & DTPA just to see if there was an improvement after the Surgery. These Test are done by injecting an UV liquid in the childs veins and then scanned (These scans can cause a lot of difficulties later in life, even Cancer. As Dr. Prashant Jain insisted that they were necessary we did it, after that he asked us to visit every 6 months and everytime we went he would ask us to do another test, and another..........Later when we went to meet another Ped Urologist who told us post a Surgery it takes time for a Child to heal from inside and recover. And that none of these test were required. My Child has been through so much pain and suffering coz of Dr. Prashant Jain and BLK! Just a Money making business!
