Worst doctor i have ever met. First of all she dont know how to talk with a patient...it seems like she is a frustrated person. Secondary she dont have any kind of experience. Kindly dont visit her there are other good options in janakpuri.

She is a great doctor but I wish she had a little empathy for her patients..that they are not Guinea pigs ..thats it otherwise her treatment works..

A complete Fraud Dr she is.Usually i don’t give bad ratings to anyone. But i think, i can save your time and money by suggesting you not to go to this doctor.I’ve a long story , i’dont want to write too long..And even my sister experiences the same.

Actually,i even dont want to give 1 star because shes very arrogant and rude. She should know how to treat patients especially kids. She should motivate patients that their skin or health whatever will get better soon but she always talk rude and demotivate others.

She is the worst and most selfish doctor i’ve ever seen. Due to her medications, i have been suffering through alot of constipation and hard stools. When i told her this, she self-centeredly defended her treatment saying these medications doesnt cause any constipation. Even google and other doctor says it does. She dont care about the pateint’s condition. Shes just concerned with her fame and money. She won’t even consider and is not concerned if you are suffering from side effects of medicines which i guess no professional doctor would do. She got no ethics of being a doctor. Please do not visit her. Worst decision of my life.

Very bad experience. She dont have any knowledge about skin problem. I visited to Dr Alka Guptas clinic for skin Fungal Infection. But she gave me a lotion. I used it minimum two or three days .but I totally surprised to see my infection which is increased rapidly. Then I went to another skin specialist who said me that this lotion is used for removal of dandruff😳😳 from hair.

This lady is crazy about money ....wont tell problem clearly will keep giving unnecessary vitamins and will loot 500 in every visit ...kam se kam 5 ya 6 visits karwa degi aur bolegi ab zarurat nahi padegi par that is all fake and lie ....looteri doctor ....dont go pls ...

Well I am taken aback reading all these negative reviews. If you want the doctor to sit and chit chat with you, unfortunately she is a very busy doctor and does not have time for the same. About being quick while reviewing the patient, she has gathered so much knowledge and experience over the years that she is quick with identifying the issue and recommending medications. I have visited her thrice by now for my acne issue, she has been extremely kind and professional to me. My acne has got much better and have almost gone. I am so thankful to her. I have huge respect for the knowledge she has and about her clinic not being organised, well it isnt easy to accommodate 40-50 people in two rooms. Thank you Doctor. :)

Shes the worst doctor ive ever visited. First of all, she is arrogant towards her patients. When I visited her, she was rude to me. She is always in a hurry and she never ask about your problem properly. Shes just sitting there to make money. Also, there is no system for taking appointment. We have to wait for like 2 hours to see her and when you meet her, she talks to you in such a rude way. Along with that, there is no privacy for patients. There is just a curtain that divides the room into two parts and on one side she is sitting and the other side is for the patients. Also, i had to visit her but cz my exams were going on, I couldnt visit her. Instead I called her to ask what should i do. She again talked to me in a rude way and disconnected the phone call before i could explain the reason why i couldnt visit her. I have read all the reviews and people were complaining that she doesnt entertain anyone on call. I think those people were right cz i have experienced it. She just wants you to see her in person and pay her 500rs. She doesnt listen to your problems properly so i dont think shes concerned about solving your problem. Instead, she is just there to make money. Also, she goes on a leave without telling anyone. Last time, she didnt open the clinic for like 10 days. Also, there is no nurse or compounder who could inform people that she is on a leave. Shes just a rude person who does not know how to talk. I dont think that this lady deserves respect from my side. She just want to see more patients at a time. Shes just greedy for money. So, I will never recommend anyone to visit her.

Well I cannot deny that she can improve on her temperament but apart from that she is THE BEST dermatologist I have ever been to (Ive been to several dermats in the vicinity). I know atleast 10 people who have been to her for various problems and all of them have received quick and lasting relief. I myself had horrible acne problem that was worsened by another dermat but she cleared my face in no time.My sister too had a life-saving experience with her as she highlighted an organ damage just by looking at my sisters skin and it was true. Because of her we got it treated timely. Shes a great doctor.
