This doctor is not a doctor in true sense. He is just taking money from patients even without listening health problems of patient. He took Rs.1350 saying malaria and cdc report will be done but he just told me that everything is negative. Did not give any report on that. He is taking money without giving any receipts and bill for that. He is making all income as black money, not raising proper bill and invoice for the money received. He took Rs.800 for doctor consulation but ddid notgive any receipt pr something. He is making all monry as black money. Rude doctor. Best to die but dont go this doctor

Today I had gone to see Dr A.K Shukla at Kailash Hospital and had a very awful experience. At the outset I had to wait for 2.5 hrs to see him though there was a gap of just 10 patients and It was because he was frequently away and also entertaining Medical representatives. Then on my turn he was in too much hurry and did not gave enough attention to listen my issue and even in this short time his staff was poking him for advising him about other patients. He wrote a bunch of 7 tests in terrible hand writing and even did not explained me about what are those test. I apprehend it was like so that I should get these test done from Kailash itself and no other pathology understands prescribed tests.I ponder that Doctor should understand that Patients come to him in pain and also paying so much fees and therefore they definitely deserve to be listened and explained with minimum trouble.

I think it’s pathetic and demeaning that a doctor makes his sick patients wait for an hour or more even though a prior appointment time has been taken from his office ! If my sick father has to wait 2 hours in a waiting room to see a doctor then the doctor should be ashamed of himself !! I am so so disappointed at this way of service ! We pay exorbitant fees and then this is the service we receive in return ?? Doctors have lost all empathy these days ! Shameful !!!!
