Good hospital there has OPD and submit ₹1 and medicine also available free of cost for everyone. Doctor behaviour is nice and friendly.Toilet is clean and also available the water. Also available X - ray, MRI , Citi scan . And also available the physiotherapy , orthology ( bone ) , cardiology , neurology.

Writing this while standing at a queue for the last 2 hours. I know its a govt hospital and usually it takes time due to cheap services provided by them. But there is a long line with men and women together standing. There are 3 registration windows for OPD and 3 people sitting inside but only one person taking the registration. One of them is on his phone texting other guy just chatting. There are so many people waiting for there turn. But the authorities dont give a damn.

My experience ,we to the hospital there was no exact place to take token we have to go circle and circle to get the token ,atlast I get the token and stand in the line for 4hours and finally I got the receipt to see the doctor ,after I see the doctor he was good he see all my moms report and again refer to the other doctor from 111room ,we wait and wait after waiting it was already time for lunch we wait till lunch over ,and at after 2pm we doctor again ,and that doctor never see my moms report and just say ,to see Safdarjung hospital government hospital ,he dont give reference atall,very arrogant doctor.

We went for Covid vaccinations and I found the pace is Very clean and very nicely organised.I find that the hospital is very hygienic despite the fact that this is a Government Hospltal and there are a lot of people visiting it.

As per govt hospital under NDMC, there facilities are good as compare to another hospital. I have been using their serives (NDMC Charak Palika Hospital) for years and they are doing well. Even there is a facility of CT Scan, MRI Etc like tests in low prices.

Very disappointed with the doctor R.P Mittal ortho surgeon hes senior but he dont know how to talk with the patients he should notbe called doctor actually many times I went there to consult about my back pain every time he dont want to listen my problem he just started prescribe bloody medicines n the medicines were not available at the charak Palika pharmacy then I understood what is going here actually he is fully corrupted doctor he is just making money from pain of the patients govt should focus on there what is happening n what doctors actually do with patients this doctor should be banned or cancel his licence as soon as possible hes there just for making money through the patients ( indirectly ) hes senior man despite of that hes doing cheap things just because he is under govt hospital if govt paid him as well he should perform/work/ n serve as well but hes not doing at all Ill never recommend this doctor n Id say that he is just a broker kind ofN Govt must have through him out of the hospital

The environment of the hospital is phenomenal.. impressed with sanitation and hygiene...all the doctors and staffs are doing good job, they are very supportive and helpful...they guided me well in my first visit to the hospital.👌👌♥️😇

Ok then all other government hospitals

Behaviour of staff is good, Tuberculosis department has one of the nicest workers i have seen. Cleanliness is fine. Washrooms need some upliftment.Parking problem is there. I think they have capacity of around not more than 20 cars and 20-30 2-wheelers. Though you get autos easily.Emergency services are available 24x7.

They have to use equipment like que machine and que system. and manage patients to sit on chairs not stand like this.

Great experience with Dr. R. P. Mittal sir in orthopedics. Polite, humble and down to earth. Visited for mothers total knee replacement surgery. Everyone and everything was good.

My mother go there today and its really a wrost experience which my mother phases in hospital.A clerk on Registration counter in on the right corner of registration desk behavior with olders is so bad in manners she dont know how to behave with elders and senior citizen.I hope u take strict action on it and no one this type of behavior again I dont know the name of her either definitely I put on this. She dont know how to talk with peoples and patients.

Long queue every where, staff people(NDMC) gets the preference. Rude behaviour at the registration counters by the employees. On the whole it has improved a lot but still need to go a long way. Govt. Officials must pay a surprise visit every now and then and do a thorough inspection.

Medicine facilities are not good.. Whenever I go to the hospital, I never get expensive medicines and refer them outside chemist shop....

I am not happy with this hospital, I was suffering from eye allergies for a long time. Heres the eye doctors are very useless, they do not even check properly and give any such eye medicines.

Overall nice hospital and good facilities, and better than many government hospital. Connectivity is awesome, nearest metro station is Sir Vishveshwairah Moti Bagh and bus stop is New Moti Bagh.Its not completely government hospital (semi-govern is good word I guess) so the tests and not completely free but are priced at a minimal amount (10-100) .Medicines are free but you dont get all the medicines in there, and you will have to purchase those from the market (Begum zaidi) next to it .Parking is also available freely.Registration fees is Re 1 that too is one-time(but people dont know about this and give 1Re on every visit) .Toilets, bathrooms are clean and maintained very well, but not the patients room.Guards are helpful in nature, and can be more helpful if you let them to be 😉 .Finally, crowd is also there but it depends on the department you are visiting, so reach there early in the morning and also keep in mind that most of the tests are not done after 12:00

An average government hospital. Let me give some pros and cons according to my observation.Pros:1. Entry registration fee just Rs. 2.2.All kinds of test(blood, HIV etc.) can be done at just below Rs 100.3.Free Medicines.4. Open from Monday to Saturday from 8:30am onwards. Emergency is open 24×7.Cons:1.Really Crowded. With each day people are increasing but the hospital capacity remains the same.2.Toilets are not very Clean, some infrastructure worn out.3.Cash Counter, Blood test and all kinds of test, and Test report collection are open only before 12 pm.4.You have to come very early and stand in queue for at least 2 to 3 hours.5.There is lot of shouting, screaming and quarrelling about queue.6. For blood test the no. of people is very high, some time it take days to get admitted for the test.7. For Ultrasound you have to make an appointment and it take months.

I was suffering from 103 fever and went in emergency. The doctor asked about the case and asked me to get my temperature check. The thermometers are so worthless that they were measuring it as 93.1 so, according to them I was fine. Because of my arguing they gave me paracetamol for emergency.Please check your instruments, get them calliberated.

Hospital and doctors are good . Doctors are polite and give attention whatever petition will say. However the admin staff most like would like to say one persons name Naveen he is so rude and show his attitude to a lower grade people. I visited there with my friend there was a number correction was required on that form he was shouting like anything and before we said anything he simply left his seat and after 20 min he came back and said mujhe mat sikhao kaam kaise karna maine nhi kiya toh sara din yahi nikal jyega and kar do meri complaint kahi bhi mai kisi se nhi darta is this the way talking to any patient.Washrooms need to neat and clean.

Please make it 10 rs or absolutely free.4-No help desk for out patients. So first time you will confused as there is lack of information /guidance.5-Staff apart from doctors need intense training about pateint handling.6-much crowded than you expect.Advice to management:1- please provide training to lower grade hospital staff.2- please learn crowd management.3- stop taking rs. 1 for registration or make it 10 rs as patients dont carry 1 rs coin.4-please form a helpdesk at each floor.5- train lower staff about opd pateints
