Probably the best tata motors showroom in south Delhi. All the employees at Sab motors are very well behaved and professional.My sales advisor was Lawrence, he is very genuine and honest man with good knowledge about all the tata cars. He gives all the information of the car and helps you in deciding the best variant in your budget and what add ons that can be added to make your car best value for money.Great showroom and Lawrence is a great sales advisor. The best part is he will always take the call and will always treat you like a special customer every time you are visiting a showroom.I really wanted to get nexon but the only issue was the waiting period. If there was no waiting period, I would have booked the nexon as car is my immediate need. Nevertheless, great experience and I’ll get my next car from this showroom.

Went in excited to book a Nexon EV. Waited for 15+ mins for sales executive to attend but in vain. First impression of the pre sales service is so poor, i wonder what people dealing with their after sales service endure. The phone experience is quiet similar. Anyways thanks for not giving any false hopes and showing upfront what customers are signing up for. Sad but true.

I give a very very poor rating to this place. The sales executives do not respond to phone calls/ what’s app messages and after having all the details in writing for a Tata EV personally booked by me on 16.4 21 are phoning me through other people who say my booking is “ shown “ as cancelled. Also how will I pay when it is in writing. No supervision. And zero accountability. Names I recall are Rohit, Kapil, Garima. Incompetent for sure but also fishy.

Very Very Bad experience for me..I booked my tata altroz on April 4th and till now they have not delivered the car and i have also payed the downpayemt on 30th june and its 17 days after downpayemt still they have not delivered. If we ask them about the car they will say the car is on transit will get deliverd in 3days and after 3days the same story repeats..Very very Disappointed.. Such a great Brand TATA.. These type of showrooms and services they provide makes TATA reputation degraded.. I am almost feb up with them.. Highly Disappointed..

Booked Nexon XM (S) on 1st Feb 2021 and still waiting for the car. Think twice before booking a car if you can afford such waiting time.

This Tata showroom was earlier a company run showrrom and the usual behaviour of staff is much better compared to others.
