Been a long time customer from the days it was Concorde Motors. Am glad to report that change of ownership might not have improved services, but they have not deteriorated either. Quite spacious when compared to other Tata workshops, and the service advisors are ready to listen and attend to your concerns.Update: Visited today and the experience was not so great. They were only to eager to dispose of my case without resolving the issues, either because there were to many vehicles, or they are not interested in servicing old vehicles. Spare parts were also not available.. Having had a 15 year old association with Tata Motors, I see this simply as history repeàting itself. Indian companies are simply unable to sustain a basic level of service. The vehicles are also the same.. great when new but fall apart after 5 years. Service centres should ideally be making up for it, but the story is the same there, unfortunately. So, reducing one star till my next visit

Service is good but took a long time. Till now service of Tata from this service center is not disappointing. Avoid paid car washing here, its very badly done.

Do not visit here. The reasons are following:I bought new car went there for my 3rd service as I told them about the water leakage in my car and other problem.They took 4 days they delivered my car as it was before the water was there in the cabin, they scratched my car from all the sides.I returned the person who brought the car as it was not in the condition as it was at the time of pick-up and the problems were still there.After 3 or 4 days they called me back and told me the car is fixed you can come and pick.I went there to pick my car. They fixed the issues that I told them, they fixed the scratches and dent made my them.I found my car steering controls were not working, they stole my car charger, perfumes, and what they said we couldnt fix these steering controls our guys are not that qualified. As I installed the product was OEM aftermarket. They completely denied to fix them. My car battery was discharged at the time of pick-up they just brought the other battery and gave the car jump start.2nd time I went to get the insurance claim for my car.• The paint spray was everywhere in the car• The paint they did its completely visible and different from the genuine one.• They didnt do any rubbing on the paint they as the surface was so rough.• Paint drops were there on the door panels etc.All this happened under this guy observation.Atleast return the car in same condition Mr. Rakesh ( Service Manager).Go to other service center. Ill go to Okhla one next time.

Great TATA service center and Genuine Advisors. Not charge for unnecessary items like Maruti service centers.

Very good and cordial staff. Went there for the first service of my altroz. They understood patiently and resolved almost all the issues. The service center is away from the main road. Keep in mind that it may take around 2-3 hours for a service on a busy day. Try to go early around 10 am to get things done timely.

I sent my car for First service...a pick was done he thoroughly checked my car before pick up my vehicle when car was delivered to me my car was delivered with a scratch which according to driver was done during washing and my car accessories were broken when car was deliver to me..useless service and from that day only my car mileage is decreased i dont what have you done to my car it was a mistake sending my car for service at your center.zero rating i want to give you...see the pictures below....HORRIFIED EXPERIENCE

The best experience in this service station. Specially I want to thanks Mr Vinit who did well, he is very soft spoken and kind hearted. Actually someone hit my car and got scratch and dent, I cover this in my insurance. Good painting and denting work completed by his experienced mechanic.My third service is due in Oct 21and I am happy that I will visit the right place again...Thank you SAB motors and thank you Mr Vinit ji and all the best 😍👌👍

He was so well behaved and always ready to listen my all queries and at the end did superb job. I was fully satisfied happy to see that atleast this tata service centre is doing good work. On 8 th August 2020, I gave my 10 years old Tata Manza for service and minor repairs. They did excellent job. Their top hierarchy ie GM Mr Pandey, service manager Mr Rakesh have excellent response. Their positive outlook and excellent response is inspiring the team. GM of the work shop is a gem and will go out of way to help a customer. Mechanics in the repair bay are experienced, but need your presence to track the work undertaken,but the same is case with all work shops at that level. Overall a five star experience I had.

Yes i like this spacious & just 50m away from main road. In term of CRM this service station is really good, staff is very cooperative. Mr. H.N is also a nice service attendant. You can also watch your car while servicing. Overall good service station.

This is a Tata motors passenger vehicles workshop, presently operated by Saab Motors (was run by Concorde Motors earlier). Had taken my vehicle for some minor repairs and engine issues. Had a wonderful experience. The staff and technicians were polite and professional. Certain defects were identified quickly by the technicians and informed to me. I am very satisfied with the job done. The vehicle now feels like new. Special thanks to Mr Kuljeet, Mr Talha and Mr Sohan for the dedication and attention to details.

I went to Sab motors Tata service center for the first time after it being taken over from Concorde . I was apprehensive as I trusted Concorde and had never dealt with Sab motors. The service advisor - Mr. Riyaz offered me a fantastic service. He was quite knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. My car issues were taken care of by him and his team while I was enjoying watching cricket match on the television in the service center lounge. Highly satisfied with the sevices of Mr. Riyaz. 5 stars to him for his services.

Dont book for HSRP. They will not fix the registration plate but just hand it over to you. They also gave me incorrectly sized rivets.

On 14th july 2020 my cars battery died for which i booked service with sab motors , to take my car for required servicing.I also informed the executives and ordered for cleaning of the car.However , the same wasnt provided to me. My car returned dirtier than before on 15th July 2020.I felt the need to put this in your notice since customer experience makes or breaks an organisation.

I have a Tata Bolt and I got it serviced from here. The workshop is good and has plenty of space. The staff and the overall behaviour of employees was good. You can also get meals and beverages if youre waiting for your car. There are sofas with a television. The overall service quality was good as well. Tata has improved a lot and is a lot better than Maruti Suzuki. Definitely recommended.

They dont respect appointment timing.There service advisors dont recommend service items as per Tata motor guidelines which can cause you loose your warranty advantage.Fuel pump in my car was malfunctioning and Tata motor didnt covered it in warranty just because fuel filter was not changed as per there guideline. This is the responsability of sercive advisor.I had to fight for this with regional servife manager.

Great place to get the Tata cars serviced. Great staff and managers even the floor managers look at the vehicle and suggest preventiive maintenance. Place is neat and clean. Has a lounge area. They do not overcharge the customer.

Pathetic service. Had booked a general service for my car and had opted for pick and drop service via their official website. I also got an email confirmation for it. These people didnt even have my details in their system. Worst service

We didnt received any update from your side when you will deliver the vehicle. Now its 24-12-2018 still proper job not done in my vehicle.Request you to please provide me reason of delay and contact information where you have contacted us.

Last year during car servicing my good car battery was changed without my consent with a low cost dead battery. After lot of calls and contacts Concorde Staff did not accept mistake and did nothing about my complaint saying that service supervisor has quit their job. Lastly I have to purchase new battery as they were misleading and wasting my time. All was very bad experience.

Maintenance standard of Tatas has improved. This workshop does sincere efforts to repair. Tata spare part prices are very reasonable. The place seems slightly congested at present.

I often visit here once in approx 3 mo ths.. Nice location and easily reachable by metro and buses as well.

Happy with the services. Just remember,if u r going self for car seevice, reach before 9.30. otherwise your whole day will go there...

My third service is done in this service center.space is good.staffs are very cool and co-operative.taken 4hours time.

Car service area. You can wait in the waiting area. But it take 3-5 hours for the servicing to get done. Its expensive too.

I made a wrong decision buying tata harrier from this Showroom.. as per the transport website the Security number plate is ready and its been a 1 week time i am chasing the showroom people for the status of number plate, so i it can be installed on the car
