Very excellent service and every person of nexa is very soft spoken.

Visited Nexa West Punjabi Bagh. Spacious and all models were on display. Mr. Gaurav Kohli explained it all very well. He is very knowledgeable. Best part is you will be informed about all details and procedures very clearly. Nicely arranged for a test drive as well. He will explain you very patiently till the time you are satisfied. We actually spent 3 hours and he was still ready to serve us. All comparisons, insurance, finance etc explained well. One must visit here it is worthwhile.

The showroom feels empty and awfully dull. The receptionist busy talking to her relatives, paying least interest in you.No bright lighting only 1-2 cars for display even though the showroom is quite big. And most importantly parking problem is there for people with personal vehicles.Overall satisfactory experience

Everything is fine...i booked baleno delta and got delivered today..but i and my family didnt received any type of gifts...which includes the cake for celebration, chocolate also...we dont even got the bouquet...here i m disappointed...it is not about the food...i have seen so many deliveries where customers were getting these things then why differentiating with us..😔😔. Nice and grand showroom of Nexa. Biggest drawback is checkout point. Youll have to test drive the vehicle on busy road opposite of the showroom and learn about the vehicle in mad traffic. Often its terrible as it will not give you scope to learn about your vehicle. Staff are really friendly and give you unselfish opinions. With this regard I should give five star. But, draw backs weigh more. Overall experience is near to perfection. This is my personal opinion based on one time observation.
