Good service advisor mr pawan ji in deep hyundai peeragarhi

Sales executive of Deep Hyundai do fake commitments just for the sake of getting the sale and booking amount. I had booked Creta from deep hyundai and their representative Mr. Nitin Sabharwal did the same thing with us i.e. took the booking amount and every month he postpones the delivery by next month/ week. Completely fake commitments and his seniors are no less than him. They are also of same nature.

One of most fakest company ever seen and also to everyone just think 10times before sending your car for service to them as they don’t stand their words. So I had a very bad experience with them and in future I will not be sending any of my car to them and also recommend others to go for some other company rather than going for Deep Hyundai Peeragarhi, didn’t liked their services at all.

I booked creta in Nov 2020.they promised me delivery in 2 months.they took booking price as well.after two months they stop picking call .when I reached their office they denied for delivery by giving silly excuses and its been two months after cancelling my orders.they didnt returned my momey.maybe they are selling cars to others who offering more money to them thats y I didnt recieved my car in 5 months

Best places to visit for Hyundai Car serviceStaff is very helpful they take customer feedback very seriously..The work is completed in given time and cost.. special shout out to Preeti.. Pradeep.. Service Manager Rajesh ji..The only thing I want them to improve basically not them but from company is that labour cost is on a higher side.. for a window switch replacement I paid nearly Rs 600 /-Rs 250 approx part cost and rest labour and taxes.. outside it would have just costed me around Rs 300/-I am satisfied with service and work they do.. its just the pricing needs to be more fair and justified

Efficient and helpful Staff.

My worst experience with any service center till date . I had to send my car 4-5 times to get the same problem fixed. These guys dont know what they are doing and work on hit and try method. They could not fix a simple problem of overheating with my car. 1st time i went to them they told me that the cap on the coolant is loose, so they changed it. The 2nd time when i went for the same issue they told me there is dust in the radiator and it will be fixed once they cleaned it. Believing their assurances and thinking that my car is being handled i did not question their suggestions and went ahead with it. When again my car started overheating they said that the radiator must be damaged, i had no other option but to get the radiator changed. Shockingly my car again started overhearing and this time they told me that there is problem with the fan and will have to change it. I had to face a lot of issues because of their negligence. This clearly amounts to deficiency of services on their part and i will be initiating legal action against them. And i still dont know if the problem has been fixed or not, i am scared to drive my car as in the past they had given me false assurances regarding fixing my car. And the reason i am giving one star is that otherwise i wont be allowed to post this review.

Dont ever go to this place. They will inspect your car and replace the parts that are in still good condition and charge heavily.They quoted me to repair AC for rupees 33000 but I got it repaired outside in just rupees 8500.They will also charge you bogus diagnose charge if you refuse to get repair done from them. Please stay away from them.
