Excellent team of doctors and staff managing this centre, all working together as a well oiled machine. My mother has been consulting them for years and most recently got her Cataract operated through them, all done smoothly. Special thanks to Dr. Deepender, Dr. Raman and Tina at the reception. Worst experience at a doctor. Even in an emergency, and prior calling, made me wait for 2 and a half hours. Wrong answers and lies told by staff. Very rude staff.EDIT:Dear SEC Team, I am appalled by the incorrect data given by your team at the centre. There was no fastracking of any kind. The optometrists saw me for one minute only and then told to wait for the doctor. After waiting for 1 hour 45 mins, and asking your staff repeatedly about the time duration and not receiving any definite answer, I was told it would take 45 mins MORE. Which is when I left to go stand outside while my attendant was waiting there for my chance. He was told the same thing and I came back inside when it was told it was my chance.Kindly fact check first before falsely accusing your patients. Also, would have much appreciated the in-depth and long response at the centre itself rather than online. Very disheartened and disappointed.

No parking..Too expensive. The Kaushambi branch in comparison is far good. The consultation and registration charges are different at the branches. Strange. No uniformity..Being the part of same Eye Center..🤣

Its okay only. Difficult to get appointment for CGHS patient. Doctors availability is a big issue here. Your chosen dr not available mostly. You have to show new person every time. However location of the hospital suits every one. Staff not very courteous. Visited many times but always they disappointed me.

I had Lasik done by Dr. Dariel Mathur (⭐️). The procedure was pain-free. Service at the centre was smooth throughout. Would suggest bladeless lasik to anyone who wants to sleep on their side without bending their glasses!Case Summary: I had nearsightedness (far objects were blurry, appx -3.5 in both eyes, etc.) I was eligible to go for bladeless procedure (available as Femtosecond here) and I went for it. I faced no complications. The procedure took about 20 minutes. Some precautions like avoid bright lights and dust in the eyes are to be taken for some time (though come to think of it, shouldn’t this be common sense to me by now anyways?) There was no pain in my eyes even afterwards (just temporary dryness at times, which is normal and expected and eyedrops, eyedrops, eyedrops.)

Got my lasik done from Dr Rushad. Had heard from some friends who had visited and got operated here, very grateful I chose Dr Rushad Shroff as my Doc. He is an excellent doctor. Explained everything multiple times, calmed all our fears before surgery. I must say, even after surgery he gave us as much attention and was as patient as before surgery. It is a little bit more expensive than other places but I am glad I chose to come to Shroffs- they are the best and it was matter of my eyes. Better some money than my eyes spoil. Only interested in Money !! I took my father few days back , the conern doctor told me to come back after 15 days for general checkup. I called on 14th day to take appointment. The concern representative told me I again had to pay Rs 1400 for consultation because intial payment is valid only till 14 Days.So please be very careful!

Had done my lasik here, Dr Shrof himself conducted the surgery, no explanation was given on whats going to happen next, no ANESTHESIA used while surgery, I screamed and 2 gentleman held me by my shoulders and it was an unbareable pain, after a year today i still have red clots in my eyes, even after frequent visit to him and medicine application he prescribed, the damage is irrecoverable

Dont know about others ,We recently had a retina replacement from SEC ... though we are aware of the risks but Doctors did their best .The consultant Fee seems bit expensive in the beginning but thats worth it .as your follow ups cover it. the Operation Cost is competitive and best part is what ever their cost estimation they provide there is minimum fluctuation in it .. where as many hospitals provides estimate for 1 lac and you end up rounding off to 15- 2 lac including other hidden charges ..2nd Doctors are easily reachable .. and helpful.. thanks Doc. I was having watery eyes and sharp pain mainly in the left eye for 2-3 weeks; when I went to a local doctor he said it was serious Corneal Ulcer and recommended to visit Shroff Eye center or AIIMS immediately for treatment.Upon appointment at Shroff, they referred me to Cornea specialist Dr Dariel Mathur.She listened carefully, diagnosed the disease and gave very effective medicine (however her medicines are from top brands and a bit expensive).I took her treatment for around 2 month (weekly visit and review) and after that was cured completely for corneal ulcer.She is an excellent doctor and I thank her for saving my eyes.

Total contempt for patients. They schedule everyone at these time. Totally overcrowded waiting room. No room for patients to sit! Attendants taking all spots. Secretaries who have no idea how long it will take and dont care to help.Doctors are fine, but I will not recommend due to badly run office who doesnt care about patients time or comfort.

The treatment is good. However, post operation check ups are extremely painful because they make you wait unnecessarily for hours for a 2-5 minutes check-up. They give you an appointment for early morning whereas their doctors turn up at 11 or later regularly. Its very annoying.
