We got admitted in Max and had a great experience. Excellent Services by all the staff members, specially thanks to the duty manager Mr. Anil Rana. Thank you for being someone we can always count on. Its rare to come across people who are so dedicated and trustworthy.

The doctors are good but they dont value for patients time. After taking a prior appointment, we had to wait for more than an hour with receptionist telling that doctor will be available in 15 minutes after every 15 minutes. I will call this unprofessional.If doctor is busy in some emergency (which shouldnt be the case with our doctor, I guess as receptionist didnt told so), it should be clearly informed to patients beforehand.

I generally came for my regular checkups in max hospital, this time I have seen new food outlet at basement, Lets Xpress Food. The food amazing no doubt at all but with amazing food, they take care of timing, appearance , temperature , texture of food with hygienic precautions. I will not forget to mention name of Mr. Neeraj, he is such a Gem of food outlets, he is heading in restaurant, he proactively involved with customers requirements, maintained good professionalism and decorum in food place. Staff is well briefed about services and cleaning table on time... Its very clean and hygienic place for stop your hunger, you cannot imagine 7 star hotel food in hospital set up.Thank you Neeraj and FNB team✌

I will give one suggestion please give equal respect to all whether it is in senior post or junior post. But respect everyone equally. Dont show your status power. Today I was feeling bad, suddenly my stomach ache and I went to the emergency. And the nurse was checking my blood pressure and giving me injections. The doctors are good but when I saw that one person is so rude with my trainer. Maybe he is in a senior position, I think that position was showing power I didnt like the way he talks at allSo I request you to kindly give respect to all the people, be it patient, junior, senior and talk politely with everyone. i am working in this hospital and i feel that what i felt today no one or no one ever

Got my cousin admitted for kidney biopsy, nicely taken care by Dr. Dinesh Khullars team right from consultation to conducting the procedure itself.Not to forget excellent housekeeping services and well explained diet plan by Dr. Megha. Overall good experience.

I had the best experience in terms of everything that they have done for the surgery... hospitality was great and nurses and staff member were really polite..the only concern I have is that they should ask the patients to visit the hospital foor follow up so that we can be sure post our surgery that everything went well ..rest I am completely satisfied.

My father,G S Nair,got admitted from 9th -14th Oct at Max Super Speciality,Saket at East Block 3rd Floor.He was admitted with complaint of high fever.Everyone knows that this hospital have one of the best doctors in  Delhi NCR however my review is to appreciate the Nursing amd Housekeeping staff of 3rd floor who attended to my Dad in Room No. 2355.To begin with,I would like to appreciate:Nurses -Ms Sajana and Ms Anna.Both were just outstanding and sincere.They showed absolute compassion towards Dads needs and took good care of him with a smile,which is important.It was quite pleasant interacting with them.Team Leader and Supervisors-3 names comes out clearly who were real backbone to Nursing team.1-Senior Supervisor:Ms SoumyaThomas.Despite being senior in system,Ms Soumya comes across as a very humble,polite and pleasant person. She patiently hear your  concerns and delivers what she commits.I was impressed with her dedication and client delight attitude.2-Supervisor :Mr Govind ,who would gives you comfort on issues you face and ensure problem is taken care of.3-Team Leader :Ms Adhira Saji.Ms Adhira runs her nursing team diligently and ensure all needs of patients are met promptly.She met me multiple times whenever there were any requirement and ensured job isdone.If nursing team is doing great job,she is one of the reasons for same.I was delighted  with her work.Would also like to highlight great work by 2 team members in Housekeeping team--Supervisor Suresh-Great attitude. He is quick in his actions and make sure work is done by his team efficiently.-Staff Sana Begum-Never seen such hardworking staff member like her.Very sincere  and polite.She greets you with a smile always.Quite impressed.Improvement Area:Emergency Room(ER)-This is first  place you visit incase of any emergency.Though there were some real helpful staff member in ER,however my interaction with lady doctor sitting at desk on night of 9th was not that great.She was not polite and that compassion with patients and their attendants (who are already disturbed),was missing.Another such loud person i interacted was Mr Ashok in Emergency ward.MAX Hospital should do some orientation program with such staff at ER.Overall i would strongly recommend this hospital for their level of expertise and service standards.

I think what makes Max one of the best hospitals is its hospitality and services. Its more comfortable than being at home. The nursing staff deserves huge respect, all of us thank doctors for saving our lives but we forget the ground work done by nurses which is quite appreciable. Also a big thanks to Ms. Sangeeta from West block day care nursing for all that you have done for us. Shes the nicest nurse youll ever find. :)

I came for my brother treatment. I generally go down basment restaurant in west block Lets Xpress Food, the sitting area was wonderful, well decorated place. My mother is an Renal Patient and we have been visiting Max saket Hopsital since last 8 years, my mother got admitted last week on 3610 for a Minor surgery in her Fistula. The whole process is seen my Dr Gagandeep Chabbra who has been the best doctor to us in all terms.My mother is always fussy about food and she needs good food to eat so she didnt like it whenever she got hospital food to eat so we had to request the doctor for homemade food allowance and then she used to eat, but this time around to our surprise she didnt ask us for homefood and she had all the food provided in the hospital. So when we enquired about the dietician who took care of her diet this time round turned out to be Miss Megha Taneja . Thanks a lot mamn for understanding my mothers needs and making her have hospital food at time of treatment. The dietician understood everything and have given us the diet plan seeing what are my mothers renal requirements looks like at current condition. Thanks a lot Dr Gagandeep chabrra and Megha Taneja ji for your great hospitality .

They dont care about patient.Dont get trapped in false narrative of marketing executive.MY PAINFUL STORY : My uncle RAFIQ AHMED was admitted for just kidney pain on Aug 2020. He was not COVID19 positive when he was admitted there but on third day of discharge, they said he is COVID19 positive and assure as that we will take care of him, but after taking huge amount of money they have declared him DEAD on 13 SEPT 2020. It has become a lifetime pain for us.I have told my family and relatives that will never seek any type of treatment from any MAX HOSPITAL because they are just money making machine.I request all of you to avoid this hospital to save your dear one life.

Very nice care provided. I was on the fifth floor in room.number 2511. All the nurses took special care of me, especially Shalu Singh. So soft spoken and warm, she made my stay easier and very comfortable. She checked on me regularly during the night and did not get irritated when I would continuously call for her. Hospital is very neat and clean, very hygienic. Staff is very good and cooperative. But just a small feedback they need to increase blood donation machine and staff. It takes too much time to donate. My few donors has returned back just because of extra time taken. Otherwise hospital is good. Little bit expensive but still they are giving services and facilities. Its one of the best hospital in Delhi it comes on top in research and development of new methods for corona patients. The plasma therepy was first experiment here in all India. We dont know yet the benefits of plasma therepy (since only the people with>40% titer are responding better) but still we can appreciate the effort of experimenting new stuff even in these times... It gave hope to a lot of people

Night staff is realy disgusting and ridiculous , they doesnt even care what pain the patient is feeling they should be attentive and caring , after so many calls finally one came but she was so careless . Dont even want to give a half star .

Very uncooperative staff. My dad got bit by a dog late at night at their hospital campus. They clearly refused to arrange for injection and said its not available at their pharmacy. My dad himself went to check for the injection and it was available there in the hospital campus only. The duty manager Mr. Usman behaved very rudely and did not co-operate at all. He said arrange it by yourself and its not our headache to arrange for you. And he was not ready at all to send even a hospital staff to accompany the patient.

Housekeeping staff was very good. Supervisor Kamal was very coopertive and supportive. Housekeeping staff baby helped us a lot, was coopertive till we stayed.

I didnt find the hospital staff patient friendly at all. They were more focused on getting the money. They literally asked me to leave when I just came back from the colonoscopic procedure without letting me rest for few minutes. I have been to many private hospitals but Maxs staff was worse. They are better than Govt hospital staff though but then not all govt hospitals are bad.

The worst place.. we admitted one of our senior citizen patient for a surgery. They have asked for 50000/- to deposit that we have deposited..After 1 day of admission (coz of their carelessness) she got fever and they said surgery is postponed. After clearing the bill, our 31000+ amount is pending on them. Now it been 20days + but they havent returned our money... one person saying something and then another is saying something else. They are continually making us fool... useless people there# useless staff

Dr Vikeka Kumar and Dr Bhupendra are such brilliant doctors there, they treated me really well.All the staff of hospital is really good, especially Ms Ayesha (complaint department) she took really good care of everything, she is such a beautiful soul, Mr Rakesh and Navin from food serving department were excellent and Ms Roshini from the nursing department is good and Ms Kikro is one of the most humble person I met there.

There is no system for OPD appointments here. Normal people has to wait for 3-4 hours to see a doctor in OPD (specially Dr. Dinesh Khullar). People with approach of ministers come, sit in Dr. Meeting lounge and doctor come to see them in 5 minutesDont come to this hospital for OPD if you dont have any political connections or doctor is your relative

I have been treated in every major hospital in NCR- Appolo, Fortis, ISIC, Medanta, Gangaram. My experience at Max Saket ( 22nd and 23rd August & 10th to 14th September 2021) has so far been the most pleasant. Right from the parking attendant, admissions staff, wheelchair assistance, to nurses and doctors, not only was everyone highly professional but extremely pleasant and helpful. To a patient, behaviour is very important. I would like to make a special mention of nurse Jinsey who was very caring and gentle. And also a special mention of Mandeep at admissions who always called back and attended to my requests even when on leave. Please keep up the good work and encourage your staff to do the same.Even the food was restaurant quality, which is most unusual for a hospital!

Horrible experience....Never admit your family to this hospital...They are just making big money.....Doctors behavior is disgusting.....They keep themselves in safe position before treatment......It was my bad decision that I came here for my fathers Cancer treatment....they assured us that they have very good team of plastic surgery.....Post Cancer operation they did plastic surgery but my fathers plastic surgery failed next day itself....they again operated my father for plastic surgery for 10 hours. It was a pathetic Cancer treatment....within 4 months my Fathers cancer re occurred and then they behaved with my family like a monster........They dont have basic manners to talk, They told my father directly that his Cancer re occurred...At least they should have called my family in some other room and informed it in absence of my Dad...I cant explain this disgusting act and my horrible experience in this hospital......Please stay away.....

My mother was admitted in Max hospital for 10 days. She was very dull, weak, unable to intake anything previously. No doctor from Gwalior was able to diagnose her disease. She was suffering from Acute kidney injury. Dr. Dinesh khullar and his team took this case, detected the cause and gave a very efficient treatment. She is well now. She has absolute relief from headache and fever. She sounds fit now. Especial thanks to Dietician Dr. Megha Taneja who played a vital role as diet is a important part in kidney disorder. And thanks to all staffs, Duty Doctors, Sisters, and cleaning team. All are very particular in timely round ups. All services were available here 24/7 you just need to push a button.

Horrible Experience. Double standards. If you are a CGHS patience, they will treat you as if they are doing a charity. They don’t have a process in place. My father had to undergo a stent implant on 17th Sept. We had prepared & shared all documents with hospital well in advance. in turn received a “good to go”. On the day of the surgery we had to wait for 2 hrs, (9AM- 11AM), bcz the hospital took a U turn on what they said was approved. there was a disconnect within their own department. Result - my father who Sr. citizen couldn’t get admitted. All this when we were in touch with hospital for over 7DAYS.@ Max Hospital- Pl. train your staff, tell them hospital is not doing a charity. Hospital sends the bill & govt re-imburses it. Fix your process.

My husband, K. L.Kamthan was here for a hernia surgery. We were so happy with the service, kindness, care, patience and a cheerful demeanour of all the staff, be it lab. staff, housekeeping, pantry, or OT staff. The nurses were absolutely excellent - they explained everything patiently. Nurses like Shalu Singh, Bijju Suni, Reena, Ajana, etc were models of kindness and patience. Such a third class hospital... Even if we are paying... More than enough to them.... Then also they treat their patients like animal..No assistant at all.... I myself being a medico went to this hospital with high hopes that Max is a brand in the health Sector but to my utter surprise I was shattered to see the level of care and the loot they are doing in the name of health care.I went to the emergency as I was having severe ureteric colic(Pain due to the stone in the kidney and ureter) and got admitted under the HOD of the Urology department. Since I went through emergency and was not a patient of any particular doctor so I was treated the same way. I didnt see the doctor before the procedure to update me regarding the procedure or discuss the line of management. I saw the Said Urologist in OT and he met me only when I requested and that too for 10 seconds as he was looking in a hurry and didnt even answer my queries satisfactorily. I was taken in the OT at 12:15 and was kept in pre op till 2:30 and my attendants outside were not informed about the same as they were thinking that it took so long for the surgery.And post op the operating doctor didnt even come to me once and update me regarding the issues they had during surgery as my surgery couldnt be done due tge pus in the area as told by the doctor which I really dont know.And next day I was discharged and no doctor came to see me or even touch me before writing a discharge. I came to know about the discharge through the sister on duty.Can u believe athe said doctor didnt visit me onve but still u was charged his consultation charges and a simple NCCT KUB which otherwise cost a maximum of 4-5000 cozted Mr 12000+ in this hospital and so the other investigations.I would never recommend this hospital to any of the patients. they loot in the name of health sector. the patients means a customer to them. I am myself a. pediatrician and I am proud that I have never done a thing like this.I dont know about the other specialities but Urology is the worst.

Called into Enquire about getting Covidshield worst experience ever. The operator was uninformed and when I asked her to transfer me to a more competent person she intentionally diverted my call to an extension where no one picked up the phone. She did that thrice. How can you put such Incompetent people in charge of your phones ??? If your operators are this bad how bad is your service !!!!

Getting health checkup done here is a pain. It takes 4-5 hours to just get basic tests like ECG, USG, X ray and TMT done. Inspite of paying considerable amounts, the elders are left alone to find the labs, get in the queues and get tests done while keeping them hungry for half the day without any reason.

Please check your calling system its always busy 24×7 even after 10-15min call is not connect. Tried to contact reception 3 to 4 times earlier also but no one responded and they ask if you want a call back I never recieved any call back.Today I called four to five times and spoke to Ms Priyanka. But he didnt help me even once. I requested them for a long time. Maam please talk to my concern department or solve me my query. But they didnt help. Great experience with great staff members. The administration staff was very well behaved and patient. Especially Kanica, she made the admission process 10x more easy. She was very calm, composed and prompt, she continued to be a helping hand from the admission till discharge. She was equally compassionate with everyone who had a query and helped anyone and everyone she could. The patient who is 86 was made feel extremely comfortable. My mother was admitted to Max Hospital Room no 3620 under the consultation of Dr Khullar due to Kidney problem. Mr Khullar and his team have been amazingly patient even when they are pressed with time and always clearly explained the situation things in simple terms. We were involved in every decision-making process and were fully aware of the what, procedures or treatment were going on.I want to name everyone in the staff who cared about my mom but need to mention fewDr Megha Taneja (dietician) – Megha was really helpful and use to come everyday to check how my mother was doing and check on her diet. It was really nice to see that how concerned and involved she was with the patient. I was confused and did not have any understanding of her diet and she made time after my mother was discharged to explain the full diet plan and the importance of following the plan. Very thankful for her extra time and concerns about my mother.The same will go for Mr Kanhai from food service.The Nursing staff have been amazing and helpful. Always available at you service 24 X 7. Its was overwhelming to see to how selfless care provided.Can’t miss the non-medical staff – cleaning staff, Room service staff, porters, guards everyone. Cant think of once negative thought. They made us feel confident and hopeful even in the when mother was going through tough times. I love the way they would all come and greet my mother and my mother knew them my name.I live in England and I could compare it to service of a seven start hotel.

It was a wonderful experience with Dr Pd rath and his team Dr Pd Rath is an excellent Dr with lot of patience and perseverance .He gives time to each patient also being a director also he is a very down to earth Dr . Priyanka the coordinator of rheumatology is quick helpful soft-spoken and has empathy for the patients .khushi is equally a very good worker.I strongly recommend Dr Pd Rath .May God bless him and his team

Hi,Greetings!!I Rahul Anand, admitted on 04.09.21 and stayed till 08.09.21. During my stay, I found very good services from the billing to room, then from medical assistants(sisters), My room. No was 2352 and the support staff and Dietary Department, especially (Ms. Kashika and Mr. Bhupinder Kaushal) respectively gave complete support !!I am fully satisfied with the treatment and the care n concern received is commendable!!I must thanks from the bottom of my heart to all the doctors who treated me so well with their soft touch!!Dr. Vikas Singla and his team, A Big round of Applause!! I am blessed and feel fortunate to have Dr. VIKAS SINGLA as my Doctor..The fooding part is another feather added to it!!Delicious food with good variety served and is available 24 X 7 for the patients..In the end, at the time of my discharge, Pantry team gestured with serving us sweet desert which will make me remember always!!I wish all the very best to the team of Max Hospital!!

Never seen such rude staff anywhere in the city worst service of doctors. Doctor refused for consultation because of CGHS referral. At billing counter refused to bill due to cghs referral. Doctor literally told me this is not a government hospitalBuisness center for minting money from patients. Special attention given to posh patients only.

I had taken services of Physiotherapy...Dr. Umesh Pratap is an excellent physiotherapist...while he knows and does his job well, he also brings in lots of positivity which helped me recover fast...Keep up the good work.

ICU, BEHIND THE CURTAINMy father, Mr. Dipendra Nath Roy was suffering from Prostate Cancer and was under treatment for last three and a half years. He was admitted to Max Hospital, Saket on 11th July, 2021 with a basic complaint of fever due to infection and some cardiac issues. He was shifted to Medical Onco ICU on 23rd July due to Cardiac Arrhythmia. In room admission, we (me and my mother ) was there by his side round the clock to take care of him and inform to nurse about all his needs and medical requirements. In ICU, in absence of his family members, my father was left to the mercy of the ICU doctors and nurses. We were really astonished as to why we were asked to give a consent for invasive ventilation immediately on the pretext of his medical condition ,the very next day of admission to ICU.On disagreing , we were further pressurised.We would see him getting weak day by day, though we were told that he would be released within a day or two .. Throughout this time, My ailing mother, aged 68 and me stayed at the hospital . He was never fed properly despite inserting a rice tube. Reason given was a couple of diahhrea sessions. His bed sores became worse while in ICU despite being put on AIR bag. The same was under control in the room. The nurses wouldn’t clean him up often. The nurses were never around when we went to visit him.On twealth day, my father was shivering with fever at 11 am during our visit. No nurse was present nearby. At 3 pm same day, I entered to see him shivering uncontrollably with fever. No nurse was present nearby even then. After I raised my voiced a nurse came and took his temperature, measured 104. Few hours later he passed away. On 3rd August I returned with a mutilated body of my beloved father with blood clots, haematoma, and other marks of torture and negligence he had endured in his twelve days stay at ICU. The “Intensive Care unit ” failed to care for my father who was too week to protest or complaint of his pain. There is no doubt that patients are manhandled behind closed doors in ICU in absence of their family members. My grudge is that my father was treated as a money making machine by ICU doctors.Moreover we were not provided with any details of treatment/ medications provided at ICU. Nor any bill details were given.We tried to shift him to room so that he could stay with his family members, but the ICU doctors said the ICU medicines are not avaialable elsewhere. The cardiologist differed to what the ICU doctor said.I would request everyone to atleast raise their voice for installation of CCTV camera so that their loved ones can see what is happening inside rather than staying downstairs and being fooled by the nursing home staffs.

Excellent care and housekeeping in west end building floor no. 3. My dad had to undergo a surgery and I was very anxious during covid times but they managed things pretty well. Cleanliness and courteous behaviour of staff is really commendable. Keep up the good work.

When you go there,they all just want to make money.My father was heart patient and have cyst in brain ,even when they aware about the critical condition of my father they scare him by saying him that anytime you may get at bad condition. (Dr. Balbir Singh)And when you ask about medication and report of patient they only ask for your qualification.(Dr. J.D. Mukherjee) neurologist.All they care about how earn more even without being honest to their profession and dont even care about patient.If you go there, patient will loose hope of being alive.I gave one star because there is no option of zero or negative.

The problem with healthcare is. You have no guarantee of recovery after paying the price.I mean to say when you order a Phone, pay for it then you will get the Product if by any chance you dont get the product then money will refunded. Where as after paying Lakhs of rupees at hospital, you may not able recover, with no refunds. This cause irritation and this is the major source of problem between relationship between doctor/Hospital and Patient.Thats why in major countries (including many weak economies like Philippines, Srilanka etc) of world healthcare is government sponsored service. Ultimately tax payers pays it, but direct transaction is absent and hence there is less friction.Human body is not like a car, In car if you change a spare or rectify a part then outcomes are predictable. Human body dont have that much standardization so outcomes of medicines / surgery are variable.I had a old experience at Max which was OK OK. No complains but nothing special too. That why I gave 3 stars.

Recently my relative was admitted at Max Saket. Megha Taneja is a dietitian there who was constantly in touch with us regarding patient’s diet and test results. She was always prompt in addressing to our queries. I would definitely give 5 star ratings to her for being so caring and supportive
