One star for the host. Had a limited interaction with him but it was nice. I was in dorm 003 on the ground floor. Stayed there for a night. Didnt like the dorm at all. AC stopped working in the middle of the night. They do have fans in the dorm but they are useless. Two wall mounted fans and one fan is on the ceiling. All blow air to the ground. None of the fan would blow air towards the dorm beds where actually people are sleeping. You can see them in the pics. They are broken thats why they dont blow air towards the dorm beds. All they can do is blow air towards the ground. I usually prefer staying at Moustache Hostels but this time I made an exception and I think I should have stayed at Moustache. Shifted to moustache Delhi on the very next next day morning.

Brings back memories of hostel days, perfect experience for youngsters out there , very close to new Delhi railway station, paharganj is a location for all the sins*wink wink*We booked on spot and got a complementary room upgrade. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Recommended.

This is the worst Zostel ever. I had a really bad experience on my first day. Nothing is clean and its too congested especially if you are in a 8 bed dorm. On the second day, I was lucky to get a better 6 bed dorm room otherwise I would have hated myself for staying here.

I stayed for a single day, the front desk receptionist was very helpful and ensured all the amenities were provided during my stay. The room was bit old but it was clean and neat.Due to covid we did not have the restaurant facility at zostel, but since its in the city we have the option to order in zomato or swiggy.The only lack that I felt it was price they charge were high for the facility they provide.This is best suitable for solo travelers or group of friends traveling.

Zostel across India give one this nostalgia of staying in college hostels except for the roomie here changes every now n then. Thats the best part cuz suddenly youre with this stranger you can talk to and explore a whole new set of experiences. Besides no ones gonna bother you at zostel.

This doesnt have a feel of a hostel. They have a timing for AC . They wont turn on the ac in the afternoon. Is it a zostel or a dharamshala? Wall paints are cracking. No regular room cleaning. Zostel is getting worst day by day

Loved our stay here. The Manager is an amazing guy, the zostel has a warm and welcoming staff. Rooms are clean well maintained. You can easily chill with your friends in the basement or at the terrace. The location of the zostel is perfect, everything is quite nearby.

The 6-bed dorm is perfect for solo travelers. The staff is cordial & helpful. The location of the place is ideal, walkable from New Delhi station. Buffet breakfast was available when I visited and was totally worth it. Definitely the perfect place to stay.

Im overall neutral about my stay in Zostel Delhi. I had booked a hotel nearby but the hotel was very flithy to what was shown in photos hence i cancelled the room in that hotel and booked in a bed instantly in Zostel as it was nearby. Zostel was also not clean as shown in pictures. Unlike other hostels, they didnt have kitchen which can be used by guests. But the staff was very cooperative and madeup for the stay. They took good care. The reception area is inviting and clean. Theyve books and board games too. Laundry facilities also available. They quoted me Rs. 200 for 5 kgs load. So overall its passable

The most safest place in delhi for newbies, the manager was welcoming and friendly , The CM (Rahul) is a wonderful person , After Getting a negative experience in the beginning of solo trip for the first time , Rahul was the person who motivated me in continuing with my Trip told the Postives aspects of Going Solo , And in the final After Getting back from my trip Rahul and Musksan (PM) accompanied me the during late night till i Get a Cab back to Airport as there was a curfew Going on in Delhi.Thank you staff zostel Delhi ( near NDLS)

The 8 bed mixed dorm is the cheapest among the available categories. The room is quite congested but adjustable.Rooms washroom were clean and sanitized.But room had less lighting and was a bit dark. With white washed walls.Good thing is they offered me to use common are without making a booking or paying any amount to take rest for 3-4 hours.

First i requested for early check-in and they were super quick to let me accommodate in early morning. location is easily accessible and very near to Station . Dorms and linen were clean, beds were comfy and washroom were ok .Staffs are very friendly and helpful.Would highly recommend especially if you looking to stay near delhi station.Will see you soon :)

Zostel Delhi is 3-5 minute walking from NDLS. Its in lane which is full of other hotels. Zostel Delhi has many dorms. The smoking area on rooftop is good place to chill. Common room is pretty small.The doorman there is very polite and helpful. He will help you get an auto. The staff is really great. They also keep lost and found box. I got the stuff i forgot even after 2 weeks.

So it was my impromptu decision to take @zostel after reading post of solo traveller @pritampandit! I must say the experience is insane!They say you are a solo traveller but never alone! I was sharing my dorm with a French, Brit and an indian! Cost $10. Experience: pricelessFull of peace and respect!Washroom could have been better! You missed 1 star there!Ps: if in Delhi try zoster or any other backpackers in south Delhi! The environment is insane!

Nice and pleasant experience. Paid 1000 rupee per person oer night, got small but cozy room with fridge. Breakfast is 200 rupee each, buffet with many different cousines. No lunch, no dinner. Nice rooftop for chilling. Washing mashine, 200 rupee per use, worked nice. Nicely situated, everything at hand, railway station, juice bars, restaurants, beer and wine shop. Nice staff, nice lobby with games and sofas to chill on. Not very quiet.

I was on a connecting journey from Rishikesh to Bhopal and halted at New Delhi Railway station. I need a stay for 5 hours zostel provided me to use common place and washroom at no chargesThe environment here is awesome for backpackersAll thanks for the hospitality of the Zubin

Great stay here.We had last minute change of plans so we had to arrive 5 hours before our check in time. They were very courteous and let us stay in the common room. Was very comfortable with common washrooms. Good people runing the place

This Zostel wont exactly qualify as a backpackers hostel because most of the travelers staying are the ones who have their Trains from New Delhi railway station. Most of the people stay for just a day and that too for the sake of staying not backpacking.Talking about the location its on Arakshan Road which is one of the best place in Paharganj area as it has wider lanes then the other parts of Paharganj and a bit less crowded too.

Unfortunately, we had only one night here, as we had earlier been with Couchsurfing in Delhi. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, the rooms are arranged with thought, and theres hot water all the time. And great location, near New Delhi Train Station, and several metro lines, including the one to the airport.Only one small complaint. It wasnt totally clear that breakfast was extra. Not that it was expensive, but we wouldnt have eaten (were really not breakfast people) had we known.

Zostel Delhi, situated at paharganj near New Delhi railway station is the best place you can check into. The staff is so supportive: Swati, niyati, Amrendra, Mohan and the whole team. The rooms are clean, the ambience is beautiful. Budget rooms are decent. Delux rooms are pretty good. They are comparatively bigger than the budget rooms. As compared to other Zostels, this property lacks fews things. Common area to play around or actually hangout with other travellers. Common area is actually quite small compared to Jaipur, Udaipur, Rishikesh, Pushkar, Manali as well as South Delhi properties. Location is reallt near to the New Delhi Railway station.

Had a wonderful experience. Shoutout to Simran for making us feel at home! They had planned out the entire week with fun activities and took us to truly offbeat places. The vibe of the common areas is vibrant and chill. We could sit there for hours. The kitchen was very spacious and we cooked elaborate meals there. The best part about this place is its location-right in the middle of all the action. Will definitely come back to this Zostel and will always fondly remember the trip.

A place must to stay when youre in Delhi because its cheaper than any other hotel and the amount of people you meet here are from different places doing things beyond your thinking. I love visiting such place because I prefer having interaction with people from different fields and the experiences they share. This Zostel is located near New Delhi railway station so its very convenient for every traveller to find this place. The receptionist and the management staff is very helpful and friendly which I personally liked.

Room was congested compared to other dorms in Paharganj area..you cant even walk 4-5 steps in room as other beds are very near to your bed. the bathroom was dirty. there is no proper facility of locker and they give you an old world wooden box to keep your luggage.moreover no lock is provided. slippers are not there in toilet. staff was courteous.better stay at other dorms as they provide better experience on cheaper price. dont go behind the name of zostle as they have a lot to improve.they fitted 8 beds in a smaller room

Nice place, you can give it try, walking distance from New Delhi Metro station, nice atmosphere, staff is friendly and attentive, if we compare it with other Zostel then they better. Like Jaipur, Agra etc. Best part of Zostel Delhi is its location, near to old Delhi and CP (Connaught Place). Very easy to locate.

Oh yes! A perfect and hygienic place to stay in Delhi. This is my favourite spot during the delhi journey. Just love the ambience, quality food, best staff and lot of activities.

Hello i am very disappointed with your service in delhi pahadganj zostel it was bad vibe and bad people over there i booked hotel for 13 to 17 but i checked out early one day before due to bad service no safety at not even the area was safe and the bed the overall hotel disappointed for me i want my refund its Ridiculous over all service and bummer for my entire trip

I checked in zostel Delhi in the late mid night without any hurdles. The rooms were maintained well. The stay was good. But the sitting area is small. The funny wall arts are pretty refreshing.

This my first experience in a hostel anywhere. Firatly Id like to list down negatives before praising the services:1. Paid breakfast was supposed to start 7:00AM, it supposedly includes parathas, cornflakes, musli, boiled egg, omelette, bread jam and peanut butter.It never started before 7:30AM , I had to leave all these four days after leaving.2. AC is started after 9:30PM, so if you want rest early in the evening youre screwed.Positives:1. Fellow travelers are amazing, rooms are clean, rest rooms are clean, lobby and common area too are clean.2. Due to absence of creature comforts like TV, music systems, rooms are peaceful.3. Charging points are available for each bed.4. Bed, sheets, blankets and pillows are of good quality unlike cheap hotels.5. Ambience is pretty chilled out.6. Makes you feel like you wanna come again.7. Affordable by any standard.8. Location, location, location.

Pros:Location-Near New delhi railway station. paharganj is kind of center and well connected with rest of Delhi by metro and bus. Amenities: Bed was comfortable, blanket was clean. Bathroom had running hot water facility. Soap, Liquid shampoo and toilet paper were available. Cons:Hospitality: Bed wasnt clean when I checked in. Housekeeper did it while I thought of taking a nap. I believe 2 hrs of buffer time is enough to clean the checked out beds. Air conditioner was turned off for some time stating that it has been ON all-night. I understand the reason. But when I asked the housekeeper to turn it back ON after an hr, he was so reluctant to do it. Overall I would say, not the best zostel-3/5

Zostel Delhi is more of a hotel than the other zostels which are more of a community space. The best part is its near New Delhi Station and is in close proximity to old Delhi and connaught place. Its next to the shady Paharganj so be vary of going out in night. There is another Zostel in South Delhi however its way off the city.

Wonderful place for backpackers and solo travelers. Safe for women, at a walking distance from New Delhi Railway Station, Paharganj side. Offers basic services at a nominal cost. Wonderful place to socialize and make friends with people of varied interests. Has a couple of PCs in case one needs to use a desktop. The staff is very friendly too.

I love the brand Zostel itself and I enjoy my time here. This hostel is completely different from others. Zostel Delhi is traditional Hotel converted Hostel. Most of the hotel is not like that. But the love they converted everything. I find the dorms from this zostel are quite cramped but the rooms are awesome. The best part is the commom area of this place.

2 of the employees here asked me for money as a gift, the first one walked me to my room then wouldnt let me leave once he found out I was upset with how he was treating me. Just kept asking me for money and he blocked the door as to not let me out of the room. Eventually he started patting my feet and the guy didnt speak any English. I was friehjtened the guy was gonna hurt me or something cause the security guard they have working there is a big dude.Second thing as soon as I got there I had to pay 2000 rupees for a room. Not sure if they were scamming me or being honest about not having rooms available. I had a weird vibe the whole stay because of the incident where they kept asking me for extra money. If youre a tourist I wouldnt recommending staying here. The other zostels are nice that I ve stayed at but this one was not safe feeling at all.

I was originally sceptical after reading some of the bad reviews, but it turned out to be exactly what I needed: I had an early train and I was able to get a few good hours of sleep in the dorm room. Staff that welcomed me was very kind, helpful and polite. I tried to tip them but they absolutely refused (finally we agreed that I would give the tip to the person who will carry my bag). Unfortunately I didnt get to spend more time there, but it had plenty of common areas and looked liked it could have been a fun place to hangout and meet other travelers. It is not a 5 star hotel, but I had a 5 star experience (but if you expect a 5 star hotel, you might just not ever be satisfied)

I had a comfortable stay here. The staff has been very friendly - Its more like a home. Had good conversations whenever I was sitting at the reception area. Would like to thank Mr. Pradeep, for some guidance on the places that I can visit in Rajasthan. Also, he helped a great deal when I needed some visiting cards printed very urgently.

The hostel is very good and just located within 5 minutes walking distance from New Delhi Railway Station. Checking process is smooth and staff were welcoming.
